We replaced our air conditioner shortly after moving into our house, and CJS did a great job. They were easy to work with, no sales pressure, and the price was fair. Our A/C is still going strong seven years later. They also replaced our hot water heater, and that job went smoothly as well. We have them out every year to service our furnace and A/C, and they consistently do quality work. Highly recommended.

Justin has come closest to solving a long-term problem I’ve had with my system. He’s currently getting direction from Trane on possible sources of continuing error codes that shut the system down. This remains a work in progress.

I called to see if they could get my Humidifier working, which was just a matter of getting the thermostat or furnace to turn on and off the water flow when the furnace runs. Currently the water flow is in the on position all the time. They sent someone out to take readings of everything, said they would talk with their manager to try to figure out the issue and I am currently waiting to hear back from them.

Mike and Kai were super professional and polite couldn’t ask for a better experience. Kai was super helpful in explaining the thermostat and how to program it not an easy task for an old fart like me again thank you Mr Kai

My HVAC went out. I spent $99 to call out a tech. Instead of fixing the issue, he condemned the air handler as too dangerous to operate and immediately proceeded into a sales pitch.

I called out a competitor based out of West Jefferson, OH and they got my air handler running and heat back on.

Josh was awesome and fun to talk with while he worked. Very professional and high quality job!! Definitely recommend!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I CALLED BC MY BASEMENT WAS FLOODING AT 8:40am I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT BY NOON, I CALLED BACK AT 12:30 AND SAID NOONE HAS CALLED OR CAME OUT, THEY APOLOGIZED AND SAID SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT BY 4 AND WOULD GIVE ME AN HOUR LEAD TIME SO I WENT TO WORK AND I RECEIVED A TEXT AT 2:20SAYIJG A TECH WAS ON HIS WAY, I TAKE OFF WORK AND I JUST CALLED AT 4:23 AND THEY HAD NO CLUE, FIRST IT WAS AN AI ROBOT HELPING ME SAYING SORRY THEY WILL BE OUT BY 4 IT WAS AFTER THAT SO I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE AND THEY DIDNT HAVE A CLUE SO I CANCELLED BC I SAID IF THIS IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS I DONT WANT UOU IN MY HOUSE. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THESE GUYS AND AS SOMEONE WHOS A REALTOR AND OWNS A REHAB COMSTRUCTION COMPANY I WILL MAKE SURE MY EXPERIENCE WITH TGIS COMPANY IS KNOWN

Walter quickly fixed the clogged toilet. He was friendly and first gave an estimate. He cleaned up the area afterwards. I definitely recommend this guy!

Very unreliable. Within two months they canceled four appointments that were confirmed. They must to hire enough techs to be able to keep current appointments and service emergencies.
