We’ve used Bartlett Tree Experts several times and our Arborist Representative, Dave Case, is the main reason for our repeat business. His expertise and responsiveness makes everything so easy!

I was impressed with the knowledge of my arborist, who caught something on my spruce that three other arborists did not. I enjoyed talking with him and having his expertise. Bartlett kept me up to date on their schedule
and did not just “show up”. They also came way under a quote by a tree company often recommended locally for knowledgeable service. They are a company one would hire for expert tree service for special trees, so the price may seem high compared to some tree services, but they know trees!

We are very pleased with Bartlett Tree Experts. We have used Bartlett for over 10 years for disease management and maintenance of our trees/shrubbery. Our arborist has worked with us to provide organic treatments whenever possible. The representative that applies the treatments will always take the time to answer any questions I may have. He will call ahead to let me know he is enroute to our property. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Have used Bartlett trees for past 3 years. Was very pleased up to 2018. I worked with Dan McCarthy who has since left the company. He was timely and customer friendly.
I had a consult in October with a new person, #1. Did not hear back from the company until end of November with any information, although #1 said he would get back to me with a week or so. The person (#2) who email me in November was not #1 who I met with in October. #2 sent a proposal with none of the new items I discussed with the #1. #2 wants to meet again.
Over the last year or so, I have left messages for call backs but I do not receive a call. It appears to me, that the service from this company has notably decreased

Professional as it gets. We hired Bartlet to do a very difficult severe trimming of 100 year old trees surrounding our home (11). From first inspection to final clean up the were fantastic, pleasant, professional etc. what a nice surprise in this day and age to deal with people that really care.

I’ve used Bartlett Tree Experts several times for tree removal. Most recently, they removed 20 trees from my property. The team was fast and efficient. The yard clean-up was tremendous. These folks are great!

Nick always provides great tree pruning, fertilizing and special treatments services. He also gives me lots of good information about keeping all of our trees healthy. I highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts. They really are experts.

The arborist and crew were terrific. It did take longer (by a month!) to get the consultation made. I was vigilant about the written scope, though that is prudent with any contractor. I stayed on site to make sure that the detail I wanted was carried out. The crew was very polite, and responsive. I have already scheduled a new tree planting and care for next spring with Bartlett.

Bryan helped us with an assessment of all of the trees on our property. He was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate the time he took to address our concerns and his treatment advice. I would recommend Bartlett Tree Experts, and plan to call them again the next time we are concerned about any of our trees.

I'm looking out at my beautiful pear tree that was successfully treated for fireblight. I had two other arborists say that it needed to be cut down and could not be saved. Bartlett Tree Experts came up with a treatment plan, and after a year, it is back to its former glory. Thanks again!!

This company is amazing! I would highly recommend them for any stump removal in the Columbus area! The service took around 40 minutes to complete and we had nearly 30 stumps to get rid of!! It was amazing, let alone Todd was such a friendly person to work with, it was truly a pleasure!

I called Saturday afternoon to get a quote after trying to remove the stumps myself. I was surprised and delighted they were available to take my call and give me a quote on a weekend Day. I described the stumps that needed to be removed and he gave me a quote that was beyond fair. I was expecting to pay much more. I was super excited about the price and wanted to schedule a time for them to be removed and to my further surprise he said that he could get it done Monday! I would have paid more to rent a stump grinder and do the work myself. And they were able to take care of me within 48 hours. That’s unheard of in this industry. Needed a large tree stump removed. Researched the possibility of doing it myself. Called Todd at All City Stump Grinding. He returned my call within one hour, showed up at my house 20 minutes later, and had the job finished 30 minutes after that. From the time I left him a message to the end of the job it was approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. He saved me, no doubt, a full day's worth of work for less money that it would have taken to do the job myself. Not to mention the frustration and aggravation of doing something that I had never done before. No dealing with an equipment rental company, no transporting equipment, and no worries about possibility damaging a piece of equipment. We were thrilled with the expert and efficient work that Todd Mathews completed for us. We needed stump grinding for 5 large evergreen bushes, and the stump of a crabapple tree. Within 30 minutes Todd transformed the front of our home. His skill and amazing equipment accomplished the work in ways we never could have done on our own. I used All City Stump Grinding a few years ago to remove some stumps that were left after I had some dead/ailing fruit trees removed. Price was reasonable. I live on the near east side where access to backyards is tight and via alleys. Todd was able to get the equipment through my garage (I have a yard access garage door in addition to the regular one so he was able to drive right through). Amazing service, highly recommended!

Called Todd at 9:30 on Sunday morning. Todd was at my house by noon to grind down 3 tree stumps and finished the job within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend his services! Great response time, great service and very reasonable pricing! 10/10
