Absolutely terrible. The crew that services our HOA focuses on speed over quality- I assume at management instruction. They show up on days they are not scheduled, plow through the yards and leave a trail of damage behind. According to our HOA management firm Brightview is supposed to make them aware of schedule changes but do not. I will be lobbying for a replacement! See photos of just some of the damage done to my yard. Updating for the winter experience. Brightview is to plow our HOA streets as well as clear driveways and sidewalks. They showed up after the recent storm but do not perform any better than they do mowing. Streets half cleared and numerous driveways left untouched. See pictures. The nighborhood has many retirees who rely on this service. Wish our management company (Vaughn Group) would take action to protect residents!

I Went to sheetz today on Galloway and Broad St and seen this company truck parked in a handicap spot, one of the sheetz employees told the guy it was a $250 dollar fine and he needs to find a different spot to park! The guy felt entitled and started laughing at the employee doing their job very unprofessional!!

I have not been to this location for quite some time. I live in between the Galloway and grove city stores, I will never waste my time going back to the grove city store. This store puts Grove City to shame and the staff at the Galloway store all greeted me answered all my questions and were very friendly. Awesome job!

I always stop by Strader's W Broad St.
Location. I'm always treated with a smile. Everyone that works there is out going. And always willing to help and answer questions. And the Manager
always on the floor helping his colleagues. So I make the trip from
Grove City To a nice happy clean environment so thanks to The ladies and gentlemen at Strader's Galloway

Strader's Galloway: I want to give a HUGE shout-out to Darius, Charles, Coyote, Janet and Hailey for helping me save a plant from a dumpster death. I don't have a before picture; but they told me what it was, how to care for it and repotted it for me. I named the Dracaena, Coyote! What an AWESOME team!

I bought 2 rhododendron and three bushes at Strader‘s. Not cheap but always great quality. Once I got them home, I realize I needed a bigger tree instead of one of the rhododendrons and so I tried to exchange a rhododendron for a tree. Obviously, there would be a price difference, and I was ready to pay more.

Even though the plant has tags from the store, and I have a credit card receipt, and the plant is very healthy- I was shocked to be turned away because I don’t have the store receipt!!

It wasn’t as if I was trying to get money back; they were about to get even more if my money. When I told them how surprised I was because other stores would have no problem doing that, I was told, “We aren’t other stores.”

Bad customer service for sure. Heading back to Darby Creek Nursery. They keep my receipts online and will even replace plants that die a year later.

Love this place. Healthy, unique plants. (My $5 black petunia grew like crazy so I had to picture it.) Great pots. Friendly staff. And two adorable store cats. Ginger and the big beautiful Whodini. I'd say half the time I go there is for kitty lovins. The other half is to drain my wallet on all the cute stuff in this store.

We get our Christmas tree here every year. They always have a great selection of trees and the people are very helpful. We also adore their free roaming orange kitty who takes naps in the cutest places.

I purchase a significant amount of flowers each year and have traditionally gone to Straders in Dublin. I was very disappointed this year at the quality and variety. I went to Stader's on W Broad St and was beyond pleased at the quality and variety! The people were also much more approachable and friendly. I will ALWAYS purchase from them now.

I switched to Cardinal Lawns due to Poor customer service from my previous big name lawn company. I must say I have been very pleased with the service provided thus far and the response to my specific demands. My lawn looks better than it ever has. If you ever need a photo op for advertising feel free to use my lawn as proof of your expertise. I specifical want to commend Charles Bursey for his professionalism and expertise. He is an asset to your company

I've tried 4 other lawn care services in Pickerington and Cardinal Lawns has been by far the best. My yard has never looked better and I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

Although we just recently became a customer with Cardinal Lawns, our tech, Travis, is really good. I appreciate his thoroughness and willingness to speak with me regarding my lawn. We look forward to a long business relationship with this company and having Travis as our tech.

After trying several lawn care companies, we hired Cardinal Lawns several years ago. Charles has brought our yard into great shape and it's never looked better.

Kyle did a great job of aeration and overseeding. He took the time to walk the yard with me to make sure he knew where all of the irrigation lines and heads are. I appreciated the care he took to make sure everything was done right.

Ron just treated our lawn 3/4/26. He is a complete professional worker and we love having him take care of our yard, giving suggestions etc.... Thank you Ron.

Jeffrey (Cardinal) has done a fabulous job of maintaining and treating my yard this year! I have tried several of the big name provider in town and they cannot compete with the product and services of Cardinal. Just wish I would have found them sooner.

I’ve used Cardinal for 10 years. Previous owners about the same. I get compliments all the time on the yard and how nice it looks.

I am picky and no company is perfect, but of all the service providers I hired to help maintain my property starting 10 years ago, (landscape, mowing, bug control, etc) Cardinal is the only one I still use because they’ve met my expectations.

I cut back on treatment from time to time and asked they call ahead before treatment. They have always worked with us, our budget and provided excellent customer service.
