Chose this company based on the great reviews from Google, but after having someone come out, could not be more disappointed. This company is expensive and we were OK with that for a deep clean, but the service we received wasn't even close to the cost.

The deep clean for our home was estimated at roughly $415. Our cleaner was at the house for roughly an hour and a half. She barely provided the services listed on the surface cleaning checklist let alone the deep cleaning list. After she left, I had to continue cleaning (see pics). The photo of the hair in the trash was after I vacuumed again. Some of the other photos represent services that are "included" in the deep clean but that were not provided.

We called the company to discuss. The person on the phone told us that she should've been there for about six hours for the deep clean. They offered to have her come back but we declined and asked for a refund - however the manager would only give us about half back. Unfortunately, they hardly worked with us on that either. Truly a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this company.

Danielle is always punctual and responsible while in your home. She does a really nice job cleaning on a biweekly schedule. She is also flexible if you have to rearrange the day she typically cleans (do to a busy schedule). I would definitely recommend Danielle!

Worst customer service I have ever delt with and they do not pay their employees at all or on time. They charge the employees for their Miscommunications. They do don’t give all the information to access the properties so service can be completed.

Always nice to come home to a neat clean home yet this service is inexpensive. Cleaning is my one luxury item especially when you are busy with work and have kids.

This service has been traumatic and lied to me ruining the arrival of guest by never showing up and then promised me a free cleaning later that night. Came and did an unsatisfactory job not even emptying the trash cans on my 2nd floor and STILL charged me! I Will never let anyone use this service again.

I was very happy with errund service because I knew in advance what the cleaners were doing unlike many other services and I didn’t have to wait for an inspection just to get a quote. This service is great!

Outstanding work. Fast and friendly. Helped us out in a pinch - our last minute booking as our cleaners from a more expensive company I will not name did not show up. Honest and hardworking. Would hire again.

I was incredibly disappointed with this company. I was expecting to come home from my honeymoon to a clean home, however, no one ever showed up for the service and my home was still a mess. I called 6+ times and only got an answer once to some sketchy, unprofessional person that said they’d call me back and never did. I would 100% not recommend this company. This was not okay.

Errund reps were courteous and prompt. I was not able to book a service online due to my computer illiteracy and they helped me do so over the phone. Everything was smooth sailing and the cleaning was great!

I do not recommend this company. At first it was no show, then, after I called them, they've sent somebody; the work she did was so-so; the huge issue is communication with management. They charged me double, and refuse to refund, giving different reasons every time I contact them: that they provided 4 hours of cleaning (they did not), that there were two cleaners (was one)...
A worst experience a customer can have.

I was skeptical to use errund in the beginning due to almost no human interaction during the booking process and the speed at which I could book a next day appointment. But I am so relieved and amazed that the service turned out to be real and am impressed with them.
