Ben and his crew are “ Tops”. They’re professional, they come when they say they will, do great work and leave the place clean. Can’t ask for more than that. Great value!!

Ben and his team went above and beyond through the entire process! The quote was straight forward and reasonably priced. When the guys came out they were very respectful and did a fantastic job. Will absolutely use these guys again.

We called the company to remove a tree for us in order to complete work on a brick wall. Not only was Benjamin quick to respond via phone but he also came out to help us due to us being in a time crunch. He was professional & easy to deal with. My maintenance supervisor was also impressed with the ease of communication with him. We will be calling him again for more work.

Benjamin did an amazing job. We were in a bad situation after a storm. He was able to do the work quickly, safely, and for a very fair and reasonable price. We had 3 trees to remove and part of one that had fallen. We are using his company in the Spring for additional tree removal and work.

I would highly recommend Capital Tree Service to anyone. The price was very reasonable for the level of difficulty associated with my tree removal. I would call it a level 50 on a scale of 1-10. The team went about the task with expeditiously and professionally they cleaned up everything and I mean everything. I cannot stress enough how difficult my tree job was based on location.
It was a very large honey locust growing up through my 3 level 700sq ft deck. It was centered 15ft from my 2 story house and its canopy extended high above and over my roof.

I have used Benjamin's services several times over the last 5 years.
His teams have always been efficient and professional. The first project was a very large Cottonwood tree that extended over my house. The tree was over 4 ft diameter at the base and extended over my house that is three stories high near the tree. They carefully rigged and brought the tree down piece by piece with zero damage to my home. Benjamin has helped me out on several other projects - all projects were completed with 100% satisfaction!

His pricing is very competitive, but his service is excellent ! Best value if you are looking for a true professional team !

Would 100% recommend Ben to anyone needing residential tree work. We had 3 trees removed and another large branch removed that was overhanging our house. Communication was excellent and pricing was more than fair. Much better than experience with some of the larger companies around town.

Ben took down 3 pine trees that had been killed by pine beetles in our backyard, as well as trimmed a large overhanging tree in the front yard. He is super knowledgeable and passionate about his work with trees. He was nice enough to teach me many things about trees and invasive insects while working that day. He worked fast and efficiently and was very reasonably priced. I’ve already recommended him to several people and wont hesitate calling him in the future with questions or needs. You won’t regret working with him!

Benjamin and his team was excellent to work with. Very fair on price & great communication. They completed the large tree removal job a little earlier than planned even with some nasty weather. Had to remove a fence to complete the job and they put it back when done. Also fixed a fence that the tree came down on. Removed shrubs, trimmed other trees. Absolutely ridiculous. We hired Benitez to NEATLY paint our house. And you would think that anyone wanting to do business would remain courteous and respectful; but that wasn’t the case for us. We initially bargained a reasonable price and he did not agree with it so he left and we thought that was it so we were ok. He then called back multiple times to do the job for us. So we each sign a contract agreeing to scrape and paint the house. Upon consultation, he was 2 hours late. When beginning the job, he barely made sure the surface of the house was clean and went on to paint. He walked all over our flower bed and broke multiple flowers and trees. Paint splashed all over the grass and plants. When we confronted him about it he said “it’s just grass it’ll grow back I don’t care”. When we confronted him about the getting paint on other surfaces other than the house, he showed no sympathy towards the situation. His use of language to communicate about those problems were foul. He cursed, used disrespectful language about our race and ethnicity, and completely belittled us. He would continuously threaten to leave because he couldn’t take constructive criticism. When respectfully telling him to fix the problem, he insisted on us paying EXTRA money. He can’t own up to his mistakes and simply apologize and fix the tacky environment he started in the first place. I paid him to paint the house- NOT THE GRASS, PLANTS, AND TREES. He sprayed all other the windows and lights around the house. He had also took a tool of ours as if he was attempting to steal it by throwing it into his pile, picking up what he can find to keep from our property. His disrespectful, unprofessional, and disgusting behavior towards his customers and their property is a disgrace. He called us back wanting to do business—we never called him back after he initially refused the offer. Never again.

We have used Benitez for many projects in both of our times and have been impressed with his work. He removed wallpaper, repainted our entire home, and also installed a door to the garage. When he gets to the home he is there to work and does not waste time. We continue to use him as our handyman.

Jesus is the perfect person to hire for any yard work needs! He has great customer service, a hard work ethic and completed the job fast. From the moment I met him, I knew I could trust him. He is very professional and his work is outstanding. Thanks to him, we love our yard again. Any job - big or small, Give him a call. I had to reschedule on him a couple times and he was very understanding and worked around the fact that my husband works at home. Our yard looks PERFECT now.

Jesus started out great, installing a walkway and backyard pavers with what seemed like genuine passion. He was great with communication during the thick of the project. I gave him flexibility when he needed it, as he needed more time than he originally proposed for the project.

Unfortunately, as soon as the majority of the money was collected, he stopped all communication. I’ve been left with an unfinished project, a hole in the front yard, and a driveway full of construction materials. My fiancé and I have reached out several times with no response. It is incredibly unprofessional to take someone's money and leave them in this position. Truly disappointed.

We hired Jardinero’s Landscape LLC for a landscaping project involving installation of multiple plants. Before the work started, I clearly explained that some of the plants would be arriving in a separate shipment, and he acknowledged that he would return to complete the remaining work once they arrived.

After partially completing the project, he later claimed that the remaining plants were not included in the original fee. However, I had text messages and camera footage confirming that he had agreed to come back and finish the work. After I pointed this out, he changed his position and said he could return to complete the planting.

At that point, I no longer felt comfortable having him return to my property due to the disagreement and lack of professionalism, so I requested a reasonable partial refund instead. Since then, my messages regarding the refund have been ignored.

Several of the plants that were installed were also placed too close together and needed correction. My husband paid in full upfront in good faith, and the situation was very disappointing overall.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company. I do not feel they were trustworthy or professional in how this situation was handled. I strongly recommend getting a very detailed written contract and avoiding full upfront payment before all agreed work is completed.
