Great service by Junk King. I have used their dumpster before but never the junk haul service. I was surprised not only to receive a response on a holiday, but that they came out and hauled a load of dirt on the same day. They an amazing job. They were so kind and got the job done and quickly! I will absolutely use Junk King again.

Couldn’t be more pleased! They called me and let me know they were ahead of schedule and could come earlier if I wanted, which worked out even better. When they arrived I was moving my car out of their way when it got stuck on ice, and one of the gentlemen immediately said he’d push my car and helped me out of a tough spot. When we went into the house, their pricing sheet was very straightforward and fairly priced, and for my 1/8 of a truck load I’d say they were all wrapped up with the actual move in less than 20 minutes. I was so impressed I immediately called my dad to brag. I only wish I could’ve gotten their names so I could give proper recognition!

My experiences with Junk King Columbus have been a mixed bag. Up until my most recent experience, they had provided good, reliable service despite being late once or twice. This most recent experience was disappointing, however. The crew was scheduled to arrive between 10:00a and 12:00p. That timeframe came and went with no updates. I messaged with a support agent who was wholly unhelpful (picture attached). Around 5:20p, I was finally called by the crew who said they could be to my place within 15 minutes. I informed them they were 5-and-a-half hours late so they could go ahead and cancel the appointment. They apologized but offered no explanation. There was no subsequent follow up and I doubt I will be patronizing this business again.

Received reply from Laura within minutes of my message and scheduled visit for estimate later that day. Tyrone and his assistant were able to arrive earlier than expected. Price quoted was very fair and they were ready to immediately haul away junk. So, away it all went and very quickly. Made my day!

Highly recommend! We were referred to Junk Kings to help us get rid of the unwanted items we were not moving to our new (smaller) home. They were easy to set appointments with and provided a fair quote and quickly cleared out garage on a pre arranged day. Everyone I have talked with at Junk Kings from appointment setting, quote, and junk removal has been professional, friendly and accommodating. They were a life saver!

Excellent service. The guys called and arrived in the timeframe they promised. I wrote the check, gave it to them and they were out the door with the furniture I no longer wanted. I found the price very reasonable. Thank you so much.

Paul and Henry were timely, knowledgeable, and friendly. Junk King was a great solution for large trash removal in Columbus! They also work with the Furniture pantry so usable items are repurposed! They worked hard and efficiently to get the job done!

First let me say that I highly recommend Jim and My Critter Pro. A friend of ours recommended My Critter Pro, and I was very pleased with the entire experience. When I called Jim, originally he told me that they couldn't come out until Friday, but today Jim contacted me and let me know they had a cancellation and that they could come out earlier. When Jim and his partner came out they did a thorough inspection. They both were very professional and courteous, and they took time to put on shoe covers before they came into my house. After they inspected our attic, they showed us pictures of the squirrel they saw and they made some recommendations for what we could do to get rid of the squirrel. We really appreciated how honest and helpful they were. They even gave us suggestions for how we could get rid of the squirrel ourselves and save money. I would definitely call Jim, My Critter Pro again for help with critter removal. I would also feel good about recommending My Critter Pro to my family, friends and neighbors!

We had a bat in the house. I called and they came out shortly after. I called 5 different companies for quotes and theirs came out the lowest. I know you shouldn’t automatically take the lowest bidder but I checked reviews and it seemed they had a good reputation. And I’m glad I did, they were AWESOME! The bat was in a tricky spot, a crevice in the basement floor and they worked their magic. Definitely going to recommend to anyone that has issues with wildlife getting into their homes, I love wildlife but not inside :)

Jim is great! We called in a panic because we were ghosted by another company for a birds nest removal job and Jim and his team were able to come right away! Super nice guy and went above and beyond to clean up the mess the birds left and educated us on how to prevent them from coming again. Will absolutely use My Critter Pro in the future!

I highly recommend My Critter Pro! Jim, the owner, handled our issue himself, and it truly shows in the quality, care, and professionalism he brings to the process. From the first time I text to set up and appointment, Jim was prompt, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, identified the issue quickly, and provided a humane and effective solution (which was also safe for our dogs). You can tell he genuinely cares-- not just about solving the problem, but about doing it right and making sure your home is protected long-term. I would definitely hire again but hope I never have to ;)

My critter pro was awesome! I had a bat in my house after getting some gutter/fascia work done. I called at 9pm and was able to actually speak to someone (I called 2 other 24/7 companies also and got nothing). He came out the next morning, got the bat, inspected my home for entry points, and gave honest recommendations on what he was seeing. Didn’t try to up-charge me for precautions I didn’t need. Hopefully I won’t need there servicing again, but if I do, will absolutely call My Critter Pros.

My Critter Pro provided A+ high quality service from start to finish in helping to eradicate moles from our yard. Jim is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and diligent. Highly recommend!

We heard a critter (I suspect a bat) trapped in our walls. Jim came out to inspect our house. Upon evidence of bats in the attic, he set up one way traps to evacuate them safely and sealed up all potential entry points. Jim was respectful, professional and reliable. He was very pleasant to deal with and I would recommend him to family and friends.

Jim and Anthony were great to work with when we had a skunk move in under our front porch! They were upfront about costs, responsive to our texts and calls, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Giant selection in massive greenhouses for annual and perennial plants and hanging baskets. Quart and flat sizes, organized nicely, carefully tended and frequently cleaned displays and aisles. Nice carts, wide aisles. Easy access and parking, good checkout.

The staff here are super helpful and very friendly. They have a large variety of plants that are reasonably priced. If you're in the Columbus area looking for plants, this is a great place to stop. I'm very happy with the houseplants I purchased here 🌿
