Flooring reviews in Columbus, Ohio

As usual everyone at K.A. Menendian Rug and Carpet Gallery,
Especially Chris, Jowda (sp?) and Joe were spectacular to work with on our continuing project. Our historical home in Dublin, presents challenges when finding rugs which are not only beautiful, but accurate for our spaces. Until
next time- thank you!!

Joe and Douda were absolutely awesome!!!
The process went faster and smoother than I could have imagine. Thank you!!!

We had a KA Menendian rug delivery today and it was stellar quality - both the rug and the delivery service. Joe and Douda measured all around the room several times to ensure the rug placement was perfect. They replaced the furniture back in the room making sure it was just where we wanted it. They were very courteous and professional. Thank you, Joe and Douda.

Everything from beginning to end was about as good as it gets
Joe and Mer were fantastic as was our sales rep Ben 👍👍👍

The delivery men, Joe and AB, brought our three new area rugs today. They were on time, very professional and careful with our furniture and accessories. They were very warm, friendly and hard working men. We are very happy their attention to detail and professionalism.

Joe and Doud arrived on time, were professional, polite and even rolled and tied up my old rug for me. Careful attention was made to position the rug exactly where I wanted it based on the pattern and design. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them!

Fabulous experience with K.A. Menendian rugs. From the showroom/selection process with Ben to the install with Mor and Joe. Will definitely use them again for additional flooring needs.

Mor and Joe delivered our new rug and they couldn’t have more efficient and friendly. They placed the rug and measured all sides to be certain it was placed evenly in the space. Very impressed with the service!

They cleaned three carpets for me, restoring one of them. It's seriously the best cleaning I've ever seen. They restored the plushness in a way that few other places do. Their delivery staff are incredibly knowledgeable and help me lay the rugs perfectly.

Douda and Joe did a great job adjusting and delivering the carpet ahead of committed time.
What is more, service in the store is impeccable. Great experience consulting and btaindtorming. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Our decorator took us to K.A. menendian and were shocked at the selection and how helpful staff was. Joe and Douda were so professional and amazing with installation, taking great care to move furniture and make everything to our liking. They told us about ways to maintain the rugs nicely also!

Excellent service! More and Joe delivered our carpet, brought it inside, and set it up perfectly. Very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Douda and Joe delivered and placed 2 9x12 rugs. They were professional, friendly and very cooperative in regard to moving the rugs until I was satisfied with placement. They were very respectful of my husband and me and our home.

Joe and Douda were friendly, polite, professional, and absolutely meticulous in installing my gorgeous new rug. They adjusted everything to fit precisely and even moved my furniture back into place. They wore protective shoe covers and were extremely careful carrying the rug through my home. I am so glad I went to Menendian, both for the incomparable selection and for the outstanding service, and will definitely go back there for future rugs!
