These guys are top-notch! I've had two emergency situations, both resolved on the same day. During one of them, they came out despite being slammed due to freezing temps - no leaving until the job was done. They also work with you on pricing and financing if needed. Highly recommend Fire and Ice for emergencies, hands down.

I'm stunned by the outrageous quotes from Fire and Ice - a whopping $955 for their services is unacceptable. The initial plumber seemed knowledgeable, but his price of $355 for diagnostics was steep, especially since I showed him the leak under the sink himself. Instead of fixing it, he left me with the issue and recommended a new filter, which I already knew needed to be replaced.

The second plumber arrived with the pre-ordered filter for my ice maker, installing it quickly enough. His bill came out to $600, which was within my research on price ranges for similar filters. The company showed zero willingness to negotiate or compromise in this situation. Needless to say, I can't endorse Fire and Ice to anyone.

We booked an appointment with this service yesterday between 9 AM and 12 PM, but no one showed up or followed through on our scheduled visit. I reached out at 12:30 and was told that we were part of a list of 40 customers who had been canceled due to lack of technicians. The technician supposedly wouldn't reach out until after December 16, which is not how you handle business.

After last Friday's incident with the humidifier spilling water onto our furnace, I expected some accountability from this company. Instead, they went back and forth about sending someone over, only to tell my husband no at one point before finally showing up. The repair person informed us that the humidifier tubing installation was subpar and posed a risk of damaging the entire furnace when it disconnected. Thankfully, the damage wasn't catastrophic.

However, the technician didn't have the necessary parts to fix the issue and instead called the company, pointing out the faulty installation. They promised to schedule an appointment for new tubing installation but have yet to follow through on that promise, six days later. To make matters worse, our humidifier is still non-functional.

I'm bumping up my rating to 5 stars again. December 2025 was a disappointment when the hitting system broke - the motherboard was faulty, as confirmed by the support engineer.

I had invested $20,000 in this system just seven months prior. Since then, I've had no issues with Fire & Ice. The sales team, installer, and service calls have all been professional and reliable.

I'm thoroughly satisfied with today's service. The technician was spot on, making a prompt visit and demonstrating excellent manners.
