This is a very unprofessional tree company.they cut a tree in my backyard and left a mess and tree branches sit for me to clean up.the tree crew just makes a mess and leaves.

If you want it done wrong lol call wrights, my trees look awful and the crew working was rude, called to complain to their supervisor and got laughed at

Following one of their trucks down the highway and the guy was just losing the rocks that he had in the back of his truck and nailed my car about three times and then wouldn't pull over

I’ve seen there work for Duke energy in neighborhoods in our area. I hope some sues Duke and then maybe they will quit using this horrible service.

After clearing trees for the electric company they left a mess all over my yard

Don’t used wright tree service they came into my back yard in the middle of the night for AES blaring music and dinted me truck with tree limbs

Wish I "could" review them, but I can't get them to give me a quote or return my calls smh. Tried three times this week to get them out, each time had to leave message with their answering service, received ONE call back, guy said he'd get me a quote and try and get someone out by Friday. It's Friday, no quote, no return call from my second call and no one showed. When I called back the third time today, I told the answering service (they don't appear to have their own phone) that if this is how they run their business, they won't get my business.

Wright's Tree Service performed well for me. They responded quickly to calls. Their pricing was competitive. They did the work quickly and professionally. I would hire them again.

My mother used the since the 90’s. My sister has the house now and had a branch break off of a 50yr old tree.
Joe and Cameron came out and did an amazing job. They also told what to do to save the other branches.

Company. They were quick to respond when a tree fell on my house, and made sure to fix the situation before any more damage occurred. Very professional. Will use them anytime!

Their flaggers are a joke! They should be standing on the side of the road, Not in the middle. They are going to get hurt!

Won't be allowed to cut here again! Trimming for the power company and left and mess! Trees all over half butchered n knocked others down taking the ones down they were cutting! They asked if i preffered them to leave logs or cut it up n i said cut it up please n they left logs all over our cow n horse pasture! There is brush from the trees they cut down on our property fence that keep our animals in! Not happy about this at all! We have a mess here! Wish I could send you pix cause Id be happy too!

The city had them come trees out of the power line and that's fine. But they left one hell of a mess in my yard, patio, driveway, broke my tomatoe plants. And butchered my blue spruce tree took the top of it out and cut the whole side of it out. I spent 3 hours cleaning up after they left. Never again

Brian is very knowledgeable and also committed to tree health. We have learned a lot from him and Wright’s Tree Service does an excellent job with our huge oaks!!

AWFUL! Pounding on my door multiple times to do city tree work that had nothing to do with trees on my property they just wanted to use my driveway because they were too lazy to climb up the trees like they did on everyone else’s property and then ended up doing nothing! So rude and disrespectful of property. Walked all over my flower beds by going where they had no business being.

Don’t bother with Travis. He left a leaflet at my house so I called about having some trees pruned. We set up an appointment for for the next day between 1pm-4pm for him to estimate the job.. Never showed, no call, just didn’t show up. I called him at 5pm and left a message. His secretary called my and apologized and told me Travis had to attend to one of his workers that was hurt on the job. Ok, things happen. We agreed to reschedule the next day for a two hour window of 2pm-4pm. Guess what? Travis decided to no show again… no call… again. I called him at 6:30pm and he answered the phone, but when I said who I was, our call was mysteriously disconnected.. If his services are as good as his professionalism, I dodged a bullet.. AVOID.. 6 hours of my time wasted..

Looks like they have problems with their drivers. I had one of their workers (in their work truck) tailgate me and leave their brights behind me while on 315 south during morning rush hour. Didnt catch the truck number because they sped off so fast and tailgated every other car. I seen there was another review about their unsafe driving so makes me think managenment doesn't care. If they don't care about the safety of other drivers during morning rush hour, makes me think they don't care about their own company they're advertising on the truck they're recklessly driving.
