My wife and I were extremely impressed with the outstanding service provided by Basic Tree Care and Landscaping Company. Brandon and his crew arrived punctually at the appointed time and were finished with the task of cutting down 12 dead ash trees by the end of the day. All the crew members were very professional and courteous. They left the yard neat and tidy after they were done.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of tree care service.

These guys were great. Very professional. Arrived early just to prepare. They had a 40ft cherry tree, which was leaning towards my neighbors house, down and cleaned up in an hour. I felt the price was well worth the service. I would be happen to recommend and use them again in the future.

Basic Tree Care did an excellent job. Brandon and his crew removed 3 full size dying ash trees in two hours, that included stump griding and all of the debris removal. They were professional, fast and affordable and even removed my brush pile as a courtesy. I highly recommend their service.

Was delighted with the professionalism of this Company!!! They did an absolute great job as we had 9 very big trees that needed to be climbed and come down. They had plenty of men on the job to be efficient with the time in took to get the job done. Would highly recommend them and plan on referring them when possible. This is the second time we’ve used Basic Tree Care, and there’s no doubt that we will now use them whenever we have a need. We had a tree fall on our house during a wind storm, so I called their emergency line around 6:30pm. Josiah was quick to respond and came out at 7:30am the next day to do the work. He was SO kind and professional, and the work was completed quickly and for a very affordable, reasonable price. We miss our tree but are thankful for their great service. What a great company! From scheduling the estimate with Kelly, to meeting the estimator, to having a full team pull up in my driveway with the biggest wood chipper I have ever seen— the entire experience was flawless.

I hired them to trim 3 very large trees in my yard to allow for clearance on our roof and some power lines crossing the property. It would have been a few weekends of hard work and a wood chipper rental for my husband and I. It was less than an hour of work for the BTC team. They were super fast, very careful and did not even leave a bit of sawdust behind.

Love Kelli, who I initially spoke with, very professional, efficient and thorough. Communication and timeliness, excellent though out the process. Prices reasonable. The crew worked quickly, and did exactly what I requested. Very neat, even with clean up. They did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them!

Best service around from start to finish. Basic Tree Care provided a great experience from the estimation process to project completion. They were prompt in providing an estimate which was the lowest provided by multiple bidders. They communicated well throughout the entire process. When they arrived they were very mindful to not damage my lawn and landscaping. I have to say the crew had some of the hardest working guys I've seen. They didn't call ahead of time to let us know when they would be here. They also took apart my fence (which was never mentioned) to get to my tree. I was only having one limb removed hanging over my wires and they didn't take any care to make sure the limb didn't hit my wires, which it did. Thankfully they didn't break. The limb would have been easy for me to take down, but I didn't want to hit the wires, which is exactly what they did anyway.

They were quick and cleaned up great, but sloppy work on the tree.

After losing a large lead off our tree in a storm I reached out to a few different tree care companies to decide what to do. Basic Tree Care got back to me with a quote quickly (within a couple days if I remember correctly) that gave me a few different options. When I called the office for clarification the woman I spoke to was very helpful, calling the arborist who gave me the quote for more information, and then getting back to me within the hour. Their online portal was easy to use and the quote was adjusted swiftly after I asked them to leave debris removal to us to cut costs. (Though, with the amount the cut off the tree the price quoted to remove the debris was extremely reasonable!) We had them thin out the tree to even out the weight, help prevent more storm damage, and give a clean cut to the broken area so it could heal better. The job was done in under 3 weeks from my initial call, and I'm impressed with how much they did for the cost! The character of the tree is preserved while keeping it healthier for years to come. Everyone I talked to was awesome, and I am really happy with my choice to go with this company. Highly recommend them for your tree care needs!

Basic Tree Care came on Saturday to remove a Bradford Pear tree for the bounty program in Licking County. While they were here, they also removed five arbor vitae trees that had grown too large to care for near our house. They completed the entire job in less than two hours, including clean up. They were extra careful because the ground was wet, and we are very happy with the condition of the yard where they had to move equipment. We highly recommend them. They are professional, personable and easy to deal with.

They’re still out here working on the job, but I just wanted to take the time to leave a review. I highly recommend using Basic Tree Care for your tree needs. From the very first contact I have been very impressed with this company. The quote process was fast and simple. I loved that I quickly received the quote through a link via text message. The price quoted was extremely affordable with what I was expecting, and the process to accept the price was easy.

They were able to make time for the job sooner than I expected, and had great communication when they were ready to come out to my house. The crew is friendly and fun to watch work. They are dropping multiple trees in my fenced in backyard and are extremely skilled with where they drop the limbs and trees. I can probably go on leaving more praises, but I’ll just leave it with a strong recommendation to look no further and give them a call!

After researching I picked three companies that were recommended. One company didn't bother even coming out to look at the trees only used 3 year old Google map pictures (they ended up being the highest price btw). This company had the lowest price, I didn't receive daily high pressure texts like the two others, and they were very helpful and kind. We just bought our first house and didn't have any idea on the process and this company made us feel comfortable along with having the best price we could find.

Basic Tree Care was professional and responsive. They did an excellent job of cutting down three large trees and removing the stumps. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning up. One of the tree branches fell on my vinyl fence and cracked it. It was just an accident and was not due to negligence. I was impressed because Basic Tree Care was honest about it and notified me immediately. They offered to either fix it or give me a discount on services. I was impressed with their services and would definitely use them again. I highly recommend!

We had a tree fall on our roof at 5:00p and could not get a hold of anyone to come out the same night to remove the tree from our roof. Basic tree service answered immediately and had a crew to our house within 2 hours. Their professionalism and customer service are amazing.
