I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and affordable it was to get my items picked up. I scheduled it online with multiple available pickup windows and received a call when they were half hour away. The 2 employees were nice and worked quickly. I will definitely use them again.

They did an amazing job at taking our garage trash away! Their price was extremely reasonable and we plan on using their services yearly as cleaning out the garage is a yearly task for us 😁. Also, they are super friendly people! I highly recommend their services 😍

On time, polite, professional, asked questions about items to be removed, explained services they offer for any future jobs I might need done. I had my junk already piled up but they will come inside and move/remove items as you direct them, good to know for next time! The two gentlemen worked quickly, quietly and got the job done right! The price was very reasonable in my opinion. I definitely recommend Junk King.

I’ve used their services three times now. They are very good at what they do! But I had a $30 discount from a text message as a returning customer and alternatively a $20 off from scheduling online. Their website as of last week says you can’t use the $20 off for services under $99. Our pickup was their minimum cost $129 but the guy checking me out said I couldn’t use either coupon because they couldn’t go lower than their minimum cost of $129. I feel like that was incorrect, but I asked him if he was certain and he said yes. Was frustrating especially since I’ve used them several times now and will continue to do so that I couldn’t use either of the coupons.

Used Junk King to get rid of some reno debris. Was going to get a dumpster but glad i didn't! Took away all the junk and cleaned up afterwards. The guys even carried a huge box upstairs for us! Above and beyond! Thanks!

Would have been 5 stars but they called and said they were running late and would not be able to make the 1-3pm window but arrived at 5:10pm. Otherwise the service was outstanding. 2 person crew was in and out in 10 minutes and cleaned up some dead weeds near (under) the stuff I was having removed. Thanks to the crew for doing a fast efficient job. I would use them again.

A heavy couch, recliner and bed were removed from my cousin’s apartment and hauled away.

We had a Non-working hot tub that needed to be removed. I called Junk King and they did a great job. Professionals on the phone answer my questions and schedule a time to come out. The workers (Wilford and Tyshawn) were right on time and fast and efficient. They were very polite and quoted me a price before they began. They cleaned up all the debris afterwards. I HIGHLY recommend this company! Very happy customer. Thank you Junk King for a job well done!!

Three very heavy and awkward items were picked up and taken away without fuss. Two men (sorry I’m bad with names but in your system) worked hard and pleasantly. One got two fingers scraped and did not cuss or make a fuss. I would have.
More stuff will be assembled for another haul

Absolutely great experience. Junk King Columbus was able to give me a same day estimate and immediately scheduled to remove a hot tub the next day, they even had someone come and disconnect the electric before removal. The day of the removal in sweltering heat, they removed the hot tub efficiently and were very careful not to disrupt the surrounding landscaping. When finished they cleaned up the site. Would definitely recommend.

Mike and his crew showed up on time we're very courteous and got right down to business. and the price is right. I would recommend them over and over again

I had an appointment scheduled today between 8-10am. No one showed up. I called with the confirmation number and was told the driver could not get in contact with me which was not true at all as I’ve been waiting since 8am. Good getting this company to show up as I have been receiving the run around for about an hour. Not happy at all

Wife and I are team truck drivers, had a fridge go bad in our super sleeper. States away from home and retailer of new fridge and food (even though we'd worked for them before) wouldn't allow disposal of old fridge! Junk King to the rescue! Showed up promptly, with both email notices and phone verification. Very pleased with the service! Got us out of a pinch!

The first Junk company canceled. Junk King showed up within two hours of my call hauled away all the junk and their price was cheaper than the original Junk removal company. I can fully recommend them. They provided excellent service.
