Valerie was fabulous and’s so knowledgeable and tree removal went flawlessly. However, when it came time for stump grinding they refused to wait for gas lines to be marked in spite of my insistence. In fact they were marked two days later and clearly went right where stump had been. 811 “call before you dig” said I should have called police to have them removed from property…too late now. Fortunately it appears nothing happened but they put everyone at risk including their own worker.

They came and were efficient. However, my grass was weak and soggy and their equipment did tear it up. But they were professional about it and offered to help tend the area. Was much appreciated 👏

The guys were prompt, reviewed everything with us before starting the job then went over everything at completion. The trees look great and they cleaned up all the debris. Definitely have Premier saved in our contacts for next time! Thank you.

Well they did a decent job at taking my tree down. However their heavy machinery drove over my curb and broke it into pieces. They didn't tell me, I had to find out on my own a day or so later. When I reported it to them, they seemed apologetic and then after a couple communications they wanted to blame it on a snow plow. I told them between their service and when I had found it, it had not snowed (only a day later, it was 50F outside). It has been eight months now and my curb is still broken and there is still no resolution. They may be good at taking down trees, but they are not good at accountability for anything they may damage on your property.

These guys came out as scheduled and were very courteous and professional. They did a good job, including clean-up. I would recommend them to anyone requiring any type of tree work.

We are so pleased with Premier Tree Specialists. They arrived exactly when they said they would and took down our very large tree. ..and did not stop till the job was done. No one on their phone ..no long breaks..just the tree take down! Done! they are very affordable also ..we checked with 2 others that were way overpriced...thank you Premier Tree Specialist!

Excellent company to work with. They showed up on time, got the job done, and cleaned up the area. The guys that did the work were very pleasant. I would definitely call them again.

Tree removal was successful- however, they decided to proceed with the work during a rainy period. Yard was completely destroyed. Company reached out on their behalf to offer yard restoration; however, they no longer answered my calls or returned emails / multiple voicemails when I reached out to schedule the restoration services.

Would not recommend.

I’m no expert but I think I had a very complicated tree removal. I live in west park Cleveland, houses are all close together and my driveway isn’t very wide. My tree was monstrous, was Tucked in my back yard and butted up to my garage. I had a few tree services stand me up because they wanted nothing to do with the job but Premier came out and made easy work of it even without being able to use a crane. The crew was awesome. Showed up promptly every morning and did the job in the brutal cold. Hauled away everything with ease and didn’t leave a scratch on anything on my property. Truth be told I expected part of my fence or garage to take some damage and I wouldn’t have been mad had it happened but the Premier crew made sure it didn’t. I asked them to leave a few pieces so I can use them for firewood and they did. Also took a few logs down to my neighbor because he asked for some too. 10/10 recommend Premier.

I did a review quite a while ago. I was pleased with the tree removals. I had to have 3 taken down. The trimming was done mainly so the trucks could get in and out of the property. I was very, very pleased with the removal crew. Unfortunately I had had an accident so could not be outside to watch the proceedings. But they cleaned up after themselves and did a good job. The pick- up took a lot longer than I expected. The logs sat on my front lawn for several weeks and I was afraid someone might get hurt. However they came when they could and hauled the logs away. I had the stump ground down in the front yard and the worker did a good job but I didnt expect the mounds that were left behind. I thought it would have been raked at least.
On the whole though I was pleased and have recommended this company to several people.

Even in freezing cold weather, he never rushed the job and made sure everything was done thoroughly and thoughtfully. The service was professional, friendly, and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend Ortiz Tree Services! Cut down 4 trees, ground the stumps and hauled all wood away in less than 6 hours. Very prompt, responsive and courteous company to work with. Price is very reasonable!

Amazing company. Same day estimate given once I reached out. They returned the following week on time and efficiently removed two trees from my yard and the stumps. Left the area looking very clean after they were completed with their work. Cost efficient, timely, professional, and great work are just a few of the words to describe this company. I will absolutely continue to utilize this company for any future tree service needs that I have. Excellent work.
