Despite the hour, Faraz arrived with a positive attitude, quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced the faulty capacitor in no time. His professionalism, expertise, and willingness to help after hours truly saved us from a sleepless, sweaty night. Our A/C wasn't working during the hottest week of the summer and Elders Heating & Cooling company sent out their technician, Nelson, on the same day we contacted him to get us sorted. Nelson was very friendly, very efficient, and took the time to explain the issue to me which I really appreciated. He was also very conscientious and wore a mask and special shoe coverings when entering our home, so we felt very comfortable having him. He fixed the issue very quickly and gave us tips for ongoing maintenance. Fully recommended!

We called Elders Heating & Cooling to give us estimates on prices of new units. Frank came out an saw what we had and gave us 5 different units and prices. Not being in a hurry because ours was still functional I told him no hurry but we still had our new furnace/AC unit installed in less than 2 weeks. Installers were prompt, professional and courteous.
