They were quick and great communication. Although I originally was not happy with the air conditioning unit placement outside, when I showed them the issue, they understood and came back out to make it right. Clean, careful techs. Highly recommend

The best! I have a new build home and the humidifier that the builder installed was terribly undersized for my home. Additionally, the furnaces had a lot of drywall dust and construction debris that needed cleaned. Mike and Scott from CWA did an amazing job and worked tirelessly all day to clean the systems, perform routine maintenance and install an appropriately sized steam humidifier. They were so well spoken and walked me through the process before they started. Their confidence and knowledge of the processes made me feel totally at ease. Trustworthy gentlemen who were true professionals. These guys could give seminars on how to treat customers. Thank you again! I’ll be signing a maintenance contract with CWA and hiring them for all my HVAC service needs.

Installation was expertly completed with minimal noise! Ba explained what he had done, and I have to say that I thought the old furnace was going to be removed but not necessary. A new component (for want of a better word) was added along with new “piping”. Love our new programmable thermostat also but I wish we could turn down how bright it is as where it is positioned on the wall makes it shine right into our bedroom.

Josh S. and Brian S. installed a new furnace and AC for my elderly aunt. They did an excellent job. They were very polite and kind and went beyond their normal duties. Let me explain, they noticed the the water heater did not have a vent hood (I myself did not notice that!) So they went and got one and installed it for her! That is not just the height of professionalism, it is the apex of customer care and service. My aunt Peg was so happy with Josh and Brian that she took them out to her garage to show them her 1968 Z28 RS Camero! We are also very happy with the Comfort Advisor Al for his kindness and professionalism. Thank you to Columbus Worthington Air for having such great employees to represent them and for being able install the new system the next day!

They showed up almost 2 hours after our 4 hour window. There was no communication from the company that they were running that late. I think as a courtesy they should contact customers when they know they're going to arrive outside the designated window. The technician was professional and efficient. I would have gave them a four or higher star rating had their communication been better.

Had Kevin S. Come and service. My Furnace today was very pleased and letting me know when he was coming and showing up as noted. He also was very informative as to what issues I had with my furnace and explained issues as well. I will be definitely asking for him the next time when he comes to service my home.

Do NOT use this company. I can’t begin to describe how awful they are. We have paid for an annual service plan, upfront, giving them extra money, and we scheduled an appointment with the service plan we have because our system — while not broken, isn’t working normally, so it wasn’t a 24-hour dire window, we scheduled it knowing it wouldn’t be for 10 days from when we called. About 36 hours from our appointment we get a terrible text message saying they’re canceling it and servicing other random calls they get from non-members due to the high volume with the temperatures. Obviously it’s a busy time, but we’re actually being put at a defect for being part of their membership. We would have been able to have them come out already had we not had any loyalty or membership plan with them and called them randomly with an emergency.

I was very impressed with them! They quoted me a very reasonable price and had it done two days after going over the options. Would highly recommend them to others. Only thing the installers forgot was to relight the pilot light on the water heater, which I did myself so not a big deal.

Damian was my technician today and he was outstanding. Extremely thorough, and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. Although we need a new unit he didn't leave a stone unturned! He then sent out Delonte to give us a quote for a new system. Delonte was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He was able to save us some money making Columbus Worthington Air the company we decided to move forward with. Definitely let these men help you with your heating and cooling needs! Highly recommend!

I just had 2 men come out from Columbus Worthington Air to do a complete install of a gas furnace and Central air. It was the most professional job that I have seen in a long time. These men went out of their way to be careful in my house and do a good install and took a good 30 minutes explaining the thermostat and the app to me so that when I am not around I can still monitor everything in my house. I just want to say thank you so very much for the work that was done. and I greatly appreciate you. I would recommend this company to everybody. Like some of the other people have said they may not be the cheapest, but the quality of work is the best of the best in heating and cooling. Sent from Crooksville, Ohio.

Provided sensible options without the unnecessary upsell using CO scare tactics the other firm used. Glad to have gotten a 2nd opinion. An honest one. Grossly incorrect diagnosis – Get a second opinion!

​While I appreciated that this company was prompt and arrived quickly for an emergency Saturday call, their diagnostic work was incredibly poor. The technician told me my controller board was failing to send enough voltage and insisted the entire board needed to be replaced for $1,300.

​Unconvinced, I called another company for a second opinion. It turns out the board was simply throwing an error code for overheating—a code clearly displayed in plain numbers that the original tech should have easily caught. The real culprit? A simple blown fuse.

​After a quick fuse replacement, my system was back up and running perfectly. Their "diagnostic" would have cost me over $1000 dollars in unnecessary repairs. I won’t be calling them again.

Excellent! Service was scheduled quickly, and good communication re: tech arrival. Trevor explained what he would do (and did), we talked about current warranty, planning for future maintenance, and possible add-ons at my request.

I called at 530 am and they were here by 9 to fix my furnace. Drew showed me and explained what was wrong. Even educated me about different filters. The part wasnt available that day. Chris came the second day and was just as knowledgeable and pleasant. Within 45 minutes, the furnace was up and running. The system was under their 10 year warranty so I paid for only labor. I have used CWA for 13 years (including servicing an old and installing a new system) and will continue to have them service my HVAC system.

Outstanding service from start to finish. We needed a new furnace badly, and they were able to install it in two days. All of their employees were very professional, friendly, and did outstanding work. I would recommend their company to anybody. If you need to get your furnace checked, ask for Brett.

Brad was efficient, professional, and offered honest information. He answered all of our questions. We then received an estimate from another associate, David. Because of the extreme weather conditions, we needed our furnace immediately replaced. The next day, Brian and Brian were at our door and promptly replaced our furnace. It was bitter cold out. These two gentlemen were efficient, answered questions, and explained everything. Drop clothes were used and they cleaned up when the job was completed. We were grateful for the prompt service during a time that had to have been busy because of the weather conditions. Thank you,

Gas leak in our furnace discovered on Saturday of a holiday weekend. We scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning. Columbus Worthington Air charges no weekend/holiday fees (remarkable customer service!). Scheduling was so easy by phone. The technician who visited, Brett, was efficient and offered clear explanations of the problem and how to fix it. Cost was straightforward. Parts for the repair were not in stock same day. I got a call within 24 hours that parts would be available with the next day's delivery and we were scheduled on that day. The same technician returned to make the repair, communicated well, and was so kind to our jumpy dog. We will not hesitate to use Columbus Worthington Air in the future!

Mikele did an excellent job servicing our furnace. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, and things to look out for should the system start acting up. I appreciate his efficiency and the company's communication (letting me know of the upcoming service call, how far out the tech was on the day of service, etc). Very pleased!

Delonte came out to my moms and was courteous and very professional and worked a wonderful deal on a complete furnace and AC unit. Wonderful experience. Unfortunately my mom doesn’t have a google account to leave a review but she wanted to say he is wonderful and am very pleased.

Follow up review Rob Everson came out to give the existing system a complete overview 7/15/2025, due to its age (40 years old) and state recommended a new system. On the same day Delonte Rivers came and gave me great options got me scheduled for a new system the next day. On 7/16/2025 Tyler Walter & Jaron Miler Came out first thing they called before the came out to let me know they were on the way. They were super informative about the process and the equipment they were installation. They did great work taking into account my needs and explaining the work they were going to do. They worked quickly and cleaned up after they were all done. I feel the install looks great and is preforming excellent. I never felt pressured by the team and everyone really took care of my home during the install of new AC unit and furnace. Honest people great work.
