Trent was great. We wanted to make sure the HVAC in our new home was running efficiently. He let me tag along and talked me through everything he was looking for as well as what I can do to maintain the system in between service dates. I would definitely recommend Sears Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for a fair and honest company that will treat you right.

Josh is very punctual, hard working and personal. He takes the time to explain what he’s done and any recommendations he has. I highly recommend him and Sears Heating & Cooling.

I highly recommend sears heating and cooling from the initial consultation to the final installation, Joshua was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Explained everything thoroughly, and completed the job efficiently. I had an old gas log heater (20 years) which other businesses declined to fix or even inspect. Joshua is a problem solver, he was able to diagnose the problem and was honest and upfront about the issue and the best course of action, which I really appreciated. Clean installation, very respectful of property, leaving no mess behind. I definitely recommend him for anyone who is looking for fixing all kinds of heating and cooling systems.

I call Sears heating and cooling for anything I need related to my furnace or air conditioner. Today I needed to have a thermostat replaced and as always I was very pleased with the service I received. Robbie came out and was so pleasant and professional I can't say enough about the service people at this company. He was in and out in no time and the price is very very reasonable. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you need a go-to for any heating or cooling needs, these are the people you should call.

Very informative and communicative in evaluating our whole system. Joel came Tuesday and was very thorough and by the end of Wednesday we had a new furnace and heat pump. Excellent company, great guys. We are very pleased 😀

Very professional workmanship. They were on the jobsite at time they said. Off the jobsite at there estamated time , like clockwork. They worked straight through. No brakes. 7 hours to install a new furnace. They cleaned their working area as if they were not there.

Wally was great. He was very nice and professional and worked well with my 94 year old dad. He was very honest telling my dad his furnace was good and didn’t need a cleaning.

Trevon, Arrived on time and was knowledgeable about the furnace model he was working on. He thoroughly checked the furnace and explained his process.. He quickly traced back an electrical issue at the breaker and recommended that I have an electrician correct the issue. I am a repeat Customer of SEARS HEATING & COOLING and I would highly recommend them.

This was our first experience with Sears Heating. Tre P. showed up on time, introduced himself and immediately put on his boot covers. He explained everything to us and completed the work very timely. He was polite and professional. We signed up the regular maintenance program.

Great Service!! Joel was out the next day after calling for service, everything fixed to with in hour of arriving,4 different options offered for repairs , no pressure sale, let me choose my own option.
I recommend Sears Heating & Cooling and will continue.
My previous company could not provide me service for 1 week.

We are new home owners and don’t know too much about HVAC systems, but wanted to make sure ours was in good shape. Sebastian was very well informed and helpful, and very patiently answered any and all questions I had throughout the process. They did a great job! I had a furnace and a/c replacement, replacing a 30 year old system. 3 man crew, Jerry, Andrew, and Blake had the job done in about 6 hours. They were pleasant and professional. Will use this company again.

Sears Heating & Cooling had installed my furnace in 2022(?) or 2023(?) during winter, good thing it was a mild winter that year, and they had done a great job with that service. Well, it was time for my service plan checkup on the furnace & air conditioner. Chris C. did an awesome job. He informed me that my air conditioner, despite its age, is still running very well. Chris C. went straight to work and in no time, he was done with the air conditioner and furnace check. I'm quite satisfied with Sears Heating & Cooling service.

Provided a second opinion. Current company told us our heat exchanger was cracked on our 9 year old furnance and we could get a CO leak. He did a complete diagnostic and inspection and found no issues. Appreciate the second opinion.

We were recommended Sears by a friend for a new heat pump and furnace installation, and had nothing but good experiences so far. The initial estimate was reasonable, and they gave us plenty of options to choose from based on our budget. They spent a lot of time walking through the specifics with me and explaining the differences between each system. The office was extremely helpful with scheduling and working out financing. They made this process as smooth as possible. Install crew did a good job and left the area clean, walked me through the system and changes made. We called the next day to help resolve a fan issue - they came out within 2 hours to diagnose and fix the problem, and gave us some additional context for what was happening.

We would highly recommend them if you need any HVAC services in the Columbus area.

We have a maintenance contract (bi-yearly tune-up/cleaning) contract with Sears that we purchased this past Summer but did not use until we had an emergency. During the coldest day so far this year, we noticed the heat flipping on and off without reaching the set thermostat temperature. I called Sears late on a Sunday night. They called back within half an hour to discuss the issue and arrived by 10:30am the next morning. Issue was diagnosed and repaired and our regular seasonal maintenence tune-up completed within an hour. Our service tech, Robbie, was super polite, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend this company.

Called SEARs to assess my heat pump with concerns I had about the emergency heat. Reggie came to my house and thoroughly assessed my air handler and educated me about my system and how it works. Grateful everything works. I greatly appreciate those to take time to answer questions and educate me. Additionally those on the phone for scheduling and notifying me of the technician arrival time were very polite.
