Lachlan, Craig and Nick were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. After the technician diagnosed the problem I was given options to repair or replace our system. Available options for replacement were given quickly. The new system was installed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Logan Services.

We are delighted with our new quiet Daikin gas furnace and AC units! Scott Fryman provided expert consultation and guidance to meet our needs. He even noticed our gas line needed to be grounded. Scott found every possible discount so we could get 0 percent financing. Skylar, Josh and Dillon arrived the very next morning and finished our installation by 2 pm. We now have a new smart thermostat as well as a carbon monoxide detector for safety! We give our highest recommendation to this family owned company and are extremely grateful to their friendly crew who worked super efficiently to upgrade our HVAC system. I’m a repeat customer of Logan AC & Heat, and once again they proved why I’ll never go anywhere else. Back in March, I was quoted an amazing price to replace my 20‑year‑old HVAC and AC units. I decided to hold off… and of course, on December 22nd, my heat went out mid‑afternoon!
Thankfully, Logan’s online scheduling made it incredibly easy to book a same‑day consultation. I was able to get the exact units I was quoted for back in March — and they honored the same great price! Scott walked me through everything and had me scheduled for installation first thing the next morning. I was honestly blown away by how quickly they moved to get my heat back up and running.
The installation team — Kyle, Sam, and Cameron — absolutely knocked it out of the park. They removed the old systems, hauled everything away, and installed my brand‑new HVAC and AC in just a few hours. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough, making sure I didn’t have any questions before they wrapped up. My spouse and I both work from home, and their work didn’t disrupt us at all. It was truly a turnkey, stress‑free experience.

We had a new HVAC system installed. Brendan was very courteous and professional. He answered all of our questions, worked with us on changes that needed to be made from the original install plan, and helped button things up during a thorough walkthrough of the completed work. Overall a good experience!

Our experience began with Zach and the estimate. Zach was very knowledgeable of the products that Logan offered and which systems would best fit our needs. Our estimate ran late into the evening, but he was able to get the install scheduled for 9am the next day. Brendan and team did a great job with the install of our HVAC system. They arrived on time and were very professional. After the job was completed, they did a walk through with us to ensure that we were satisfied with their work. We had Danny from Logan here today to do checkup on our HVAC system. He is a real credit to Logan ! Very polite, conscious, and knowledgeable pleasure to have in my home. I didn't realize I already had a maintenance plan in place and was ready to purchase another agreement when he checked and told me I was still owed tuneup. I really appreciate this! Great guy! I intend to request him in the Summer for my next tuneup. Took pictures and explained everything.

The gas company discovered a leak in a pipe connected to my furnace and Logan Services was the first to have immediate availability. Chris showed up within 30 min of me calling and was able to install a new rigid pipe. I would have had no heat without this replacement. Great service done correctly and quickly!

Logan Rep showed up on time after calling to tell me he was on his way. Promptly got to work checking my heating system (about 25 min) all ok....saying my filter would probably need changed in about 2 months...he went outside and checked my AC unit...reported it was also ok...both AC and heating system was installed around 4 years ago..I have them serviced every year to maintain warranty. I also have their yearly maintenance plan which is very economical and I pay monthly... great job...give them a call...

We sought several estimates to replace our five year old Lennox A/C unit. Lennox nor Buckeye Heating and Cooling (They installed the Lennox A/C and furnace in our house.) would offer any discounts or assistance with the 5-year warranty that had lapsed by only five days prior to the service call. After meeting with Buckeye Heating and Cooling, FiveStar Home Services, ECO, Garrett's Home Repair and Logan Services A/C, Heat & Plumbing, we chose Logan Services A/C, Heat & Plumbing. We're VERY happy we did. They also offer financing too!

Victor, Ty and Cam with Logan Services A/C, Heat & Plumbing, installed our new Trane A/C unit on Thursday, July 3, 2025. They messaged when they would arrive and were on time. The message included Victor's picture, so we knew who to expect. They put down floor covers and used shoe covers while inside our house. They explained the install process in detail and showed us their work. They provided updates throughout the entire process. They opened ducts that we didn't know were closed, connected a few that were not installed correctly by the previous A/C comany and installed a carbon monoxide detector on our second floor. They also replaced the fuse in our fusebox. It took a little longer than anticipated, but it was because they had to rewire a few items. They also moved them, so the external wires were not crossed or touching our water heater. They installed the new thermostat and helped me set-up and connect to the app. Victor even taught me how to use our humidifier, open the water supply line, check the water flow and where/how to change the filter. They cleaned-up after themselves, inside and outside. Victor and his crew were great to work with. I cannot express how wonderful they are. Everyone we meet with from Logan went above and beyond, including Ty Gates our salesman. He didn't try to up-sell us with equipment we didn't need. We highly recommend Logan Services A/C, Heat & Plumbing.

Logan was out for one of our annual maintenance calls on our units. They did a great job as always. Bret Jr explained everything throughly and was efficient in getting the work done. We will continue to use and recommend Logan for our heating and cooling needs.

Brian the salesmen was fantastic and honest amd upfront. The crew that came out kyle,Josh and Cameron did a fantastic job installing the system and finished early. Communication was outstanding as well. This was something I was never going to have to deal with but as a homeowner it gonna happen. I would definitely recommend logan services family owned and American made products 100% of the time. Thank you. We had a whole hvac installed and went with a little bit of a bigger system for possible future sale of the home.

My furnace was not heating correctly. While searching for whom to call for the repair I came across Logan Services. The number of reviews and score was impressive, so I decided to give them a try. I was very impressed from the time I made the appointment to the finish of the service call. With this cold weather I was pleasantly surprised they were able to schedule me for same day. Once the appointment was scheduled, I consistently received text messages keeping me informed. After the technician called to tell me he was on his way I also received a text with his picture and bio.

Nate did a fantastic job. He gave me all the options and valuable information about my furnace and its care. The service call was quick and painless. I will definitely use Logan Services in the future.

We had a fantastic experience using Logan Services. Everyone we interacted with were friendly, professional and very effective performing their role and responsibilities. The total amount of time from receiving a quote through installation complete was less than 24 hours. Certainly, there were other unnamed team members contributing behind the scenes. Whole process was smooth from start to finish jeff gave me a great price and helped me and my family get our furnace replaced since our old one was not working. The install team were great did a great job and a clean job. The install lead Matt showed ne the furnace they installed and how the thermostat works.

After having disappointing customer service issues with the local company that installed and maintained our HVAC system for almost ten years, we decided to contact Logan Sevices based on reviews. We couldn’t be more pleased. Tyler professionally and efficiently scheduled our service call for the next day. Our service tech, Austin, arrived early. He was respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and had it repaired quickly. Austin took time to answer our questions. There was no additional charge beyond the fee for the service call. We signed up for the HVAC and plumbing maintenance plans which turn out to be a better value than the cost of our regularly scheduled maintenance from the company that installed the system and our tankless water heater. Purchased a Trane Heat Pump and a new furnace (air-handler). Competitive pricing, combined with their free furnace promotion, resulted in excellent value for us. Also received a senior discount. They showed up on time with a three-man crew ready to go. They laid tarps on my hardwood floors to the basement door and put on booties. (much appreciated!). They worked diligently and steadily until the job was done, and then cleaned up. After installation, the tech walked me through the setup procedures and showed me how to use and maintain the system. The entire process took about 5 and a half hours. They completely disassembled and removed the old system and installed the new system, retrofitting the ductwork and other installation requirements as they went. The research I conducted strongly emphasized the importance of qualified technicians to ensure your system works as anticipated. From what I saw, I have no reservations in saying that the goal was exceeded. One day in, and we already feel the quality of the Trane system. The air at the registers is warmer. The cold zones are disappearing, the heat is more consistent, and the system that regulates humidity informed us that our humidity was too low and is using the humidifier to correct that. So far so good. We are very happy with our new Trane and with Logan Services that put it in. Highly recommend them.

Rick and Willie were great installers. Actually all the Logan people were great—from getting me a quick diagnostic check up scheduled, and then when the furnace kicked on, I canceled it, and then on the coldest day of the year, my furnace quit, like dead in the water, and they came right out the next day and we got the installation set up for the next day. With zero interest and no high pressure sales pitch, but in 3 minutes of research I knew Trane was the best. They even routed my furnace drain pipe around and out of the way, which has annoyed me for 19 years! Highly recommend. They installed a new thermostat, and put in a new carbon monoxide detector on the second floor, because they said I really needed it by the vent. It’s nice that they care enough to do that kind of thing!

We came across Logan Services through an online search bc we were new to the area and had been having issues with our dual fuel HVAC system. Based solely off the online reviews, we called Logan Services: we have been very pleased with the company from that very first call. From our initial call to inquire about a service call, to the actual service call, and finally to the installation of a new HVAC system, Logan Services has shined for us. They were able to promptly get us scheduled with a service call the very next day, which was the day before Thanksgiving.
Each employee we have been in contact with (phone scheduler, service tech (Nathan D.), and installation team (Brendan M., Hayden T., Iseah L) was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, efficient, caring, honest, patient and friendly. The members that came to our home not only treated us with respect but also our home, property and pet. Their work was also thorough and well-paced. We also appreciated the advanced text of the technician’s arrival with the added brief bio about each one. Every scheduled appointment was one-time. Then when it was decided we needed a new system, Nathan made sure to get our old system up and running temporarily to get us through the cold spell that was impending and through the holiday. He also gave us tips on how to manage our old system. Logan Services made it a priority to get our installation done as soon as possible after the holiday. Thankfully, the installation occurred and our system had our house fully warmed up again just a few hours before the snowfall! We cannot express enough how grateful we are for this new system bc it runs so quietly and it feels heavenly. It really feels WAY better than when the old system was functioning “properly”. We feel like we found a gem of a company and look forward to utilizing Logan Services for all of our future HVAC and plumbing needs. (And for the record, we can be some very tough critics. Logan Services simply proved their value to us.)
