We have them service our system twice per year. They’ve told me about a few problems but aren’t pressuring me to get them fixed right now. The HVAC system runs great for being 14 years old but needs some work done in the future. Ryan B was really professional today and really knows his stuff. You can tell they value educated employees. Highly recommend looking into their monthly program.

Daniel and Chris installed a brand new heating and air system for me. They were so fun and got the job done on time and correctly. They took their time explaining the technology to me. Dylan and Chad also came out and were awesome too! I enjoyed working with them all.

Alex was professional & extremely helpful resetting up our iComfort which we are thrilled to be able to use again!! Dillon was professional and considerate by cleaning up before leaving. Thank you fellas! Great service as always!

The installation of our new AC and Heating units were done by Justin N. and Nick E. They were very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and respectful. They took care to protect our home and our property while moving the new equipment in and removing the old. They explained what they were doing and made sure to answer any questions we might have before they left. They worked well together and if the units work as well as they did I know we will continue to be pleased.

Ryan came by to do our maintenance and we had a really good experience. He was very friendly, respectful of our home, and helpful. He even noticed some buildup on our outside hose and set us up with a free water maintenance check for the next day!

Damian was OUTSTANDING! He explained everything to me very well, showed me numbers (that meant nothing to me but he explained it) was very thorough and the conversation while he worked was super fun. It is weird to have enjoyed a service call as much as I did! Great job!!

Had our bi yearly inspection completed today. Dylan was our provider, he made sure everything was up to par, clean up our AC unit, and gave a full debrief. Thanks Dylan!

I needed a new heat exchange on my Lennox furnace. Ryan took great care of me. He ordered the needed parts kept me posted on the progress and scheduled the installation. He called to let me know their time of arrival and expertly installed the heat exchange. I am extremely happy with Ryan’s expertise and service.

Shane and Derian were very professional and worked great as a team. They had the new furnace, and A/C hooked up in no time. They took the time to explain the new system and how to work the new thermostat. I was very pleased with their work.

Latiana serviced our AC yesterday. We have Advantage Service and she replace both filter and ultra violet light. Did a complete check with pictures. Also cleaned the cooling fins on the AC unit. Very professional and made sure all questions answered. Very good service.

Michael Mullins was here to check my AC and furnace. First time of having him do our service. Very professional and polite.

FYI: if you have an oil heat system. These are the folks to call. Techs nick and Tyler came out as (time scheduled) was promised. Did a very thorough job of trouble shooting furnace failure and went to lengths to explain what was occurring with the unit to temporarily fail. Corrected what needed repaired and very polite. Would feel very comfortable with their business ethics if I happen to not be here for service call and leave it on my wife to discuss with techs to a solution of repair. An honest repair, not price bloated (not trying to sell you something you do not need.) Highly recommend as a first time customer. Will use them again for tuneups and future unfortunate breakdowns. Thank you so much.

Our AC went out last night. We called Stevenson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing TODAY and had a tech at our house within 2 hours. NO extra emergency weekend fee!! Ryan Burnett was our tech and he was able to figure out and resolve the problem. Our AC is now up and running. He was extremely friendly, professional and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing AC repair/service work. We’ll definitely be using this company in the future.

This was my first experience using Stevenson Service Experts. It was a positive one. Service tech William was very helpful and informative. He took the time to provide details on my furnace so I could understand the problem. (yes, it is summer & they still have techs available to help with a heating issue - that was a plus). It was appreciated that in addition to getting knowledgeable help, I was assisted by a very considerate technician.

Update: Stevenson Service Techs Shane and Cal installed the new furnace yesterday. What a nice experience. I have an older home so the work area was small but they got it done timely and did a through cleanup after. They took the time to walk through things like the new filter and how to use the thermostat. If the furnace, is the same quality as techs Cal and Shane, it will be a good one.

Dylan was my service technician, and he was great. He was on time, called on the way. He was very polite and did a great job! Stevenson is a great company.

Excellent emergency help even though I bought the new unit from a competitor. Due to extremely low temperatures, Stevenson’ s quick and timely action, kept my pipes from freezing by fixing the problem. I will be forever grateful to Stevenson, they are reliable!! They are the BEST!!

Searched for quality residential boiler company to save us from a bad repair and service. Cody Jones and Ryan Burnett were on time, professional, and took the time to walk through our current system and provide repair options and ultimately replacement options. They were concerned about our timing needs and provided us with the great service we were sorely missing. Highly recommend.

Second experience with Stevenson was with Chad W, Justin N, and Trent L. for the installation of a new boiler system. Can't say enough about how hard they worked to get a complicated three pump system installed and up and working. As with all older homes there were challenges, a pipe leak, and lots of baseboard pipes to blead and fix. They stayed late to get the heat working before a cold spell. Came back the next day to finish perfecting the set up. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Another Stevenson team highly recommended
