I called Carl at 5pm on a Monday afternoon because my air conditioner was not working and it was in the upper 80s. He was so nice and ADDED an appointment for 7:30am the very next day so that me and my fur babies would not have to suffer another day!! Trey arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and had the air working in no time. He even doubled back because he thought he could make it work better and it did! He was very nice and polite and offered suggestions on how to best the care of my old HVAC system without being “that sales guy”. I will definitely use this company again and again in the future!

Heating and Cooling Pros is a professional, courtesy, and empathetic company whom works efficiently and effectively to solve your problem as quickly as possible, while saving the customer money (when/where it is possible). The technicians are friendly and transparent, keeping the customer abreast every step of the way. I do not hesitate to recommend them for any small or large project...They can handle it!

It was a bitterly cold Friday night and our furnace was not working correctly. Carl answered quickly,came out within a few hours and had the problem fixed and included some extra touches. Very personable for a very reasonable price. Will certainly use them again.

I called to get my ac unit fixed not knowing what was wrong with it. This guy came out and was super friendly and didn’t take advantage of my ignorance. He didn’t over charge me and got the job done pretty fast. I called a couple companies and got different prices but they were very reasonable.

My wife and I moved into a home built in 2014 this past June. This fall, we were looking to get our furnace serviced which we didn’t have a relationship set up yet. We had a larger known brand come out and immediately tell us we needed a new heat exchanger as it was producing too much carbon monoxide. The exchanger was on a warranty but the labor was going to be $2,000+.

I got a second opinion on a small business owner I found on Thumbtack and Carl replied to me same day on a Saturday afternoon and came out Saturday at 6 PM. He walked me through everything he was doing, gave me a visual of the heat exchanger showing it did have some normal wear and tear but nothing too worrisome yet.

He tested everything and made some small adjustments and was able to fix everything that was wrong. The walking through the entire process and how personable he was really earned trust with me. Being a salesperson, I feel it is crucial to be honest with customers. Address concerns, but be honest about the pros and cons of each side.

I was expecting to be paying thousands of dollars and he saved us a ton and gave us a great peace of mind. Trust is so important these days and he really earned ours.

I would recommend him to anyone who has concerns with your furnace this fall or AC unit this spring.

Carl was great to work with. He was able to come out the same day, spent a great deal of time evaluating what was going on with the furnace and gave us a very fair charge for the work he did. We unfortunately ended up having to replace the unit, but again we were pleased with the team that came for the installation. Everyone was professional and very nice. I highly recommend working with them.
