Toilet overflow. Walter from Fire and Ice showed up quickly. He explained and showed pictures of everything he did. He offered maintenance program, which I am considering. I would recommend him highly.

Joshua did a great job diagnosing our problem with the water softener system. He was professional, polite, and took care not to track snow in the house. He listened to what our problem was then went about programming the water softeners into a diagnostic program. After assessing what our needs were and explaining the options and benefits of his company he provided an estimate for repairs. This man is an asset to your company.

Two techs came out to inspect my sump pump and were able to diagnose the problem quickly. While in the basement, the main tech noticed our hot water tank ventilation wasn’t up to code and he explained why in great detail. Timothy was very knowledgeable and genuinely seemed like he cared for our well being as the problem could cause carbon monoxide poisoning.

Mitchell was definitely one of the best techs I’ve ever had. I’ve had the twice a year tuneup package for about four years now and he’s the first technician that’s ever told me that I’ve been using the wrong MERV rating filters w the way my furnace is built. Once we switched, it started working better than ever.
Unfortunately, the damage was done and I have a major repair that I’m getting done today. He talked me through the entire process and showed me a lot of of photos and the reason why.

Very thorough job at diagnostics. Answered all my questions and explained all in layman's terms. Although we did not get a permanent fix due to the parts supply houses being closed he was able to get us Heat for the night and maybe longer but we will get the part tomorrow hopefully and have a permanent fix. This was no fault of the technician he was awesome and was a great service experience. Again, the only negative thing I would have to say is you would think a company this size would have parts available to them in a warehouse or somewhere but I understand there are too many different makes and models but when it is supposed to be negative five degrees Fahrenheit a more permanent fix would have been the icing on the cake, but again, the technician was awesome and I highly recommend this company !! The price for coming out and diagnosing the problem and at least getting it to work was only about $150 which I thought was very reasonable given the circumstances and the last minute call I had to make. I would like to say an extra thank you to Tavon, and thank you for coming out Fire and Ice!! UPDATE: Paid over $800 for 'the part' - - Heater Kit... It's warm in here but fan/blower doesn't seem to be running like it did before and will calling for service again tomorrow to have them check if all hooked back up properly. Something isn't right!!

I called my former plumbing company to get a cost for replacing a shower cartridge and the price was unbelievingly High!
I called Fire & Ice, who I used for HVAC and they sent out Basset Plumbing and they sent a professional plumber out. He diagnosed the issue and worked with me. The price was reasonable and the work done was to perfection!!!

Michael Moore performed an assessment to determine a cost estimate for relocating our HVAC condenser. He was on-time and super polite. He listened to me about our goal, and was thoughtful, insightful, and considerate on evaluating an estimated level of effort. His polite means was professional and responsive.

Darrien was in communication with me before he got here, then got here within a couple of minutes of time promised. He went to work on my plumbing issue immediately and worked quickly to resolve the problem. Very nice young man, courteous, kind, and interested in fixing the problem right the first time!
