I want to express my appreciation to Mike Bresley, one of your superb technicians, for his outstanding service while repairing both my blower motor for the furnace and the heat pump. He went out of his way to obtain repair parts and got my unit repaired quickly. He deserves recognition for his "can do" attitude and expertise .

Amazing service! First day in my new house, had my furnace inspected - it's leaking carbon monoxide! These guys found the problem, installed the new system very quickly, and were incredibly helpful, working with my schedule and even working with me on the price! Incredibly nice people and very professional, would rate more than 5 stars if I could! Justin N, Trent L, and Thanh D were wonderful!

Tyler was my tech for our A/C quote and assessment. He was incredibly helpful, informative, and gave us all of the appropriate information to decide which system was our best option (which ended up being about of a third of the price from a quote at another company). Quenten and Darian installed our A/C for us a few days later and they were absolutely professional, nice, reliable, and offered to answer any questions we had throughout the process. When they left, it was like they were never here except that our house is now nice and cool. I would recommend Stevenson to anyone and will certainly use their services again.

I'm getting quotes from several companies to upgrade my very old HVAC system and water heater. Kyle Tanner was awesome! I think what most consumer wants to know is "Is this company honest? Will they try to sell me things I do not need?" Brian listen to my needs for my home. He asked questions the gain greater understand of my needs, and when I asked about things I've been researching he was upfront about what was wroth paying more for and what wasn't. I'm getting quotes from two other company but I have to say, Brain gave me great confidence in SSE and it will be tough for other to match it.

On 04/15/24 Cal Hopkins was the tech who drove from Dayton to service our address. He was very thorough in his expertise of his services. Very nice man and showed respect. I hope he does our services again in the future.

We had a less than ideal experience with this company involving the installation of a new water heater and its safe venting. Not only was the wrong size of water heater sold to us (based on our venting situation), the water heater installation and venting were not up to code. This led us to replacing the water heater in less than a year with one that is now the correct size and appropriately vented. To their credit, the company did attempt to rectify this situation by providing several replacement options, and eventually provided us with a refund for the cost of the water heater.

I was very satisfied and pleased with the service expert, Vince Starr during today's visit. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I appreciated the additional time taken to explain what was done as well as areas I needed work in detail! I would gladly request/recommend him for future service calls

Dillon did an excellent job on the service of my furnace. He was very professional and courteous. I call Stevenson for all of my heating, air conditioning, and plumbing needs. They are the best!

My Serviceman, Dylan, was very knowledgeable, did his work thoroughly and very quietly. At the end he explained everything he did and he found everything in good shape. I appreciated his kindness and promptness following his call that he was on his way.

This was my first experience with the Heating and Cooling repair team. Tanner and Todd took time to review my service plan and tell me what they were going to do today. They both were thorough and courteous. They also were low pressure. They explained some concerns and options for my furnace and heart pump. I greatly appreciated their professionalism.

Dylan Flowers (Service Technician) from SSE came out today to install a UV light in my AC coil box. He was very knowledgeable about the UV light and explained the warranty information and installation process. He was very kind and considerate and very understanding about my health issues as for the reason for the UV light to killed any biological growth/mold in my unit.

Chris Merz and Shawn Chaute were great! Very professional and thorough. They also didn't use any scare tactics to try and get me to fix something that wasn't really broken - this has happened to me once in the past with a different employee at Stevensons who came out for routine maintenance - that serviceman tried telling me that I needed a whole new furnace, said that it was leaking carbon monoxide, but when I got a 2nd/3rd opinion, I was told that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my unit.

Our furnace inspection & maintenance was recently completed by service technician Latiana McWhorter. She was great. She was polite, through and explained things in easy to understand terminology. She uncovered some things that previous inspections missed. And when she wasn't sure about something, she didn't fake it. She acknowledged her uncertainty and called up an associate who could answer my questions. We definitely welcome her back for future service.

Stan was a great - highly recommend you request him. He makes you feel confident in your choice to use Stevenson.

4 stars because the internal operations of the company is not the best. While the team answers the phone right away, it took several back & forths to schedule an appointment and they didn't follow up when my appointment was canceled to reschedule. In addition, the prices are higher than competitors.

I contacted this company because of the good reviews, but I didn’t have the same experience. Our furnace was out, the gentleman they sent was very nice, but seemed very unsure. He replaced our board, which was $450. After replacing, the furnace still didn’t work. He said we then needed a gas valve which he said would be another $500 or so. He was to call me later that day with the exact amount. When we didn’t heard fr him, we contacted the office and they said he was no longer there. After several calls to them, I was finally able to talk to one of the managers. He came out and said there were many issues with our furnace. At that point, we decided to get a second opinion. The new company came out last night and walked us through all the issues. After speaking with him, we decided we needed to replace our 18 year old furnace. The price he gave us was over half less than what Stevenson had told us a new furnace would be! I’m just frustrated because I feel if we would have had the right diagnosis to start, we could have saved the $450 we spent with Stevenson.

Dylan was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service in a quick and efficient manner. He explained every step of his process, he was very polite and professional with his time, and he was respectful of my house and pets. Thank you Dylan! 5/5 stars.

Stevenson called and let me know that their technician would be a little late. He was actually only about 10 minutes late. Dylan was very kind and courteous, and enjoyable to talk to. He was very efficient with his work and explaining at the end what he found during his inspection.

We recently had our heat pump inspected by Latiana McWorter as part of our maintenance agreement. We found her to be knowledgeable and efficient as well as pleasant to work with. She made an adjustment to calibrate our thermostat that was reading 2* off and gave us some other useful tips about our system. We would recommend her and will request her for our next appointment.

We have used Stevenson Service Experts for several years now. Robert Roquemore was our technician today and he was excellent. He called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived I told him we had 3 air conditioning units. He was told by the office that he would be working on one, but he completed the annual inspection on all 3 units. He even replaced an ultra violet light which had burnt out. Despite the hot and tight spaces where the in house units were located, he completed the work professionally. He was polite, understanding, and explained his findings.
My only complaints would be with the inconvenience of having to reschedule the air conditioning check up three times. Although the receptionists on the phone are always polite and patient, it was frustrating having to wait for the technician who could not come that day and have to reschedule so many times.

Stevenson the Excellent quality service , 2 professional and kind service men came to install a new Lenox air conditioner for my house. Thank you . Highly recommend for Stevenson HVAC service.
