Hello! I had a visit yesterday from Stevenson Service Experts...

Latiana M. and Alex J. came to the rescue to repair my HVAC. Same day service. On time. Incredibly friendly and helpful! Even got multiple pro-tips from Latiana on how to extend the life of my unit - how cool is that!?!? Really, really good people!!! And this may sound trivial (but it's not!), they even put on booties upon entering our home - I loved that especially since we don't wear shoes inside. They've done work for us before...so I can tell you with authority that their service is consistently EXCELLENT!

I asked to have my furnace filter replaced. The technician, Kenneth Wooten went above and beyond. He did a furnace inspection and a/c inspection. He removed the cover on a/c unit and cleaned inside! Very thorough and polite!

Some of the worst service I have had for AC warranty repair. Communication from the service department is non existent. Nothing would be done if I was not calling non stop.
I paid extra for warranty service and I still don't have a working AC. It's been more than a week without it in this heat . Four repair technician has been at my home and now have to wait an additional 2 days for parts to be ordered. They couldn't even overnight it. The worsted part is my daughter has cancer and is suffering from heat exhaustion.

Michael Mullins arrived on time to maintain our A/C. He replaced a part and checked things over. He even checked out the cold air return at our request due to issues we were having. He was very polite. We did notice a piece of wire that was left and a little dirt left in the utility closet after he departed.

We called three almost a month ago that our air conditioner is not working. They stated nothing was wrong at first. The second employee came later and stated that our blower is completely broken. Stephenson said they ordered the part, but almost a month later we still have no air conditioning on these hot days of June. We have to contact them to get updates, which they don't seem to have. The manager has refused to call us after asking for 10 days. Lennox told us that Stephenson is giving us misinformation, as the parts should not take more than 14 days, they should have a tracking status, and they are not waiting for the part overseas (like Stevenson stated). All in all, they don't communicate when there is a problem and have not fixed our air conditioner. I would not recommend this company due to their service.

Michael Mullins, the technician, called and gave me a 50-minute warning for an HVAC maintenance visit. He showed up on time, got right to work and when finished, explained everything he had done thoroughly. Also asked me if there was anything else he could do. He was courteous throughout the visit. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

I had a tankless unit installed two years ago. A part in the unit became defective, and my hot water stopped working. After evaluation, Stevenson replaced my unit the next day. My service guy, Stan, was very professional and provided me with a great deal of knowledge about the unit. He was very efficient and did a great job. Thanks Stan for getting my family taken care of in a timely manner.

We had an excellent experience with Airtron from start to finish! A.J and Fernando did an outstanding job with our installation — professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at their work. The lady who took my first call to book the appointment was friendly and helpful, setting the tone for the whole process. We had a gentleman come out when our air conditioner went out and it was almost 100°outside last month ( same day we called!). He was very friendly and informative, and we appreciated his honesty and not wasting our money to try to put a band-aid on a system that needed to be repaired. Sadly we had paid another company a lot of money that same day for a repair that didn't hold. He told us that we needed a whole new system, and we knew we probably did as it was 22 years old. He gave us all of our options and did not try to sell us the most expensive system out there. He also immediately gave us finance options with 18 months no interest same as cash. Purchase price also came with a company warranty and they will come out no questions asked as needed, for I believe a period of one year maybe two? It took about 4 days to get the unit in and installed. The two techs that came out to install the new system are very friendly. I was surprised to see though them smoking on the job as they were installing the new system right outside of our windows. But it did seem that they did not leave any cigarette butts at least.

Well our new unit was making a very loud high-pitched noise when it was running, so we did end up having somebody come back out and he checked it and determined that there was an issue with the condenser in the new Bryant that they installed. He also was very friendly and professional. He quickly sent it through for warranty work approval, and got it approved. We received communication back from Airtron in a very timely manner. Once the part was in, they scheduled us for an appointment to come out and switch it out. Two more techs came out and installed the new condenser and it is running much better now. These techs were also very friendly, as has office staff been as well . We are happy and we recommend them!

AJ was our tech. Very friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions with politeness! I feel he was very knowledgeable and I feel he did a thorough job on our furnace ck-up. I will ask for AJ in the future for our furnace and air-conditioner ck-ups!

Airtron performed my furnace check and found a cracked heat exchanger. They replaced it at no charge as the furnace was under in warranty. There was a water lead from the new heat exchanger which was repaired the day I called. Abdul went beyond the water repair and inspected the rest of the furnace. He adjusted the gas flow so the system would run more efficiently.

Technicians Dil and Ram performed the annual maintenance service on our heating and cooling systems today. They were very friendly and professional. We felt that they represent Airtron positively to their customers@

Joe the technician was at my home today.He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He told me everything that he was checking for concerning the furnace and the air conditioner. Hope Airtron send Joe next year. They also have good customer service.

Our new furnace was not working--- we called Airtran and Cameron got us on the schedule the same day. Sam came and worked for a couple of hours and got the issue resolved. He gave us updates during the service call and was very professional. HE WAS TOP NOTCH! We paid nothing because it was a Warranty call.

AJ did a great job with the tune up of our furnace. He was prompt and thorough and went over everything with us. Highly recommend AJ and Airtron Heating & Cooling

Heat pump was not defrosting. Dil came out and replaced defroster control board. He ran the unit a couple of times to insure it was working correctly. The job was covered under maintenance contract. GREAT JOB. WELL DONE.

Abdul Dil was very professional, helpful, and quick with his work. He came to our home when we had no heat and got it working very swiftly. We truly appreciate his dedication and hard work!

New customer here and Joe was amazing. Checked everything over and made a few adjustments to my furnace. Explained everything he did and gave great suggestions to keep my systems operational. I will continue to work with Airtron.

Dil did a thorough job conducting our annual maintenance check on both our heating and air conditioner. Dil has been our service technician on several occasions and is always very courteous and efficient.
Overall we are very pleased with all aspects of Airtron Columbus.

Our technician Yancy did a fantastic job as always. He has been working with us on and off over several years. His funny and jovial personality are some things to talk about. Hope to see you again next year, Yancy.
