I have used this company for 8 years and am satisfied with the response and quick turnaround time. I am truly impressed with the service that my plumber, Spencer did on installing a new water heater and copper piping. Spencer was very meticulous and provided me with excellent service and workmanship! Spencer is a true asset to the company and my new water heater works great. I'm a very grateful customer. Thank you to the staff and especially, Spencer!

My technician was Walter and he was awesome. He explained everything that he was going to do before he performed the job and then afterwards walked me through it to make sure I was satisfied. If I ever use this company again I will definitely request Walter.
Two reasons I didn’t give 5 stars: 1.) The original arrive time/appointment was from 8-10am. Nobody was able to make it out until almost 6pm. They did communicate with me through the day so that was helpful. 2.) it cost me $700 for about 12 inches of PVC and 2 rubber fittings and 10 minutes of labor.

Fire & Ice were FABULOUS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The service they provided was above and beyond expectations. I had a major electrical outage to my detached garage and Adam and Mark were quick to arrive and assess the electrical damage, discussing multiple options to address and resolve my satisfaction. Additionally, the huge, pleasant surprise was when they stated they could repair the damage that same day. They just needed to pick up the required materials and return to the house. Within a few hours they completed their work and power was restored.

The salesman was knowledgeable and assured me that I was not crazy about the material that was used previously. He was very assuring throughout the entire process. No hiccups on the installation and no problems with the contractors.

My parents have been using Favret for years so when our AC stopped working we reached out to them right away. All the ladies in the office were so friendly and helpful, and they got us onto their schedule same-day which we really appreciated. Seth came out, evaluated things and determined we needed some parts replaced. They had the parts readily available and he made repairs same-day. We were so impressed with Favret from start to finish, and can't express how thankful we are that they were able to resolve our problem so fast!

I have used Favret to maintain my heating and cooling systems, electronic filters and humidifier at two different homes for over 20 years. They are always prompt for appointments and scheduling is easy. When I needed my AC replaced a few years ago, they offered me options and didn’t try to hard sell a more expensive option. I have almost always been pleased with the professionalism, friendliness and good advice of their technicians. Today Seth did my Fall maintenance. He was very professional yet friendly, careful not to track on my floors, arrived as scheduled and completed the work timely. I would be very happy to have him back any time. I also would highly recommend Favret for your heating and cooling needs.

Seth has been doing a great job of taking care of our Carrier furnace this past 1.5 years. He is polite, friendly and very competent at his job. We have always had nice, polite good techs form Favret, but Seth is certainly outstanding at his job and a pleasure to have at the house for the furnace and AC check. I should also add that Suzanna, who answers your phones and schedules the visits - is always friendly, polite and highly effiecient. Last, Jerad Kingery was kind enough to come out last Fall (2022) and explain the situation with our secondaty heat exchanger to me so I could understand why it needed replacement. I would and do recommend Favret to people I know. Thank you for being in the business.

I have been with Favret for many years at my former address, and just moved two years ago. Have set up their Maintenance Contract for my new home. Today Kyle Bayer completed my spring maintenance check-up. He made sure my cooling system was performing up to the manufacturer specifications. I liked his professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness, and he will definitely be the technician I will ask for going forward. Thank you, Kyle.

I want to give two thumbs up to Chris and Ken who installed our new AC. They were professional, knowledgeable and worked hard on a hot July day to make us cool again. Would highly recommend these guys and Favret for heating & cooling needs!

I always ask for Mark, Heating and Cooling tech to service my furnace and air conditioner. His work ethic and sense of humor is a plus.

Shady bait and switch tactics I have been burned 2x within 12 months by this company last year they came out to install an ecobee and then tried to charge me thousands with their internal proprietary system then this year when requesting a simple service maint plan and clean they came out tried to create a sales ticket to move the whole electrical unit and didnt even do the maint plan or cleaning. This is obviously a money grab and they come out to find issues that dont exist. My service is active completely fine and they said the service wasnt even working at first and would have to create a separate truck roll for the on site. RUN FAST because MONEY HUNGRY companies like FAVRET is not one to FAVOR. Do yourself a favor and do honest business with honest companies

We called about a water leak near the furnace. Larry came that morning and solved the problem quickly. All dry now! Great job!

We were referred to these people. We called and they were fabulous, gave us all the information regarding costs, times, parts etc. Scheduled for the next day and they promptly showed up and fixed our heat pump in less than 15 minutes. Our technician Seth was friendly, knowledgeable and more than efficient. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable. We were so relieved.

After years of using our "home warranty insurance" and seeing the worst repair people arrive, give us bad advice and take forever to accomplish the repair, we finally had enough. Save you money folks go local and use this provider you won't be disappointed.

We have been with Favret for many years and have received excellent service every time. We had an emergency situation on a Sunday recently and Terry provided excellent service. Not only did he come out on a Sunday, but made folllow up calls to make sure we received adequate care. He definitely went above and beyond and we we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Favret installed a new HVAC system in my home in December. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service, installation, and the equipment. I splurged a bit and I’m so happy with my carrier infinity system. It is absolutely the best heating and cooling equipment I have ever owned.
