Flooring reviews in Columbus, Ohio

Douda was outstanding!!! Very patient and kind and willing to help in anyway possible!!!!!!

Douda and Joe were great. They arrived on time and didn't leave until we were completely satisfied.

Don & Ian picked up my rugs, took to be cleaned, returned and relaid also suggested new rug pads. Which I love! Work sooo much better then cheap ones They were very helpful, polite, moved furniture back onto rugs,as I wasn’t able to. really appreciated them. Third time I’ve used KA Memdian. Very good company!

I just can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was here! I bought my rug through another retailer who after three weeks told me the manufacturer had discontinued the rug. So I went here and Chris was super helpful. He found the same rug, called to make sure it was NOT discontinued, and ordered it. It came in the next week and he was able to get me on the delivery schedule for the SAME DAY!!! The guys who delivered it were on time and so nice. Even helped us get the furniture in place. I highly recommend this store for all your rug needs!

Chris, AB and Joe were amazing to work with! Thank you for the professional attention and total respect of my property during delivery.

Such a wonderful experience as always - Joe and Douda were most deliberate and respectful installers!

Delivery team was excellent. Joe and Douda had great attention to detail.

Mor & Joe were exceptional in their professionalism, and expertise as they brought my new rug in, trimmed the rug pad to fit and took the old rug out. They removed and replaced the furniture before and after exactly to my specifications, I couldn’t be more pleased.

Joe and Mor were excellent and did a meticulous job! We are well satisfied!

Used the Pick up and Drop off Cleaning Service - Vince and Anthony were Fantastic! They moved all the furniture and after they laid the rug very meticulously replaced the furniture just as I wanted. All the time smiling and being ultra careful of everything! Thank You!

KA Menendian has once again provided exceptional service! A few years ago, I entrusted them with restoring and cleaning priceless family heirloom rugs. This time, I purchased four beautiful area rugs for my new business. The staff were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the selection process, and Joe and Zach were friendly and accommodating during the delivery. I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of the rugs!

Mor and Joe are the best installers! Amazing attention to detail! Very professional!

We had such a great experience with KA Menendian, from the minute we walked in. Joe was extremely helpful when we came in, giving us helpful pointers to navigate the showroom, and guided us to a starting point. (There are SO MANY options.) He was incredibly patient through the whole process, and encouraged us to take our time and take samples to look at in our space. He educated us on the different kinds of rugs, their origin and what to expect. After spending time with Joe, every other rug we looked at from other stores just didn't compare and made our decision pretty easy. We loved our experience and wish we had more rooms to buy rugs for. Highly recommend KA Menendian. We love supporting local too!
