We signed our quote late on Wednesday and the crew was out Thursday morning to install. Very professional and efficient. The new system is a huge upgrade - no more cold spots or off temps in areas. Very satisfied with the new system!

Aaron was professional and personable. He took time to diagnose accurately, and then fixed the issue in no time.

Found out more about my system than the day it was sold to me. Young Vu, in his short visit here, let me know that I was sold a product that doesn’t even work here, mostly, in the cold months. Thank you so much sir, for opening my eyes. I will be getting with the original sellers for recompense.

They were called out to do a routine gas pressure check, so that I could get my heat turned on. It took about 20 minutes and they charged $800! I had never had it done before and found out after that normal rate was 175 to 200. They charged me four times the price it should have been.

It looks like they delete their poor reviews as my prior 1 star review was deleted. The technician they sent was unable to get my drain unclogged. Nevertheless they attempted to charge me $386. They then stated they will need specialized equipment to get the drain unclogged which will cost $1100 and that I need to leave a deposit to get scheduled. Ok, paid the deposit and then they no showed multiple times without letting me know they would not be here. When I called they stated they could not get their specialized equipment working. I had to jump through a number of hoops to get the $550 deposit back. I called another plumber who unclogged the drain in a few minutes for $180.
If Basset Services attempts to have this review removed again I will post the receipts. You will find out for yourself why they deserve less than 1 star. Beware the false paid for and filtered reviews. -
Joe McCulloch did a complete plumbing inspection on my home and drained my water tank. He was exceptional. Explained everything to me as we went along and was so helpful in teaching me all the things that have to do with home plumbing. This guy KNOWS his stuff. Would highly recommend!!!

Jason does great work. He is very thorough and explains everything. He goes over the cost so there is no question how much the work is. I highly recommend him.

Residential Electrical issue. Tech found a major fire hazard; in which wires were already melted, that would have caused a whole house fire. The tech was able to isolate that particular issue and protect us. We are able to schedule full repair for next day service.
Great tech, knowledgeable and spoke with respectful candor. -
They showed up, did a diagnostic but we never received it. The tech left stating he would email the diagnostic & cost out the repairs. Three days later & nothing. We called 5 times & nothing. Coldest days of the year and we've been ghosted! This company use to have great customer service. Not anymore. Frustrating!!!

My call was answered right away (Tuesday) - a serviceman came out the same day. However, there was a part to be ordered that was not to arrive until (Friday). The leak was not fixed or stopped until Friday. The installation only took a couple of hours without any problems. My service man was very good about explaining the problem and my options. Each option entailed ordering a replacement part (old) or replacing the whole unit (new). However, I was not pleased that it took so long to received the replacement part - apparent the company does not have its own supplies readily available. I will use another company with supplies readily available should I need further plumber's services.

Unclogged our pipe for the washer. Was very knowledgeable and kind. Explained what they were doing and what they thought it was. They ran the washer, disconnected the cold water line and flushed the pipe hard then reconnected to washer and made sure no leaks and that the drain worked before they left.

Beware before using this company! I purchased a new AC unit from them last spring. Within weeks you could tell something wasn't right, it wasn't cooling like it should. I called them back out here to check it, and the only recommendations that they had were additional things for me to do. They said the system was working properly.
Fast forward to the spring, and when I started the unit up it was even worse. It was not even cooling the house when it was in the mid to upper 70s! I called and scheduled an appointment, and they never showed up during the scheduled window. I called back to see what happened and dispatch never returned that call.
The next morning I called back again and finally they returned my call and blamed it on a "system glitch!" So they got someone out there that afternoon and in about 10 minutes he realized that there was a leak in the refrigerant line, the fault of his company that installed it and failed to catch it the year before. So I have barely any refrigerant left in my line.
You would think being their mistake during the install, ghosting from my scheduled appointment, and all the miscommunications that they would be inclined to make things right quickly, right? Well like myself, you would be wrong in that assumption! How about they are taking an additional 5 days to get me on the schedule again for someone to come out to fix the line and refill the refrigerant! And it's supposed to be over 90° starting tomorrow and I have no AC! So I called this morning to see if they had any last minute. Cancellations, and dispatch never called me back once again!
Please beware before using this atrocious company! They do a shoddy job, will ghost you when you try to get them to fix it, and make you suffer for days on end and excruciatingly high heat! -
Outstanding service! Walter was the technician who heled me today with a drain clog, affecting half my house. He was very professional, correctly assessed my problem and fixed the issues. Exactly what you are looking for in a service professional!

Chris with Bassett Services came to my house to replace my 34 year old hot water tank with a tankless hot water tank. He did a great job explaining my options and the process of installing it. I trust this company and the quality work they have done in my home.

I reached out to Bassett Services for a quote to do a mid sized eletrical job, replacing a main circuit from an OLD meter, thru 1 barn and dropping a total of 3 NEW service panels in each of 3 barns.
Collin and Lindsey showed up ON TIME, were friendly, and professional. They engaged me with my "small talk", answered ALL my questions, and was the ONLY company to draft and email me a FULLY ITEMIZED quote...on their iPad...before leaving the site.
I was VERY impressed with their service, but will need a couple days to review and compare offers as my other quotes come in.
Thanks!!! -
Gerald was fabulous. So knowledgeable Such great perspective on the issues and how to resolve them. I am looking forward to work together in the future.

Fire and Ice pressured me to spend $8300 on new furnace..
Independent contractor came in and removed debris from the collector box tube, fixing everything. Quoted $3,100 for similar quality furnace + install if needed
Safe to say I won’t be doing business with or recommending Fire and Ice
