When shopping to replace our homes original HVAC system, Logan Services stood out. Quality US made Trane products, a great company reputation and their staff is stellar. Scott was great during the buying process, and Rick and Willie did an amazing job getting our new equipment installed. Highly recommend Logan for any HVAC service you need!

I scheduled an appointment online for an quote for a HVAC system replacement. Someone called me within a half hour of going online and scheduled a rep to come out the next day. Cameron came out and went over all of my options and I decided to go with Logan. Install was scheduled the next day. Victor and Ty came on time and began the work. It was an all day project but they were both very pleasant and professional. Victor was very patient with me answering any questions I had especially concerning the thermostat. So far I'm very pleased with this new system.

Great experience from start to finish. They were able to accommodate a Saturday appointment to discuss new furnace since our went out the coldest part of winter. Installation was scheduled in a day. The installers did a great job and explained everything. Would highly recommend 👌

Wanting to share my experience with Logan heating and air conditioning from the time I received the estimate to the time it was installed. Everybody was wonderful. The three installers Victor Thai and Noah were great. Did a wonderful job from install to removal to clean up and making sure I know how to run the system

Equipment sales consultant Ty listened to our wants/needs and quoted us for a new Furnace/AC to replace our 29-year old system. He upgraded the return system to increase airflow. The installation crew of Skylar, Josh and Dillon did a great job of removing the old units and installing the new equipment. When they were done, they thoroughly explained the operation and maintenance needed for the new units, and made sure I understood how to operate the new thermostat. The new AC works great. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Rick and Willie from Logan AC & Heating installed my new furnace and AC excellently, with fast, dependable, and courteous service. Communication was excellent. They got the job done well and quickly and showed me everything when they were done. They respected myself and my home, making sure to cover the the floors and were careful as they brought equipment and tools in. They left my home very clean. From start to finish Logan AC & Heat Services treated me well, had competitive pricing and finance plans, and did an excellent job.

I also recently had a separate service call with plumber Chris--anither GREAT experience! He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He was very kind, polite, and considerate as well.

Our furnace was 15 years old and struggling this winter, so we called Logan in the morning when we woke up to a 63 degree house, and they came right out and told us what we knew, which was that it needed replaced. They booked us for installation the next day, which was great since it was supposed to be cold this upcoming weeknd! Austyn and Deavin showed up on time and were amazing! They were respectful of our house, finished by 5pm, and walked us through everything they did. So happy with another great system from Logan!

Danny came to our home this evening for our biannual system checkup & my life is better for it. One of the most knowledgeable, kind, & personable people I’ve met. Not only was he thorough in his inspection and clear in communication, he was just a super-likable guy whom I loved chatting with (I pretty much wanted to be his bestie).

I’ll be requesting Danny for future inspections with Logan due to his expertise in all things HVAC, and for just being an awesome human. Danny ROCKS!

The service man was quite friendly & knowledgable. He took care to explain each step of what he was doing and made suggestions about future upgrades to my furnace and A/C. Both were installed in 2012 and have been trouble free!! I expect with equipment that age that I will need to consider new equipment at some time.. I will depend on Logan A/C to steer me in the right direction.

Quick Service. Professional. Very Knowledgeable. Explained to me the problem with my furnance not working. Logan technician did not try any high pressure sales tactics in making me purchase their furnace or A/C. Very quick scheduling of furnance and A/C installation. The Logan tecnicians keep me well informed about my furnace installation. They asked me serveral different times if I had any questions they could answer. They even gave me a free carbon monoxide dectector.

The technician, Austin was extremely professional and explained everything. Cleaned the burner and igniter and checked the burner for proper flame color and made sure everything was good. I had missed my inspections for a couple of seasons and was glad to get this taken care of.this year. Will absolutely be using them in the future for the air conditioner in the next season.

The Logan Team installed my new furnace and heat pump today. The team included Lachlan, Craig, and Azar and they did a great job. Thorough and everything looks installed well and tidy and well put together. Definitely would recommend!

During one of the coldest weeks of the year so far our furnace stopped working. We had a technician out and because our unit was 31 years old, the heat exchanger repair was going to cost more than a new unit.

Ty was out and looked at both units the furnace and AC provided an estimate and went over how everything worked. We got a few estimates and because Logan Services treated us with respect, no pressure and of course the cost was less than others we decided to go with them.

Our technicians Kyle and Cameron were fantastic. They were both very polite and efficient. They split the work up, Cameron worked outside in the frigid weather and Kyle tackled our basement unit which wasn’t much warmer than outside. They were as quick as possible considering the age of our units. They completed the work, cleaned up everything and walked my husband to inspect the units. I would most definitely recommend Logan Services to anyone!!

Your technicians, Brandon and Zack came out and did my winter maintenance tune-up on my home furnace and I couldn’t be happier with the level and quality of service I received They were both extremely courteous, efficient, personable, and did great work. They also explained everything they were doing along the way. Brandon went out of his way and made me aware I was down to my last filter and made it very convenient for me by selling a box of filters directly to me rather than making me order online or have to go pick up or have shipped to me. I manage a team of sales professionals and i really appreciate and value exceptional customer service and these two members of your team were outstanding! Honest, thorough, and saved me $1,300!

I cannot recommend Logan AC & Heat Services enough. I called them for a second opinion after another company told me I needed a $1,300 control board replacement.

The technician, Austin Schroeder, was fantastic. He arrived and immediately identified the actual issue: the board was throwing an error code for overheating—something the previous company completely missed. Austin found a blown fuse, replaced it, and the system was back to normal immediately. No expensive board replacement was necessary.
Beyond just fixing the problem, Austin went above and beyond by teaching me how to prevent this from happening again. He gave me specific tips on air filter placement and thermostat settings to keep the unit from overheating in the future, confirming my unit is actually in great shape for its age.

If you call Logan, ask for Austin Schroeder. He is honest, professional, and saved me a fortune. He's definitely the only person I'll be requesting for any future service calls.

We had a great experience with Logan Services. Our system was installed by a great team: Victor, Ty, Nick, and Daniel. The follow through was wonderful. They a arranged everything. Making sure the electric was correct and scheduling the city inspection.Working with Zach on an estimate was very easy. So many finance options. We got a great price and the financing we wanted. The office staff were wonderful as well. All my calls and questions were answered. Thank you all. Be proud of such a great team!

I called Logan for a second opinion after another very popular radio ad HVAC company had quoted me over $2000 to fix a leak in my AC unit. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed a simple pin in the safety valve vs. the other quote to drain all the refrigerant and replace the entire brass valve.he was in and out in under an hour and saved me over $1500. I highly recommend these guys and will be calling them first from now on.

Zach in sales was extremely professional and knowledgeable in this industry and answered all of our questions and concerns. Chuck and his team installed our new furnace and they exceeded expectations. They were very professional and conscientious about doing the job right. They took care in bringing supplies inside so not to damage any walls or floors in the process. They also did a great job cleaning up after installation. Thank you!

Kyle Q and Chase B are extremely professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the installation, thermostat and products I purchased. They took care of my home by covering the carpeting and ensuring everything stayed clean. I could tell Kyle really cared about what he does and wants to educate the consumer and home owner. Chase and Kyle worked well together as a team. Cameron was my sales rep and did an excellent job explaining the NATE certification which was one of the decision makers for me to use Logan.

We were having issues with our furnace a few weeks back and reached out to several service providers in the area. Logan was the first to respond even on a late Sunday night.
First, Kenyon came out to inspect the current system and determine our options and was very thorough in his assessment before weighing in. Next, Ty came out to quote the HVAC system replacement, thoroughly reinspected the current system, did a full energy requirement study (rather than just replacing like for like). After we had decided to move forward with a replacement system, Treneil came at the scheduled time and worked hard to get our new system installed quickly.
Everyone on the team we dealt with was great and really did go above and beyond what was expected. Would recommend! (In fact I recommended them to my mom about 2 weeks later)
