Do not trust this company. They lie and will steal materials. We did a job for them they took the materials out of our check and would not give the materials back. Still haven’t even got our final check.

Just watched one of their employees in a truck and tractor combo turn left on to riverside drive from a straight only lane, almost wrecking two vehicles. They then proceeded down riverside driving in the center of two lanes. Tried twice to call their customer service safety number and never received an answer.

I manage condominium associations and I use Brightview at four of my properties. They do a great job and communication is good.

Brightview does not do a good job if I were looking for a landscaping company I would move past this one they charge a premium only to do half of what they promised. I have been trying to get a hold of them to talk to someone but whenever I call there is “someone else” that is the person I need to talk and I’m redirected. If you want to waste your hard earned money by all means choose brickman or brightview or whatever they would like to be called now. They will most likely deny any accusations of poor worksmanship but I have pictures to prove it this time unlike in the past.

Sam Keeton is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very positive and professional. I would absolutely recommend Brightview to service anyone's lawncare needs.

Polite and fast workers who pay close attention to detail! Ten out of ten I recommend these guys! It's a shame that only disappointed customers leave reviews these days. The other reviews on this site do not reflect my experience at all!

Brightview (formerly Brickman) is landscaping company hired to take care of our complex property. They weed wacked all our flowers that were IN OUR FLOWERBED! The fact that none of the staff speak a word of English does not bother me, but they should be able to tell the difference between the lawn and a flowerbed! All that hard work I did to plant those beautiful flowers was a waste!

Brightview landscaping staff also do not clean up their mess when weed wacking the bushes and grass outside our front and back porches. I always have to sweep up after them. They seem to have no clue as to what they are supposed to be doing.

My neighbors have made the same complaints; having their flowerbeds or vegetable gardens destroyed by Brightview staff, with no regard for how it affects us! And I thought chipmunks and squirrels were bad!

Samantha and Jared whom I work with have both been amazing and get any of my requests taken care of immediately!
I love working with this team and would recommend them to take care of any association.

Our grass at Timbers Edge is despicable . Our landscaping company has not been on our property since May 22, 2018. It is now May 31, 2018. That is 9 days and the grass was not cut very short on May 22, 2018 when they were here. Yes we had a holiday however they should have been professional and planned for the holiday
Given the fact that tall grass provides an essential environment for breeding ticks the grass needs cut more often or shorter. The grass measures anywhere from 7 inches to 12 inches in our neighborhood. It is unpleasant and unsafe to walk in for both humans and pets. We have already had a black legged tick come into our home from walking to the neighbors across the street 1 week ago. You don't have to be a pet owner to notice. It is 12 inches outside of my door
This company manager gave an excuse of the holiday and the rain. They are real sorry and still hve not come out. The group that comes out run the mowers so fast and miss grass. They have damaged my personal property and nearly run over my dog while we were walking on the driveway. I would not recommend this company. Lazy workers and poor management.

By far the worst Landscaping company I have ever seen. Our HOA contracted with them last year and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. In my opinion none of their employees are trained on any kind of landscaping how too. Not to mention they just don’t care. They’ve cut drainage pipes, damages patios and if you complain it just gets worse. Whatever you do don’t hire them.

EDIT: exactly as expected, no communication, even when I emailed as the disingenuous owner response asked to. I called their office and was told the risk management team with get back with me. It’s been over a week. After cleaning my car at the wash, I’ve identified over TEN pits in my windshield, two of which are now cracks, as well as a handful of gouges out of my front end and hood paint.

Irresponsibility trained staff that doesn’t care about others, or just lacks basic common sense. My windshield is cracked now because one of their staff couldn’t be bothered to clean the golf-ball-sized residual rocks off his FLATBED from whatever delivery he had. When his trailer hit a bump on 670, rocks went everywhere.

It’s one thing when you’re following a dump truck that is designed to move gravel. It’s another when an employee is lazy and won’t take a basic safety measure to clean rocks off a FLATBED that has nothing to catch them.

Left a message. I’ll be shocked if they call back. I’m sure based on other reviews it will be a “not our responsibility” type of dodge and deny.

Truck drivers are absolutely insane. I was nearly run off the road this morning by one of their crews at Trabue and McKinley. This afternoon I saw the same truck and trailer heading home run a red light at Dublin/Scioto Darby and mark a crazy sharp left hand turn with wheels squealing (while still dragging a trailer). Guys, I know it’s Friday but slow down before you kill someone.

BrightView continues to disappoint when it comes to mowing services in our condo community yet they fail at correcting the issues on a consistent basis. With respect to mowing services, they just don’t seem to care about pride in their work, much less quality. As a community, we have expressed our dissatisfaction on numerous occasions yet nothing improves and complaints seem to fall on deaf ears and don’t get resolved. The latest mowing activity left clumps of cut grass in nearly all areas of our condo community in this near drought conditions, they decided to cut the grass lower than previous services. Their work is sub-standard and careless at best and creates a poor perception of our otherwise beautiful community. Enough is enough!

This location has taken a serious downturn after the changes in leadership 2 years ago. Reaching anyone is impossible the phone number listed above does not direct customers to the right person. It's clear that management is
not maintaining standards this company once had . Corporate urgently needs to step in, because the issues are not being addressed at the local level and are only getting worse. It seems like no one is taking responsibility for what is happening there.
