Expert, efficient, safety-oriented crew removed multiple dead trees and limbs. My place looks great! They were recommended by a previous contractor, now I know why!

They did a fantastic job and we're very reasonably priced for what they did for us. We had a 100+ year old tree that needed removed to do poor care, erosion around the roots and proximity to our home. They removed that, some dead bushes, and another tree in about 4 hours and cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend them if you need tree care!

Ms. Brandy is great to work with. Her love of trees and knowledge of tree health is evident. She provided immediate assessments and a very reasonable quote (comparable to other companies of similar size and reputation) within 24-hours. The crew was also great! They showed up on time, communicated clearly with me, and worked together as a team really well... efficiently and very safe. It was actually fun to listen and watch them work, and they left no trace of their work on the ground! I recommend this company to anyone looking to preserve and protect trees on their property.

Website stated “No job too small” so I contacted the company for estimate to trim approximately 5 upper branches of a weeping cherry tree that were encroaching on neighbor’s roof/side of building. Brandy was very responsive and called/texted me to arrange a time to look at the tree. Estimate was provided quickly; Cost was very reasonable and competitive. The following week I stopped by the office location and spoke with Sarah. Sarah was able to schedule the work for 2 days later, and honored the website’s $25.00 off coupon that I presented. On the morning of the day the work was to be performed I received a call from Anthony stating he was 20 minutes out. Upon arrival Anthony and his crew were friendly, respectful of my/neighbor’s property, and gladly took direction as to what limbs I wanted trimmed. The crew then cleaned up the debris timely and Anthony explained that a credit card payment would incur a 3% service fee but payment by personal check would not incur any additional service fees. I highly recommend A Woman’s Touch Tree Care company.

General Service Review:
•Excellent tree removal service. They contract out stump removal, and the stump removal company was also terrific.
Service improvements:
•One thing that I would suggest offering is mulch removal from the ground down stump. I was left with a massive pile, which was difficult to remove. It would have been appreciated to know what I would be left with.
•Another thing that I would suggest is that workers should not throw their cigarette butts on the property and be careful towards flower beds. -
A Woman’s Touch Tree Care was absolutely amazing! They removed a dead tree from my yard for me. Not only were the staff very friendly they also were efficient, and cleaned up after they were done. It was like they were never there! They also were the best priced quote I got out of four quotes! It was a very quick turn around from the estimate to the work completed. I recommend them to everyone I can!!!!

Very good experience, with communication, pricing, and quality of work. Both removal and stump grinding crews were great for a large tree removal. Sad to see the tree go, but appreciated their work to make it happen.

FANTASTIC! Lisa’s crew was excellent. Quick, thorough, and kind. I don’t think they left a single twig in the yard!
I also have to say - I got another much lower quote just to remove a split branch. Brandy let me know the tree needed more. A full service and some other branches removed. I was hesitant at first because the price was quite a bit higher….but I am SO glad I went with A Woman’s Touch and did the full service. Both the trees they serviced look amazing. And as I said they didn’t leave anything behind. Cannot recommend enough. -
A Woman’s Touch Tree Care did a great job with services requested. I needed a tree removed, as well as a few other trees and bushes trimmed. The crew came out for the free estimate and walked me through all of my requests giving me options and asking what I felt most comfortable with. They offered me a fair estimate and even better- the crew was available and able to do the work that same day!
Office manager was quick and responsive to all questions and requests and everyone communicated throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend! -
The office staff was friendly and able to get us on the schedule quickly. The crew were able to get our four bradford pear trees cut down and cleaned up in less than two hours. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be recommending to anyone that is in need of tree care or removal.

I am so impressed with the level of service we received from the entire team. My husband called on a Sunday about a tree we were concerned might fall onto our deck. They came out first thing Monday morning and took care of it right away. The crew was professional, efficient, and incredibly courteous. They even cleaned up everything afterward — including some debris that was there before they arrived!
We feel so much safer now, and if we decide to take the entire tree down in the future, we’ll absolutely be using them again. They truly took the stress out of a stressful situation. We first heard about this company through a friend who worked with them a few years ago and had a great experience — and now we completely understand why.
Highly, highly recommend! -
Bartlett saved all five of my huge spruce trees, which were on a rapid decline. They've also helped salvage my ash tree, which was dropping large limbs due to an ash borer infestation. Another company told me it was simply rotting, but Bartlett could tell that wasn't the case. David continues to get in front of problems with my others trees and shrubs, proactively identifying a problem with my boxwoods, cautioning how to watch for another emerging problem with the plant, and recommending effective treatment for my crabapple trees. He and each person providing tree services has been helpful and friendly at every visit. Glad to have found a team that cares about my trees the way I do.

I contacted Bartlett Tree Experts 3 times (via their website, then calling and leaving a message) but received no response.

Very professional yet personable! This is the company we use at work. Complete service and the clean up is perfect.

This company did a tremendous job cleaning up storm damage at our home! Their work was amazing and I HIGHLY recommend.

Everyone was so great! They were very knowledgeable and patient with me when I had questions. Bartlett is awesome and I will definitely be recommending them to others.

I am very pleased with the service. The two trees they worked on look great! The two arborists were able to take our thoughts and put them into actions and results.

Terrible. Helped kill our 15 year old Red Maple! Our tree was wilting so we called Bartlett Tree Experts out. The representative said the tree was dying because of girded roots. The best thing that we could do would be to water it as much as we could and he would return in a couple of weeks to remove the roots that were choking the tree. He mentioned during the conversation that it was strange because when a tree was effected by girded roots it would normally die from the top down. This tree was wilting throughout the branches. He also said that the six additional trees on our property had the same condition and would require the girded roots to be removed.
My wife noticed from the time that we called Bartlett until they had arrived, that the tree seemed to perk up a little bit. But we decided to take the experts advice. We watered the tree heavily as he had suggested and over the next few days, the tree continued to wilt and die. The "tree experts" returned and worked on that tree and six others that they said had the same girded roots. We were hopeful that the tree would return once the roots that were choking it were removed. While they were at the property, we asked that they not remove the girded roots from the street tree because it was not our responsibility and we also asked that they not return and preform a root flare injection of magnesium on a small maple in our front yard that they had recommended. The cost was a lot more than the replacement of the tree would have been. Apparently our request were ignored and both the removal of the roots on the street tree and the injection of magnesium was preformed at a very high cost. We started looking the situation up on the internet and came to the conclusion that the tree that they suggested we water had died from damp roots. It all of a sudden made since. The tree was planted about fifteen feet from the drainage swell. They had helped us kill our tree as far as we could conclude
To sum it up. Almost $1,000 later, we had a dead tree and there was no noticeable improvement in any of the other trees. And believe me. We had no additional peace of mind. I guess that just because the word "experts" in is a name doesn't make it so.
I don't know what other tree company that you have contacted for an estimate, but I highly recommend them over this company. Thank you for taking the time to read this and good luck to you. -
The arborists did a beautiful job on our trees. They were professional, safety conscious, and courteous. They did excellent work and answered any questions I had. They were very willing to do the small things I wanted and even came back with a taller ladder to fine-tune the shaping of one of the trees. All in all, a very positive experience. Brian was very thorough in making sure the job was done to a high standard. I was very pleased with everyone.
