Thank you all so much for coming out to clear the front of my yard of all the tree branches around the power lines. (Martinsville). You guys did a awesome job. You all are a very Big Blessing for me.

I looked up Wright Tree Service to leave an awful review (as many in these reviews appear to have, justifiably) and this company came up. THIS IS NOT THE SAME COMPANY. I am leaving a 5 star to offset some of the nasty reviews from others who left them unwarranted. This company seems professional and is a small, local business. Please review the company thoroughly before reviewing to make sure it is the right one everyone! Support our small businesses who do quality work!

I haven't used them as a tree service but I experienced one of their drivers on the highway today. He was going ridiculously fast while swerving in and out of both lanes, which made it incredibly unsafe to anyone who tried to get past him. No idea of the truck number or anything but I almost got rear ended by him when I was taking my exit. He was coming on rt. 50 west near Athens.

Management: please have a discussion with your drivers.

Terrible company. Duke energy outsourced them to trim trees around power lines and they destroyed my front yard. When I left a bad review with them on their website they sent a gentleman out to look. He agreed it was unacceptable and now they want me to rent equipment to fix it myself for a reimbursement. All around joke. I will never allow them back on my property again. Awful and unprofessional.

After years of service, I had to end the relationship. They encouraged me to purchase a product to reduce tree growth. It immediately caused both trees to go into decline and eventually had to have them removed. They said it was climate change which was not true. Consulted two more arborists who said treatment was unnecessary and inappropriately applied. I contact Wright’s … no response. Unfortunately, this is not a company that can be trusted. If possible, I wouldn’t even give them one star. There are many good arborists in Franklin county from which to select one. I chose Davey and the service five star.

Your service came out to trim around power lines. The trees are destroyed and will need cutting down now. They have been literally cut in half. It is obvious the tree trimmers were not trained properly. Many limbs left open with no treatment to save the bark. The trees were cut way to far from where the power lines even were. A supervisor came out to say the trees had a fungus and needed cut down. That would be our decision as a homeowner. My beautiful yard is destroyed. Will be adding this to the neighborhood app so no one has to have their trees destroyed.

When we purchased our home over 10 years ago, the yard had lots of acid-loving plants and large, mature trees. I wanted to maintain the beautiful landscape the same way the former owners had. They had been using Wright’s tree service, so we kept up the service with the same company. Every spring they complete a fertilization for our acid-loving plants (like hydrangeas and azaleas) and disease maintenance on some of our trees. They’ve also done acid trunk injections for our oak and sweet gums and have pruned back multiple trees on multiple occasions, ensuring the canopy doesn’t get too large and keeps the tree looking great. Some of these services are on an annual service agreement, while others are performed as needed. The company is always quick to respond, professional, and done excellent work. I’ve never had any complaints with anything they’ve done. We used a different company at our last house and they butchered our large maple trees when pruning to thin out the canopy - i’m super sensitive to this and Wright’s tree service has always done an excellent job, not under or over pruning. My only feedback would be the answering service they use. I realize they are a small family owned company and probably do not need to maintain an office staff, but the answering service is kinda old-school and not keeping pace with today’s customers expectations on response times. That said, they’ve always returned my calls promptly.

Absolutely disgusting how they supposably trim trees... More like butcher them. I would never recommend their services. Not to mention they take forever to clean up the mess that they make. Make sure you do your due diligence before hiring slobs to do your tree service needs

We have been using Wright's Tree Service, Columbus Ohio, for years. They treat our many trees for growth and/or disease. They have actually saved two beech trees we love. Last year they successfully treated our very old diseased magnolia that bloomed beautifully this year.They have pruned trees and removed dead trees and stumps. 3 gentleman from Wright's did that work for us today. They discussed everything with me. They were very professional and personable as well. Everything was cleaned up perfectly. Owner, Brian Wright, is always responsive, very professional and will meet at convenient times to discuss work that needs to be done. We highly recommend this small, family owned business.

This is the service my county has removing limbs from around the lines. They have done an incredible job. They are very considerate to the health of the tree and try to preserve as much of the trees main limbs as possible. Not only are they doing a far superior job than the county has ever done, they are leaving the larger portions in manageable pieces near the road for people to utilize. If I need tree service in the future they will get my business.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! They came out to trim for Duke Energy. Trimming of 2 branches of my tall beautiful sycamore was all that was needed and they totally hacked half of the tree gone from top to bottom. It looks awful and was not necessary. I am sooo upset to the verge of tears. I would give them zero stars if I could!!!

Duke had this company come trim my tree back from the lines. They proceeded to trim WAY more than necessary in areas many feet away from the lines, with no ability to grow over them.

Been doing business with Wright's for 3 generations. They take care of our trees and are always there when we need them; like this weekend when we had a micro-burst. Thankful for Wright's. Strong recommend.

Horrible!!!!! Do not hire! How Ohio Edison has them working for them is unbelievable! A supervisor said he would be back, he would mark the limbs in Red that would come down and they were retrained how to not butcher trees! It was the worst butcher on my private property that has been done in 20 years! And they were to know on my door. Never did and was too late when I saw how horrible. They cut limbs back to the trunk and left two looking like the famous L shape they are famous for....they deserve negative stars!!

Wright cut down several of my neighbors tree for Duke Energy this week. The left a rut in her yard where they drove off her driveway. They failed to take away large logs in her yard and left a large pile of logs on the curb. The logs impede anyone from getting out of their passenger side if parked. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this company, and question if the employee legal citizens, as the workers spoke only Spanish. My neighbor is a retired lady and was unsatisfied with this company and trying to have them clean up their job! They acted like it was her problem when they told her Duke had requested the removal of her two trees.

Company came out for Duke Energy to trim trees along my private driveway. I did not hire them or request or know they were coming to my property. They leaked hydraulic oil from their bucket truck down about 150' of my 9 month old asphalt driveway. This caused deterioration of the driveway where the oil was. They came out weeks later and cleaned driveway 2 months later still dealing with them to resolve it properly. Was told they are not willing to seal it to protect it from further damage.

My friend used them and is too afraid to write a negative review, but this company destroyed his backyard and his neighbors. It was cheap but the price was not worth the chaos that ensued. Definitely look somewhere else.

We had a large branch from a oak tree fall on our deck , they responded within a couple hours & had a crew out the same day . Also they did a great job & good clean up thank you in & out crew
