I used this company last year to service two large trees on my property. When I noticed there were quite a bit of dead branches this year and reached out, they were quick to come back and reassess. I am happy to work with a company that honors their work and provides exceptional customer service! I will definitely use them again in the future!

Crew was outside my office doing cleanup for a neighbor on a residential street. They graciously took a pile of branches that have been stacked up in my parking lot for several months since we don't get yard waste pickup. Thank you!! Will call for services when we need them!!!

Brandy and her team were very responsive to our initial request for estimate. Excellent communication. They did a great removing and cleaning up the removal on the trees they took down as well as providing a stump grinding recommendation. Definitely would recommend their service. Thank you!

Very professional from the initial assessment to the final clean up. The people I worked with were friendly, professional and helpful, as well as being approachable. The work was done as agreed with multiple walk throughs to ensure there were no questions. The cleanup was so thorough that the yard looked better than before they came! While I still wouldn’t use them again for landscaping as I already have weeds popping up that weren’t fully removed and I remain irritated about the below, the women who come for estimates are phenomenal and the tree care is the best I’ve seen.

Definitely recommend for trees. Still confirm your prices.

We’ve had a woman’s touch out twice, once for tree care three (ish) years ago which went really well, and again for some landscaping here recently. There was a “miscommunication” when scheduling where Tabitha communicated there wasn’t a fee for the mulch when I asked how much they charged for the mulch. I was surprised since the quote does say mulch not included, but took her at her word. Apparently what she meant is there wasn’t a fee for delivery, and I was charged what I feel is an outrageous fee for mulch I could’ve gotten myself had she actually answered the question I asked. Despite her mistake, she refused to concede any error or take it off the bill. Because of this, we will not do business with them again, and I advise you to be very clear about exactly what you’re paying for when you schedule.

As far as work completed, we were nothing but pleased with the tree work they did, which is why we called them back out. The landscape work was slightly less impressive than I expected for the price, and now that I’m charged this extra amount, would say they’re absolutely not worth it.

TLDR
Watch out for shifting prices despite what you’re told on the phone.
Tree work: solid. Good quality work.
Landscaping: not worth it.

I am very happy for using this company to trim my trees branches. They are very affordable. They did excellent job!

I would highly recommend this company. We've used them a few times now and every time I've been impressed with the attention of the workers to our home and yard. They are careful not to damage anything existing and clean up everything like the work never happened; and this is coming from someone who has no problem making sure we get great service for the money we are paying out. The customer service is outstanding and the responsiveness by the office staff is polite and timely. You won't be disappointed!

A Woman’s Touch Tree Care is an amazing company. She came in did my quote for free and the made the whole process as smooth as possible. Mrs. Brandy was amazing and her workers did very good at cleaning up after removing the large tree from my front yard!!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone !!!

They guys where curtious to a point once i got outside to see why the ground was shaking ,the tree was massive and very damaged not sure why he left some of the damaged limbs where woody is living he said he didnt go that far nor look to see why or why it was like that .. he only trimned certain limbs . i can say over all they cut the tree.. I was hurt that the guys walked inside of my weved basket under the tree i even placed netting to keep out things but i have to rebuild sections of the basket, big dents in the front yard from the limbs hitting the ground as they fell ,which is how i was woken that morning ,no text of an date or time they would start no knock on the door. no call just the loud thug sound the tree made when it hit the ground bearing down on my garden and the fence barrier crushing winter seeding and starter plants .it is sad that rental property gets treated so second handed its already an as is space i keep it nice as possibke so now i have to mow around big divets in my front yard .repair my winter seedlings . And next year the same tree will need to be topped again at the cutters choice....because the middle is untouched .Mt planter was smashed by the falling of the branches of the tree and because I am a renter it is up to me to replace the broken vase and the damage to my winter garden
neither the company nor the landlord cares about my damaged property . I am being played between the two companies .not sure why I even called for tree service it would have been to my advantage to let it fall .

We were extremely happy with the services provided by A Woman's Touch Tree Care! From the in-person estimate to the work provided, we were treated in a professional and positive manner. All of the employees were hard working, courteous, and knowledgeable. The in-person estimate was provided on a Friday, and the work was completed in about an hour on the following Monday. Our trees look great and the services were very affordable! We could not be happier and we highly recommend.

I would give 10 stars if I could! It was a joy to work with such a great company. Brandi came out to give us an estimate and was so polite, courteous and helpful. When I asked about some specific branches on one of my redbud trees, she explained that the branches did not need to be removed, but only trimmed at the edges to 'lift the branches up'. She also provided advice for some of my other trees. We had them remove one tree and trim 3 others. The crew that came out was awesome. They were very polite and courteous. They asked me to review the job before they left and I asked for a few more branches to be trimmed up, which they promptly did. The clean up was phenomenal. I will definitely use this company again.

I have used A Woman's Touch Tree Care twice now and both times I've been so happy with my choice. I received other quotes and they were competitive. Brandy (owner, I believe) and John (arborist) give you their honest opinions and I have always felt great working with them. The crew is not only professional, they are also fun, while being safe. Clean up was 110%, you would never know they were there. It appears they have a great working environment especially considering the physical demands of their job. I've also recommended this company to others and they have also been happy with their choice. Highly recommend!

Great company. Responded quickly. Allowed me time to review the estimate. Beat the price of another company, by a good amount, and work was still top quality. Referred me to stump removal company as part of estimate. Workers who came out were professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone in central Ohio needing tree/bush services.

WOW WOW WOW!!!! What a great experience! The crew showed up on time. They were super polite. Dare I say funny? You can tell they enjoy working together and they love the work they do! I mean! Everyone I’ve spoken with seems to be an arborist because they know trees. I feel like I’ve received a crash course in All Things Tree 101! We will definitely work with this company again!

From start to finish this was a class act. The promptness in answering questions and calls, the organization of the business and the team that trimmed and took down a tree for me all went smoothly. Was very impressed by the team that came out- they worked well and they worked fast and carefully. Would highly recommend. The owner was also very knowledgeable with my questions and good about explaining the best care of my property.

Great service! I have had A Woman's Touch Tree Care do work at my house on three occasions. They have removed three very large trees, 1 small tree and did full service trims on several other trees. They are prompt, fast, and very efficient. They didn't leave any debris in my yard. The staff is very friendly and professional. The service is also very affordable. I highly recommend them!!

Called to have a tree removed with stump removal as well they left me a pile of wood chips nearly 4 ft wide and 2 ft High. When the guy was leaving I was expecting him to remove the mulch but after a day or two they did not come back for the mulch I went out of town when I got back they still had not picked it up contacted them they were going to charge me an additional $200 to remove the mulch that they were supposed to take out I asked for a stump removal and got a pile of mulch that I don't have anything I can do with 100% do not recommend

Edit: I understand that there is a certain amount of backfill but like I said it's nearly 2 ft High and over 4 ft wide. And if there was a fee to have it hauled away someone should have communicated that to me at the beginning the middle or the end of the transaction before they drove away either way very unprofessional

I was very happy at first. The crew was very nice. However, the cut down an additional tree that I did not request. A tree very precious to my family that is entirely irreplaceable.
*Edit to respond to below- it's not slander. This service was in Nov 2022, I reached out shortly after about the tree, and was told someone would schedule with me in 2 weeks to come take a look and then I never heard from them again. We replaced it ourselves in summer of '23 after 6 months of not hearing back. And now they are offering to replace it in Jan '24, more than a year after I reached out.
I also explained that I'm hard of hearing and prefer to communicate in writing, something they were fine with until they got my money. Now it's "call us if you want it fixed".
