I could not recommend Yard Juztice and Ray enough. Ray has been helping me for the last few years and has always been professional, timely & most importantly, does an excellent job. Has assisted cutting down trees, trimming of bushes and standard yard maintenance - all of which have been top notch!

I would definitely recommend them. The quote I received was very reasonable for a tree that was dying in my front yard. They were on time, did a great job and were done and cleaned up within the hour. I was thoroughly impressed.

I hired them to have a 60 foot oak tree removed from my backyard. It was only 10 feet from my house and in my small, fenced in backyard. I was very concerned about this being done without any damage. Not only did they expertly remove the tree and grind the stump with no damage to ANYTHING, but their final price was HALF as much as the next cheapest estimate. And they did it on dates and times convenient to me. Honestly could not have asked for anything more. Wonderful work.

Perfect service! The team arrived before 8am to remove a large tree in my front yard. They were very quiet until after 8am, and my neighbors appreciated that! Basic Tree proceeded to remove the tree, grind the stump, and clean the yard very quickly and efficiently. Work was completed by 9:30am. Another competitor estimated 2.5 times the price to remove the same tree. Basic Tree technicians were friendly and efficient. A JOB WELL DONE!!

Brandon and crew did an excellent job removing some pretty substantial Ash limbs over the power line and back yard. They communicate well, They explain up front all charges, they removed the waste and were very easy to do business with. We had them back to do our Stump removal in our Front mulch bed and the service was excellent.

Because of the two jobs they have done, we have them coming out to remove the over grown Maple limb in the neighbors yard ( with permission ) to remove it off our house and their house.

Basic Tree Care cleared almost an entire acre of woods for me and did everything ahead of schedule. They were easy to work with, kept me updated every step of the way and their price was almost half the amound of the competitors quote. I have worked with several tree services in the past and Basic Tree Care provided the best all around service by far!

I highly recommend this company. We had a tree fall on our home and they took such great care to remove the tree quickly and safely! They were incredibly professional and very thorough in their work, making sure to remove all the debris in our yard! This is a company of integrity and I will always call them for tree care in the future!

Had Basic Tree Care come out and give me an estimate for the work I needed done which I felt was very fair. The service that was preformed was above my expectations! Excellent work, excellent clean up. Also had stumps grinded down and I am unable to see and remnants of stumps. I would definitely use their service again and would recommend them as well.

Excellent local company and they don't try to do unnecessary things. We needed to have 2 of our trees trimmed,1 is 120 foot maple tree the other is about 100 foot tall. Another companie told us that the 120 foot tree needed to be cut down, that it was dead because of the tree hole that was in it. The tree hole that had always been there since i can remember and that is about when i was 5 years old (currently 48). So by the grace of God Basic Tree Service appeared. We set up an appointment for an estimate,and when they came out we were told the tree was old but still very alive. So they trimmed our beloved tree and cut back a couple of semi dead branches. It ALL LOOKS absolutely wonderful.

I called this company on a Sunday afternoon; they answered the phone and had a quote to me within two days. That was impressive after getting quotes from others that took over a week and were much higher. The crew leader, Brandon was fantastic to deal with and amazing to watch bring down a large tree over my neighbors garage. The crew was friendly and professional. If I need work again Basic Tree will be my first call.

Highly recommend Basic Tree Care. Someone answers the phone when you call and sends out an estimator. Other companies I contacted, returned my call 3-5 days later. The work is done in a professional manner. The crew works well together and does a great job. Clean up is thorough.

They did an excellent job taking down a very large decaying silver maple that towered precariously over our house. They took the tree down limb by limb without any problems and cleaned everything up very nicely. I had sent an email requesting an estimate on a Sunday night and they came out the next morning to leave the estimate. They were really flexible about scheduling the work on a day that would avoid interupting the businesses on our street. Thanks Basic Tree Care!

I have used and been quoted for various tree services throughout Licking and Franklin County and Basic Tree Care was, by far, the friendliest, most professional, quickest response, on time service I have used. Communication throughout the process was clear and prompt. They showed up on time, cleared out the trees, and cleaned up without a trace (even raked the back yard for the most part). I will definitely, DEFINITELY, use them again. From dealing with about 5-6 other similar vendors, they were a relief and actually cared about their client and the job.

What an amazing team. We had our job quoted by multiple companies and although Basic wasn't the cheapest option they were competitive and the only company to clearly define exactly what we would be getting for service. They were quick to respond and schedule. It was a massive project of 18 trees (9 - 100' White Pines, 8 - 50' - Blue Spruce and 1 - 60' Norway Spruce)

The team arrived on site at 8am and never stopped working until the job was over around 4pm. Each 100' tree fell precisely where they aimed minimizing damage around the yard. They left the job completely cleaned which involved hand raking a half an acre of pine needles.

I would instantly call them again for any further tree needs and recommend them to all who will listen. Thank you.

We called and got a quote the same day. People in the office are very professional, they pick up the phone and call you back in a timely manner (I can't say the same for several other tree companies in this city). Prices are fair. The crew who came to our house were also very professional and did a great job. We will definitely use their services in the future.

Quick response(I had an estimate within a day of calling), well priced(its not cheaper to wait for a service to comb the neighborhood, their prices were accurate and relative to the work), remained in constant contact with me during bad weather (a few weeks of snow), and then did everything I expected when they came. I wasn't able to be there but my wife was and she raved about the job they did, and felt totally comfortable with them on the property. I have had other tree services in the past and they don't always clean up or walk you through what they plan to do, so it was nice they took the time to do it. I would highly recommend them.

Did a great job with the work once they were able to fit me in the schedule. Was out of town while the work was completed, but they called and left a voicemail when they were done. They invoiced by email and allowed me to pay several days later once I was able to inspect their work. I wasn't a huge fan of the $400 minimum charge, but since the insurance company was paying it wasn't an issue for me.

I would recommend them to a friend or neighbor any time.

In my opinion, this company is deserving of the very best rating. Arriving at the scheduled time, working professionally and efficiently as a team (during a pretty good rain) stand out as the strongest reasons.
Also, this company provided the best and free estimate for the job. They did not have a long waiting time
to get this job done, and are very aware of how well your property will handle their equipment and debris.
My yard has a natural drain off slope and the access area was initially too wet for heavy eqipment. Basic tree kept in touch, checked it out twice, I think, and worked it in just before another rain just as they were finishing clean up. Clean up was excellent !! Fence replaced, everything raked up and hauled away as promised. Was able to have the area mowed the next day with no problem whatsoever. Hats off to Basic Tree Care and thank you.

I am extremely pleased with all service from the first contact to completion of the project today. Communication was excellent as was the work performed. I had several large pine trees damaged from ice and a big mess in my yard. The guys did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable.

I received a prompt estimate on the scheduled day they came to provide me a quote and once I decided to move forward, they were here in 1 days time! Their staff was extremely professional, they did an excellent job with trimming a very large tree we had and cleaned up like they had not even been here!
