The arborist was friendly amd very knowledgeable and the tree removal was fast with little debris left behind However, the machinery they brought in/out of our backyard was driven over our paver walkway instead of in between the pavers, and three of them were damaged/cracked
I have left a message for the company but have not heard anything back.

The 4 man crew were very professional. Told me what they were doing every step of the way. The job took 3 days. They were friendly, very hard working. It was very interesting to watch. Great job. They cleaned everything up and hauled it away. I will contractor with them again.

We were very pleased with Premier Tree Specialists Columbus. I needed several things done. One of our ash trees was infected with the ash borer insect, and it needed to be removed. I needed foliage removed that was near that tree. I also requested that branches dIrectly above our chimney be removed. Finally, a large branch from another tree was broken & resting on our neighbor's shed, and I needed that branch removed. Robbie Morris came out, assessed the situation, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. In just a few weeks' time Robbie, Billy & Brian came and did the work. They were kind, respectful, and hard working. In a relatively short period of time all of the work was done and cleaned up. Robbie was easy to work with and very accommodating to my schedule. I even asked him about pruning a young cypress tree, and he took the time to show me how to do it. We could not be more pleased with Premier Tree Specialists Columbus. We look forward to having the company return to spray our remaining ash tree so that it will continue to thrive. I highly recommend Premier Tree Specialists. Definitely a 5 star company.
