Todd at All City Stump Grinding is AMAZING! Todd is very personable. He returned my call within a couple minutes and was able to come to my house the same day to complete the work. Todd arrived at my home within 2 hours of our phone conversation and did an amazing job! He even was able to level out the area with his equipment once he was done so that it was not a tripping hazard for anyone. His prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Once OUPS was scheduled, he was out within the hour after they finished marking the property for digging. I especially appreciated that Todd moved our job to Thursday after learning it was going to rain on Friday. Incredible!

Called the owner (Todd) to get an estimate for removal of several stumps throughout my property. His price was extremely fair and reasonable. Came the next day and went straight to work. I will be definitely recommending his services/company to anyone who needs it!

Left a voicemail at noon and Todd came out within 3 hours to remove the stump. Very efficient and reasonably-priced. Watching the grinder make short work of a 50 inch stump was also good entertainment for 15 minutes!

Todd was very professional and communicated well with me from my first call. His pricing was more than fair. We had him do a few stumps, two of which were on a hill area that everyone else kept saying their machine couldn’t do. He has a monster machine that did both of them with ease. The estimate process was excellent—no time to waste.

I got to say, I had two companies come out to my house to do stump grinding but by far Todd and his All City stump grinding was the best company, and they did a much better job, and finished the work that the two previous companies I had come out to do.

Todd at All City Stump Grinding was great to work with! I filled out the online request form on Sunday afternoon, and within 15 minutes Todd had reached out to gather additional information. He was able to complete the job that week (and was very proactive in rescheduling when the weather didn't cooperate the first day). He was extremely communicative and even took down our back gate to get the machine into our yard when we couldn't figure out how to do it ourselves. His pricing was really fair and because the stump was too big to fit under his machine at first, he even cut the remainder of the stump into smaller rounds so that we could easily fit them in the trash. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a stump cleared out!

I had a great experience with Todd from All City Stump Grinding. He was extremely responsive - from my initial inquiry to completion of the project. Great communication. Pricing was reasonable and as quoted. He ground 2 stumps in a lightly wooded area and even finished the area with some rough grading, which exceeded my expectations. His remote-controlled grinder is very effective (and is a lot of fun to watch too!). I offer my highest recommendation after a job well done.

WOW! Highly recommend! Todd had me take some measurements and pictures to send to him so he could give me an idea on pricing while he was in between appointments. We had a 5’ diameter hackberry stump (very hard wood) straddling our property line in the backyard. We’re in Victorian Village so access is tight. Todd came out soon after we talked and got the job done quickly. The price was good. He was careful around the fence posts and all of my surrounding plants are still alive! I’d recommend All City Stump Grinding to EVERYONE!

Driver pulls onto my street, flying to beat oncoming traffic, and almost hits my car as I sit at the stop sign. Then proceeds to honk and scream at me because his trailer can't clear my car. I had to drive over the curb to get out. If a pedestrian had been crossing, it would have been a fatality, as he clearly wasn't looking where he was going. You can see from an earlier review about one of their drivers (probably the same one) that safety obviously isn't a priority for this company. Do you want them working on your property?

One of your drivers, last week on Indianola just south of Hudson, in true third-world driving style, waited til he was next to me on my bike and let his big boy truck horn loose, nearly causing me to wreck. You should brief these idiots about courtesy and the legal implications of such behaviour and how they represent your company. With his action, he assured that I will never do business with you in the future.
