Flooring reviews in Columbus, Ohio

More and Joe were excellent. Great service and friendly. I would highly recommend this business for your rug needs.

Joe and Mor were fantastic. On time, friendly, helpful. Quick setup! Very pleasant experience. And, of course, we LOVE the new rug!!!

Douda and Joe are outstanding! On time and more than willing to take extra time to place the rug where I wanted it. Just a perfect experience from start to finish (ordering) to finish!!

Joe and Douda were absolute professionals. So grateful for their help setting up the beautiful rug. Would recommend to anyone

Terry and Ian were very professional when they came to pick up my rugs on 12/30/25. They covered their shoes when asked and were extremely courteous. I explained that I had two rugs to clean but was concerned about the cost, and Ian went the extra mile by calling the office to confirm their 2-for-1 annual promotion. Both rugs were taken and delivered back to me on 1/9/26, beautifully cleaned. I’m very thankful and highly recommend their service.

The K. A. Menendian experience is unparalleled. From the purchasing experience with Chris to the delivery experience with Joe and Mor, everything was handled professionally and with attention to detail. My rug had to be ordered and came when promised. Delivery was set up at my convenience. Joe and Mor arrived precisely on time. They were patient and gracious in positioning the rug exactly the right way and placing my furniture back where it needed to be. I couldn’t be more pleased with my beautiful new rug and highly recommend K. A. Menendian to anyone looking to purchase a rug.

Ben was helpful in ordering two matching rugs, including one that had to be custom made for size overseas. We did not receive any sales pressure. Joe and Mor did a great job with the delivery and installation, arriving on time, taking care to place the large rug exactly, and even moving furniture around and replacing it.

Joe and Khad did an outstanding job with delivery and installation And Ben was amazing throughout the sales process. We couldn’t believe happier with our beautiful rug! Thank you to all of you!
