Eddie’s crew did a great job today taking out 3 pretty big trees that had grown too big for the house and property. They were quick, efficient, polite and cleaned up afterwards.

Scott’s Tree Experts is unprofessional and amateurish. We did not go forward and hire them for the job due to their crude dishonesty. Scotts will attempt to claim the high road but it is their employees and owner that are dishonest. Their quote for work was for $33,825.00 and they presented that as if it’s a reasonable number. Their estimates run on the high end and the salespeople will say anything to get you to sign a quote. Scott’s: If you have the audacity to ask for 34k then you should return a simple phone call. We were told a straight faced lie about the scheduling availability by Scott’s. Once they realized we had signed, they began ignoring basic correspondence and simple requests for information. There are plenty of better companies that know how to treat customers. There was no escalation by us only clumsy, unprofessional fumbling by Scott’s. Run don’t walk, in the other direction of this company. We’re glad we did.

If you have a leach bed, I would be careful in using them. When the guy came out for an estimate I told him where the leach bed was and that it can not be driven on. He included that in the notes section of the original invoice. When the crew came the next day, they were also told where the bed was and that it wasn't to be driven on. During the removal of the tree a maintenance truck drove across it along with a track machine without plywood underneath. When I called a couple days later after discovering the damage, I was told to look at my invoice and note the part that says they're not responsible for anything under ground. Thousands of dollars out of pocket have been spent in repairing the leach bed. Also, always download, save and print your invoice right away.

I called yesterday and the crew was out bright and early this morning! They were extremely hard-working, efficient, and cleaned up the worksite at the completion of the job. Aiden was awesome to communicate with and was very receptive to a few modifications that I requested along the way. We are repeat customers and will continue to be due to the excellent and timely customer service received from The entire Scott’s team!

I had Scotts Tree Experts in twice this summer. Once dealing with some storm damage and the second time to clean up my trees that were due. We had the Sanchez Crew both times and they were quick, profession and cleaned up so well you could hardly tell they had been there. I highly recommend and will use them again.

Scott’s came out within a day or two of calling and provided a free quote on the spot after a walkthrough. The guy was polite and very knowledgeable about every tree on my property. Helped me troubleshoot some tree health problems and made suggestions on what/how best to trim the trees I wanted addressed. I accepted the fairly priced quote and they actually came out later that day and completed all the trimming, including several very high trees requiring a lift truck. They left the area spotless and the trimming was balanced and neat. Great experience and I will be using them again next spring for phase 2.

From the estimation process with Adam who answered all of our questions to Kilo and his crew doing an exceptional job trimming our tress and cleaning up afterward, our experience with Scotts Tree Experts has been enjoyable. Based upon past experiences with "tree trimming" companies, Scotts provides outstanding service to its customers.

I received a letter letting me know that Scott and his team would be working in my area and to reach out if I needed anything. I’m so glad I did! I had two backyard trees that desperately needed attention, and they did an excellent job trimming them at a very reasonable price. They were the most unprofessional people I ever ran across. I was given a quote to cut a medium sized pine tree down at $642 including tax. That afternoon 3 “Representatives” came by to cut the tree down and kept telling me you have a nice house. You have a nice house. You got a good deal. You got a good deal.. After analyzing the tree, they said they would have to come back either tomorrow or a week later as they didn’t have a skid to slide the debris out. The next morning I receive a text saying rather than $642 it would cost me $1500 to cut the tree down. They wouldn’t even give me a break when the flyer said get $300 off over $1000 when you authorize work at the time of estimate. If that’s not a flimflam organization, I don’t know what it is. I wouldn’t trust them as far as I could spit. I hope whoever deals with them has the same experience I did. No integrity whatsoever.

Scotts Tree Experts did a great job removing trees and clearing brush along a very steep over pass hill.
The crew members were very professional and friendly. Dillon took extra time to explain things to my 96 year old father with Dimentia. Dillon and the crew truly care about their customers and the service they provide. I will use them again in the future.

Scott’s Tree Experts removed 2 large trees and trimmed several others. They were able to complete the work soon after quoted at a competitive price. They were very professional cleaned the yard and roof up very well. The Sanchez team did a great job. I would hire them again.

These guys are amazing. I called them on a Tuesday at 2 PM for an estimate, they were on site and provided the estimate the same day and came out just two days later to do the work. Their crew was friendly and professional, they did a great job and took great care around our landscaping. We had four large Norway spruce removed and I can’t speak more highly about how happy I am with the work completed. Very competitive pricing and would recommend without reservation.

Scott Lacey‘s tree trimming crew removed a large sycamore tree from my property. He and the crew were professional and pleasant. I was very pleased with their work and their cleanup afterwards. The price was fair and reasonable. I really appreciated that Scott let me keep wood chips to spread on my labyrinth of trails.
