Carl is a phenomenal technician. Not only can he identify the problems, but he can also explain and show directly what they are. I wasn't surprised I needed a new furnace, as mine was over 25 years old. I got a great deal on a new furnace, including a whole-house humidifier. He went above and beyond my expectations considerably more than just the bare minimum. I am exceedingly happy, and my home is a lot quieter and more comfortable as a result.

Carl and his apprentice were the bomb! I sent a message through thumbtack and he called me within about 2 minutes later and was at my home to make a repair on my furnace within about 90 minutes. He was so kind, professional, curious, and professional! Pricing was great for parts and labor! I would highly recommend him and definitely will use him for my HVAC needs in the future!

It took awhile to have a technician come out to help us "old" folks" get an app on our phone to control the thermostat. However, the technician was patient with us and it was not something that had to be done immediately.

Carl was fantastic! He diagnosed and fixed the slow recovery issue with my furnace, getting it running efficiently for chilly mornings. What impressed me even more was that he took the initiative to check and clean the AC unit outside without being asked. He's very professional, courteous, and excellent at explaining everything in a way that's easy to understand. A/C went out on our old system….of course on the hottest day of the year.
Decided to call Carl after the great reviews I read. I wasn’t disappointed and everyone was correct, Carl and his company deserves 10 Stars from me. He showed up within 24 hours of me calling and keeping me updated in between calling and his arrival. I really thought our system was shot….(My thermostat was reading 87 degrees) Within 1 hour, Carl and Andrew had me fixed up and running COLD again! Very knowledgeable when it came to my 29 year old YORK unit. The Heating and Cooling Pro is Carl! recently had Carl and his co-worker come out to fix my AC unit, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was wonderful to work with—friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got my AC unit up and running again in no time, all for a very reasonable price. I really appreciated his honesty and prompt service. Highly recommended!

Received excellent service from Carl and his crew! Our AC went down on a Sunday afternoon. Carl called me back within an hour and said he could come out the next day. Unlike the big named places he did not try to take advantage of our situation by trying to price gauge us on a service call. He arrived the next day and did a very thorough job of looking at our system and also explaining what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue and instead of trying to push an entire new system on us explained that we could do that or just fix the problem which was the fan on the air handler. Again most of the big named places would have tried to sell an entire new system. He made calls that day and was able to come back 48 hours later to replace the fan. System is back up and running great! Our experience with Carl and his team was a breath of fresh air! He was honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will definitely use him for all of our heating and cooling needs moving forward.

Ive put off some other work due to high quotes and not comfortable with the feedback from other companies. After this visit I have booked with Carl to get these issues fixed. I highly recommend!!

Carl was awesome. He was able to come out quickly, accurately diagnosis the unit’s problem, and provide solutions. My central air system was OLD. Carl was able to give me an estimate for both repair and replacement as well as review the pros and cons of both. We elected to replacement. His team was out just a day later pulling the old and installing the new. They were professional and conscientious (especially around our cats and outdoor landscaping). I certainly recommended them for any heating/cooling work and will definitely call them again should the need arise.

Carl gets it done right at the right price!! 10/10 recommend for all your HVAC needs. Installed a new high efficiency furnace, new external exhaust and built in humidity control (amazing for dry winters). Very responsive and professional communication. I called for heating problems and they showed up the same day. Very friendly service, a diagnostic was done, and they got my heat up and running right away. The invoice had pictures, and a detailed description of everything they did sent directly to my phone. Excellent service and price, because of this I will be using them from here on out!
