Jake did an amazing job getting to me in a hurry to clean up my yard before having family come in from out of town. I will continue using him all spring and summer long!

Honest, quick and less expensive than most other services. You won't go wrong choosing Family Tree & Landscape. They came out the same day I called and gave me a free estimate that was about 1/3 lower than other companies. I highly recommend them!

I don't know about this company's services, but I know they are using shady methods to trick people into leaving good reviews. They posted a help wanted ad under gigs, on Craigslist, and when I responded to it I got a text saying that they already found someone close by, but that they will save my number. Then later I get a text asking if I would review them since they are just starting out. I fell for it awhile back, then it happened again today.
It may be someone they hired to boost their Google ratings, but if so it's still dishonestly trying to get reviews.

I would highly recommend Davey Tree as I found these folks to provide fair pricing and great customer service throughout the entire process. When you have people that care about safety and your property couple with great equipment you take the time to say thank you Davey Tree for a job well done!

I called to get an estimate early May, 2017 to prune my tree. I got the estimate, however, each time I called to schedule the work, I could not get the arborist to get back with me. Finally, nearly 30 days later, I am scheduled for service, but the arborist did not call, e- mail or show up. I am so done with this company. I called another company today and I got a cheaper estimate the same day.

The best tree service in Columbus. They have a robot that they carefully control to dig out the stumps. The stalky guy with the beard did a fantastic job getting our tree stump out without affecting our garden. Highly recommend and worth it.

We had a tree fall across our home on a Friday evening. They were closing for the day but sent a crew out, removed the tree and cleaned up. They secured the roof until we could get a roofer out. They did all of this in the dark! Wonderful company.

We have been their customers for about 40 years and never had a problem. The workers are knowledgeable, courteous, fast and accurate. Always on time and always complete their jobs. They are the tree experts, indeed.

The crew arrived on time. They were very kind and professional. They completely cleaned up the yard and it looked like they had never been there. The price was very reasonable and we will definitely be using them again!

Davey came by this morning and treated our lawn, and being home I had the opportunity to see what was done. Was super impressed with the quality of work that Ozzi performed. Being a Life member of the PGA I have extensive experience in golf course maintenance. Ozzi did a complete professional job on my lawn. I have a hitting golf range in my backyard and he took the time to actually blow of the granular fertilizer off my hitting mat as well as my back patio and driveway.
By far this is the best company that we used to treat our property.

Salesman was really responsive when I called for an estimate and gave me a decent price for pruning and fertilizing a tree right on the spot. But, It’s been a few months since then and they just never showed up.

Called once and was told they’d be out at the end of November and they never showed. Thinking the job was just to small for them and if that was the case I just really wish they’d tell you up front and I could have found someone else.

I’ve used Davey landscaping service at multiple communities I’ve managed and Kelly Leinard has been a professional and reliable contact. We are thrilled with the service we’ve received and will happily continue to work with Davey for future seasons!

We contacted Davey tree about 2 yrs ago for a free consultation. We were concerned about 4 trees. A white pine that died suddenly, a Cleveland Pear and a Maple tree that was dying, as well as preserving our Ash tree. This was the 3rd company we called and I was so happy to have someone that actually went up to the trees and examined them and told me right on the spot what was wrong with 3 of the trees and that we will do our best to preserve our Ash which had no signs of borer. Needless to say we contracted them to take care of our trees. Yes, they were a little more expensive but so impressed with the knowledge our rep had and the fact he actually went up to each tree to check them out.

You must check these guys out before contracting with anyone else. They did a great job for me. The team they sent was outstanding. They did everything they said they would. Not even on small complaint from me. Great company with great people doing a great service and a true value. Ted, Ryan and Robert, thanks for the outstanding service, you guys are a credit to a the company and the company a credit to the area they service. Just Outstanding.

If there was a zero stars I would have chosen it. I don’t do business with companies that break promises and the law. An entire community was put at risk because they couldn’t be bothered to call 811 before taking heavy equipment over high pressure gas lines.

All the employees are professional and knowledgeable. They truly care about the long term health of our lawn, shrubs and trees. The arborists and technicians take the time to explain all options and trade-offs. Their fertilizer and treatment products are of the highest quality. Wouldn’t consider using anyone else!

Our job was not your run-of-the-mill "tree job". We live on a ravine. The trees we had pruned were around our deck. They were 70-100 feet tall and some brances hung over the deck (which has a pool in it) and over the pool equipment.
Max' gave us a great price, but it was his confidence, expertise and confindence that sold me.
The crew's were AMAZING! The cuts that had to be made to avoid damaging anything were beyond impressive! Not one twig landed on the deck. I also have to mention they were unstoppable! Day one, while 50-70 feet up in the canopies we had a TORRENTIAL RAIN STORM. The second day the heat index was over a 100.
Everything is beautiful. I can't recomend this company highly enough. I'll be having them back next year to tackle andother monster tree!

Davey Tree trimmed and removed dead limbs in two of our trees and cut down, then ground the stump out of another tree. They were highly professional, did a fantastic job and left our property spotless! Their attention to detail was outstanding! We will use them in the future.
