I have a service contract with Favret for my home heat pump/ac. I find it to be useful in that everything gets checked twice a year, filters get changed, etc. Their service techs are always courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them for heating and cooling systems.

My fall maintenance service was performed last week in a timely and efficient manner. I have found Favret to be as fine a company as I had hoped. The heating and cooling equipment has performed well for years and the service is excellent. I highly recommend Favret

When we found ourselves out of heat during a freak cold spell, they went above and beyond to take care of us. They were honest and professional and took care of our repairs quickly. I am happily sleeping in a warm house again because of them. We will absolutely be using them in the future.

A good, reliable service. Twice instead of talking me into replacing expensive equipment they were able to find replacement parts and keep my equipment going, which I greatly appreciated. I have been a customer for around twenty years. Their service contracts might be more expensive than competitors but overall, I believe my equipment has lasted longer under their care.

Our furnace broke down and Favret replaced the furnace the next day! They also installed a replacement air conditioner unit. The workers were knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient. We are very pleased with the company and the excellent workmanship.

It was my first time using Favret and they have a customer for life now. I was told by a competitor that I needed a whole new furnace. Favret came in, diagnosed the real problem, fixed it all without needing a new furnace- all under an hours time. My rep Anthony was professional and educated me through the process. He even took the extra steps to make sure my unit was running smoothly.

Great communication on what was needed, Time frame for the install to be started and finished. The day of install we were notified 30 minutes prior to arriving and were accurate about that arrival time. The install and delivery team introduced themselves with 100% professionalism and accurately described everything that was going to be done. Having an older furnace there was some sheet metal work that was needed from the shop and it looked amazing when done. Overall great experience to have with Favret having a new furnace installed before the temperatures really start to drop.

We have always had a great experience with CJS. Always on time and courteous. I have never had the feeling I was trying to be sold on something. They were able to diagnose, order, and replace our failed A/C unit in just a few days. Other places had a week wait or more. They will be our go to anytime we have HVAC needs.

Edit: You know what? They called back just a few minutes ago and got someone out here late the same day. That's worth something.

The technician didn't show within the allotted time (a four hour block today from 1 - 6), and I didn't receive any information regarding my appointment when I called at 4:55 and 5:55.

I tried to determine in my 5:55 call if I needed to reschedule, but I was told that their appointment availability could not be determined. For a scheduled call. I was promised a nebulous call back sometime in the future, but I don't have high hopes.

The service technician (Eric) did a great job of repairing a long standing issue!

CJS Heating has been incredible from start to finish! After struggling for a week to find a company to resolve my HVAC problem, they came through when I needed it most. They quickly fit me into their schedule and showed genuine care through the process so far.

Justin arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done. He provided a clear estimate and went above and beyond to ensure I was fit into their schedule so I’ll have heat before the temperatures drop—scheduling the repair for the very next day.

Finding a company that’s not only professional but also compassionate has been such a relief. Their caring attitude, expertise, and efficiency truly sets them apart. I can’t recommend Justin and CJS Heating enough!

While we had a previous CJS technician out that resulted in some issues and concerns that would have made us want to leave a much lower star rating, that visit led us to phone calls with first Justin and then Joe. In talking to Joe, he handled the situation in the best way possible as a manager and allowed us to feel reassured CJS would come through for us. He arranged to have Justin come out to the house and Justin was superb. He took the time to explain the situation thoroughly and answered questions we had to ensure we understood next steps and were comfortable with the process. Justin's professionalism, patience, compassion and understanding restored our faith in CJS. We are grateful that both Joe and Justin heard our concerns and worked with us. Thank you Joe and Justin!

Have been with CJS for a while now and am VERY pleased with their services and knowledge. Carlos and Barry are the two tech’s that have performed most services and give them kudos. Have never had a bad experience with CJS and highly recommend them!

Called for cleaning - found cracked heat exchanger (why it was cycling) & showed me a picture he took with his camera. Anthony was on time & I received a text updates with appointment time both from the company & him “on way” & he was on time. Explained everything- impressed with their guarantees of better energy efficiency & cost savings. When I’m ready to replace it, I’d have no problem calling them. Said they could order & it’d be done timely. Their guarantees gives me peace of mind. They’ve must have improved from last bad reviews.
