Have been servicing us for many years. We appreciate their experience with a boiler and radiant heat systems found in older homes.

Favret has taken care of our air conditioning and heating needs for more than a decade. They are always very responsive and have handled every issue time after time, with speed and skill. Our latest furnace man (Jamel) was top-notch. We expect to keep using Favret forever, they are that good.

My AC compressor stopped running yesterday late afternoon. I called last night and got someone schedule to come out today and they replaced the capacitor and cut and re-crimped the wire that had burned out. They ordered a new wiring harness to be a more permanent fix, but it's back up and running today before the hotter weather this weekend so that's great. Carrier probably should use a heavier gauge wire (14 instead of 16) to connect to the capacitor but that's not Favret's fault. Online search recommends 14 or 16 for a capacitor that size so it's not out of spec but Carrier went with the cheaper option and it didn't last.

Jamel came to our home today so we could have our annual check up on the AC and sign up for the 2X year service agreement. He did a great job, answered our questions was honest and left everything in great order. We would highly recommend Favret Heating and Cooling.

Favret is a quality company that gives quality service. Not the cheapest option but you'll sleep better at night knowing they have your back... Beginning with my salesman Pete who was professional, knowledgeable and personable but most importantly AVALABLE. Great from beginning to end. My install team was equally fantastic (Dean, Corey, Ben & Jamel). They arrived on time, professionally installed my HVAC system paying attention to every detail and were polite and considerate. Don't take a chance to save a few bucks, Go with a quality long established professional team that will always be there to service any issues down the line. We always have a check up of our furnace in the fall and A/C in the spring. We have a service contract. The technician on his most recent visit was both thorough and professional. We'll be staying with Favret!

Technician arrived right on time. Worked efficiently to service the furnace. Took time to answer questions and offer suggestions. We subcribe to the yearly service package for the furnace and AC.

James has done great work for our semiannual HVAC servicing. Price is reasonable and I have not felt that the company is trying to sell me on anything that is not needed.

Our air conditioning went out during the recent heat wave—on a Friday, no less. My wife has lung disease, so we needed the system up and running as quickly as possible. We decided to replace our 20+ year-old unit, and the Favret team had our new air conditioning installed and running by 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.

The installation crew was outstanding—professional, efficient, and they left everything spotless. A second crew returned Monday to finish the furnace installation with the same level of care.

From the very first phone call to the final sign-off, every person we dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. There was no high-pressure sales pitch, just honest, expert advice.
