Absolute great company. They were able to come out the day after I called and remove the tree. Quick, efficient, and very friendly. If we need future tree service, we will use Duffey!

The team from Duffey Tree Care is the definition of professionalism and superior customer service! I wanted to have a huge tree removed due to its vast network of roots across the yard and its constant messiness from spring to winter. I called Caleb and I can’t say enough great things about him and his crew. They did everything I requested promptly and expertly and at a very fair price. They were fast and efficient! Even after tracing those endless roots and running out of daylight, they came back and ground up every single one I had been tripping over for years. And, mind you, this is after taking down the monstrous tree and hauling away all of the debris. Caleb and his team were courteous, helpful, and pleasant. I highly recommend them. Finally, a great company, great quality, great customer service, all at a super competitive price! It is rare to find a company that possesses all these traits, but this company has them all and compelled me to ensure I provided a review. Very easy to work with, all the workers were very professional and thorough, all the way down to the cleanup process. They left our property spotless after taking down trees as well as pruning trees on our property. After speaking to Caleb, I had a sense this was a very good company, but after they pulled up to the property on the scheduled day for the work, I knew we made the right choice. The equipment they used was top notch, we reviewed what they were going to do before starting the work, was updated as the work was being completed, and ensured their work met our expectation. I work with a lot of companies for a variety of services, and this is one of the best companies I have had the pleasure to work with. Very impressive 5 star service!

They are down here in Asheville contracting with the Army corp of engineers and doing tree cleanup in neighborhoods. They have done incredible work to our property from the Hurricane. Very professional, friendly and have done a fantastic job!!

Duffey Tree Care is a 5 STAR company! They are the only tree care company I have ever and will recommend! If you need tree removal or trimming call them! Best in Columbus and Central Ohio!

He called this company after a tree branch fell through our roof out of the blue - we were worried it would keep happening so we immediately contacted several tree companies. They were the first and only ones to respond- amazingly, they said they could come very next day and remove the tree if needed. They were very professional and efficient! The quote they had given us was very good! And they cut the tree down, grounds dump, and hauled it away in a very short time. Interestingly, they had mentioned that they had been down south assisting with the hurricane damage. Not surprised, if they are obviously a very good company who is very generous and kind!

Caleb and his crew are exceptional. They came in and knocked out a whole backyard of trees in one day. His customer service was top notch, excellent competitive pricing, and great machinery to get the job done in a safe way. We are EXTREMELY pleased with the work of Duffey Tree Care. They helped us with a MAJOR storm cleanup project this week. Everyone we met in the crew was professional, personable, and reliable. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied and did an EXCELLENT job. These folks should be on your short list of bids to get if you want superior service and a job well done.

The entire team was extremely professional and treated my property as if it were theirs. I could not be happier with the results. They cleaned up every last branch, and no more ugly tree for me and my yard!

They arrived as expected. They listened closely to my concerns and requests as they were doing the work. The supervisor was very pleasant. They cleaned up everything and did not tear up my yard.

Caleb (Caleb Duffy) came out and did an estimate for a tree removal and 3 more trees that needed pruning. He sent us an estimate in a timely manner, and he is an arborist (likes to preserve the trees whenever possible) and gave us all kinds of things we could do to get what we needed and what was best for the trees. We made a change and he updated the estimate quickly. We took out ONE tree and had the stump ground down; took out a huge limb covering our raised bed, and pruned up 3 trees that needed it. (Pics were taken early spring, so it was kinda fugley back there.. when the leaves come out it looks better.) Our yard was getting so much shade the grass would not grow, nor would the garden, and the sweet gum tree "pokey ball" things we've been hating for 2 decades we wanted gone.

We opted to take out one tree we've been needing removed for years, and did NOT try to upsell us on any other service. Caleb came in UNDER all other estimates, and the other companies were trying to sell us all types of upsells. Caleb pointed out the reasons why we didn't need certain "UPSELLS" because he was an experienced arborist. His honest answers and explanations were such a big help.

We feel like we got MORE than what we contracted for with Duffey Tree service! We paid a good amount but the value was phenomenal! They arrived ON TIME, and READY to get to work without any hassle! They took GREAT care in cutting down the tree and grinding the stump, trimmed up all our other trees to make them healthy again and bring more light onto our yard. The tree that was removed looked as if it had NEVER been there! They left the yard BETTER than what they found it! They even stacked up a bunch of wood for our firepit as a courtesy for my husband who is getting a little older. He was so pleased, he was floating on air the rest of the day at the job these men did! My husband LOVES to do these things but can't now due to several things going on, but even he said he is astounded on the level of professionalism Caleb and his crew demonstrated. They even took the time to teach my husband on why they cut limbs as they did and offered suggestions to him when he prunes things on his own. I can't recommend these men enough for the hard work they did! We are beyond pleased, and beyond happy with the work at every step.

Duffy tree care is a great company to work with. Caleb came out with in a day of us requesting a quote. Came out and listened to our wants/ needs and gave suggestions.
He sent the quote to us in a timely manner that evening, and we accepted the quote that evening.
Once accepting the quote we had the work done 3 days later.
Their work was done timely and they cleaned up very well!

Great company that does excellent work for a very fair price. Cody and his crew did an awesome job removing some large bushes in the front of our house and pruning a large oak tree and crabapple in the backyard. Super professional and respectful. Will absolutely use them again in the future!

Duffey Tree Service was easy to work with, easily gave me an estimate, set me up with an appointment and showed up when expected! The two man crew were efficient and cleaned up the area afterwards. Kept me informed and were mindful of my landscape. Very pleased!!!!!

Ryan and his team were great to work with. They showed up on time, were amazing at how careful they were to protect my yard in the process, and did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. Caleb and his team are absolutely AMAZING!!!! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the very first meeting while getting the quote and through the whole process, the level of professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and carefulness was top notch. We had three huge dead silver maple trees removed. Limbs were hanging over a pool, the neighbors house, our house, a boat, a couple fences. It required experienced arborist to be able to remove them and the stumps without damaging anything. Let me just say these guys are the best and have very fair pricing. Caleb, sir, our family can't thank you enough for everything.

Great experience with Duffey, from the initial intake and quote, communication throughout the process, and the cleanup afterwards it was excellent all around. Not to mention how great the trees look. Very competitive pricing, but more importantly they schedule fast and work quick and efficiently.
