I could not be more pleased with Custom Air, throughout the entire process. The consultation with Chris was easy; I didn't feel pressured at all and he proposed a system that I specifically requested (variable speed 96 AFUE/16 SEER). The price was better than those I received from other HVAC companies who recommended inferior equipment, and by hundreds of dollars. This was a massive relief as I'd been dealing with high-pressure salesmen from other HVAC companies, which was causing a lot of anxiety and stress. I was honestly considering going without air conditioning, but I knew that prices wouldn't be going down between now and next year. Dealing with Chris didn't even feel like a "sale"; it felt more like having a trusted friend talk me through a difficult situation. He made me feel comfortable and instilled an even greater amount of trust that I would be treated fairly. The moment I saw the proposal Chris had created, I knew that it was the right deal for my family and I. As soon as I sent back the signed contract, it was like having a boulder lifted off of my shoulders. Scheduling was easy and on my timetable- nothing was forced upon me, it was all about what was best for us.

Mike and Spencer, our technicians, arrived on time and the service was impeccable. While our home is modest, they treated it like it was the most expensive mansion they've ever serviced. They asked good questions, talked me through the process and made sure that I was comfortable with their plan. I felt fully informed, respected, and empowered. They were kind and patient with my tiny but barky dogs, sharing anecdotes and laughs about their pets also. They worked fast- our system was installed in just about 5 hours after they arrived, and they left my home in better condition than it was when they arrived. I have a bad habit of keeping clean laundry on a horizontal pole in my basement. It was hanging from denim "ropes" (installed by the previous owner) and one of the ropes broke while they were installing the new PVC piping. Not only did they pick up and tidy the clothes- which I wouldn't have expected since it wasn't their fault that things fell- they also installed new J-hooks to better hold and stabilize the clothes rack! I didn't even have to ask, but they did confirm that I was ok with them installing the J-hooks. Upon completing the installation, they walked me through the work they completed, talked me through the maintenance and (very fair) warranty, and helped me set up my thermostat. Honestly amazing people, and I appreciate them greatly.

I felt heard, respected, and was treated with kindness throughout this entire process. Custom Air carries a reputation for being expensive, but I think that is because they do such amazing work. They were actually *less expensive* than the competition, and I got a brand new ENERGY STAR certified furnace and air conditioner for less than the other companies quoted me for 80 AFUE / 13 SEER equipment. I cannot recommend giving Custom Air a chance to earn your strongly enough- I'm sure that you'll be just as pleased as I am.

Shane Wheat seemed very knowledgeable and explained clearly what he was doing. When I called to schedule the furnace checkup, I was told the filter fee would be $15. I was charged $90. Someone needs to be told the correct cost. I was a bit upset.

Custom Air has been great for us, first with an AC replacement and then with HVAC maintenance. Our most recent technician OJ was on time, honest, and super friendly.

I am thankful that my neighbor recommended Custom Air for my furnace replacement. Everyone I interacted with from Custom Air was professional, insightful, and considerate. The sales specialist, Scott Haring, was extremely knowledgeable and patient while explaining/recommending appropriate furnace brands and model options for my specific home. I was equally impressed with the installers who completed the work. Buying a new furnace in a hurry is not an ideal situation, but Custom Air made it much easier and more pleasant than I could have ever imagined.

Fraudulently over charged to get a tankless water system replaced that was under warranty that they are installed 1 year prior. I would not recommend this company unless you want overcharged and taken advantage of. Hopefully, they go out of business soon for their fraudulent business practices.

Really happy with the whole experience of getting an entire HVAC system installed. Scott was great on the front end, no high pressure, just very informative, laid back and knowledgeable. He provided different price options and features and provided a quote that was reasonably priced and did not go over the agreed amount. As far as the installation went, Corey and Justin were fantastic, on time, friendly, very professional and got right to work. I took the day off to observe and occasionally pepper them with questions, and they both were very patient and helpful in answering them. True professionals. All three of them also were conscious of wearing masks when talking to me and were respectful of my home while in it. After the install, they both took the time to explain everything about the system and thermostat, and answering even more of my questions. They also completed the job within the time frame Scott had estimated, allowing me to plan the day. Then Mary, on the back end was also very helpful in getting my inspection with the City scheduled the next day (and passed). From beginning to end, the entire experience was wonderful, and greatly appreciated. My new system is working like a charm, just in time for August! I highly recommend Custom Air and will be using them again for another project I have in the future for sure. Thanks!

OJ performed a seasonal maintenance check on our furnace and was prompt and professional. He also took time to thoroughly answer my questions about the humidifier. Would recommend.

OJ did our fall service and was very helpful, pointing out a potential issue with our dampers that he noticed. We hope to see him again when it’s time for our spring service!

service technician was courteous , polite and on time. gave a very good explanation of the work that was done. Woould definately have him back if needed in the future.

The customer service aspect was fantastic. However, we were quoted 3-5 business days for the part to come in and it took 3 weeks. Our initial appointment for installing the part was from 9-11am and we were called around noon stating they’d arrive in 30 mins. We had to reschedule because that no longer fit my schedule. I know they didn’t have control over unforeseen circumstances and their customer service agents were very kind so I forgive them. I would still probably use them again in the future.

once again, custom air found a way to get my tenant's heat up and running and I appreciate that effort. He found & fixed an annoying clicking noise and he cleaned the flame sensor and cycled through it's cycle 4-5 times and all isgood. It seems like a lot of money for what little he physically did but when you figure in my renters were cold and now their not it doesn't seem so much.

My tech OJ was excellent. Did a furnace checkup. Genuine, honest, knows his business, didn't mind sharing knowledge and information. He showed me a few things about my furnace, and was a pleasure to spend time with. Looking forward to future visits.

Technician was on-time, professional and courteous to service our heater on an annual HVAC maintenance plan. I have also used Custom Air in the past for furnace repair and new air conditioner purchase/installation. They've always done a fine job.
