It was a snowy day. My residence downtown was surrounded by snow banks and parking was sparse. I almost called AtlasButler to reschedule because of weather but in the decade they have served my HVAC needs they had never failed me. Sure enough, not just on time but a little ahead of time my tech, Adam Lechler, arrived at the front door of my building. He was both friendly and business like. Booties over his snowy shoes before he crossed the threshold. From beginning to end he exceeded all expectations. That is why I have brand loyalty and why I always recommend Atlas Butler. All my interactions with staff have been great but Adam was even better than the best. In fact I signed on for their plumbing service as well. I highly recommend.

I found Atlas Butler is best in town. We had garage disposal fixed by Atlas Butler. It was easy to get Appointment at our convenience and the job was done professionally well maintained neatness explained every thing before starting the work. Made sure everything was in working order before leaving.

Tyler Horner showed up as schedule and very courteous & manorable. He very knowledgeable about drainage & plumbing. He diagnosed the issue and went above & beyond the quality of service. He cleaned up his work area before leaving. His workmanship shows great work ethic. Atlas Butler have a great technician on their team. Would recommend to all friends and family.

I woke up to no hot water and was able to get an early appointment for service. Justin arrived, was very friendly, and walked me through everything he was checking. He tried to restart the pilot, but it wouldn’t stay lit. Since my unit was from 1995, it was determined that a replacement was the best option. Justin clearly explained my options and costs and was able to schedule me for a replacement later that afternoon.

Tyler and his co-worker handled the installation, and the communication between both crews was excellent. I was kept informed of their arrival times, and everything was done efficiently and with care. The new unit was installed professionally and is working great. All technicians were knowledgeable, respectful of my property and time, and very friendly.

Atlas Butler has always provided outstanding service—I’ve trusted them for my AC unit, furnace, and now my water heater. Highly recommend!

We had Jose Garcia come in to do a furnace inspection from Atlas Butler. He did a great job was in and out no time. I had no issues and he took the time to explain how to use parts of the furnace that I have never before. I strongly recommend Atlas Butler.

Incredible experience. Really came through for us in a tough spot. Erik, Brian, I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who initially called us back, the guys doing the install as I type this. We needed an emergency furnace service, initially no one could make it out (called 6 different businesses including atlas). Got a random callback from an atlas butler guy who said he listened to my call, it sounded like an emergency, and let me know someone could make it out and that he was contacting his techs to see who could make it quickest. Someone was here within about an hour, and Brian was great and quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me my options. This is about 1am now, we decide to go with a new furnace over repairing our older one (after talking with brian I did feel like he was being genuine and not pushing us one way or the other) and they have a comfort coordinator (sales / project guy) out to us around 2am. Erik worked real hard to make our janky house setup work, found a few options for the small space we have, and 5 hours later they’re already installing our new furnace. They’ve got a customer for life now for sure. Can’t stress enough how friendly all 6 or 7 employees I interacted with are - speaks volumes. They somehow made one of the coldest nights (feels like -19 degrees as I type this) of the year bearable

Mike Galloway was a pleasure to have in our home today for duct cleaning. He was very polite, efficient and through. I was shocked to see the before and after photos(see attached). I would highly recommend Mike and the team at Atlas Butler for their professionalism and expertise!

Jose Garcia did our furnace and air conditioner inspection today and pointed out several important details and provided us with very helpful information. He was so nice and pleasant to talk with. We appreciated his time and great service!!!!

Tyler and Karon are a dynamic duo! They replaced my 20 year old hot water heater that was in a tight spot. They adjusted the gas line and installed new shut off valves to make it easier for me to drain it in the future. Did I mention they did it all the same day my hot water heater busted and only had my water off for 2 hours!!!

Great people, honest and direct explanations, clean, quality work. Completely replaced the main stack in my home. Considerate of us living in the home. Highly recommend. Feel a lot safer with the new pipes. View pictures to see the work done before concrete is poured

Furnace replacement. Called in the morning on Thursday and was able to get an appt for a repair tech between 10-12. Tech arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained it to me thoroughly and showed me the cracks in the heat exchanger on the camera. Option was to repair or replace but the part was not available for three weeks. They had a second person come out to give an estimate for replacement. He also arrived promptly. We were able to have a new furnace installed the next morning. Price seemed about what we expected. We did get a quote from another company as well, and while it was a little less expensive, they were not available for install until Monday. It was important for us to have heat as we have three parrots and the temperature was projected to be 14 degrees on Sunday. I was not there for the install, my husband was, but they arrived at 8 and were done by 2. Bonus - I wanted to use a local well established company.

Austin was great. Arrived earlier than the promised time window, and my house is warm again; after waking up 🥶🥶🥶 on a negative 4° Saturday morning in January. This company is affordable and trustworthy. Their immediate service probably saved our pipes from freezing. Great price and they even honored a coupon from their website.

The hot water tank went out. We contacted Atlas Butler via their website and was able to make an appointment online for the next morning. The tech came out to make his assessment. He provided options to fixing it, but as the tank was already 11 years old, we decided to have a new one installed. The next morning the tank was installed, and we had hot water shortly after. Everyone was professional, friendly and comfortable to work with. The team wore shoe protectors when going in and out of the house, cleaned up their space and seemed to work very efficiently together. The installation work was completed within 3 hours. We would recommend them and contact them again.

We had a great experience with our Atlas Butler team when our furnace/ac system needed replaced. Mike came out and went over all of the financial details with us beforehand. He also stayed in touch throughout the installation and brought us extra filters for the new furnace and humidifier. Our technician, Ben, and his coworker, Sean, did a great job with all aspects of the installation and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end. Thank you, Atlas Butler!

Atlas is great! We had a plumbing emergency - a pipe burst due to the weather and not only did they have a real person answer the phone late at night, they scheduled a technician to come assess the situation early the next morning on a Sunday.
The technician did a great job. He cleaned up after he was done and even recommended a drywall company for us.

Such a great experience. Will be calling Atlas again!

Chris was our tech who came today to clean our ducts and cold air returns. He was simply amazing. I knew exactly who to look for because atlas butler sends out alerts to tell us, and it contains a picture of the technician. He was very thorough and very efficient. He also provided before and after photos. We would highly recommend him and atlas butler.

Our water heater burst early in the morning, and Atlas Butler responded quickly. The technician arrived promptly, thoroughly evaluated the issue, and clearly walked me through the entire replacement process. He explained all available options, pricing, and timelines in a way that was easy to understand and helped ensure we could have a new water heater installed before the end of the day. His professionalism, knowledge, and sense of urgency during a stressful situation were greatly appreciated. Excellent service from start to finish—I would highly recommend Atlas Butler.

Atlas Butler sent Mike Gallagher to service cleaning our vents. He did an excellent job and was very thorough. He was extremely pleasant and professional and even showed us the pictures after he cleaned out the vents. We were very happy with his service.

During a carpet installation our cat apparently fell into a furnace vent that was open while being worked on. After 2 days of searching he finally meowed and we found him stuck in the duct. We have been customers of Atlas Butler for years but, this experience was special. Finn Hartley our technician was able to get Jack the cat out in less than 30 minutes and repair the duct. He was in good shape but, hungry of course. We are so happy with the service. Thank you Finn and Atlas Butler!

Our furnace died on a very cold day & Atlas Butler sent technician within 4hrs but could not be repaired so sales engineer arrived 2 hrs later & examined whole system & the airflow in our whole house & made very sensible recommendations. He quoted several levels of new equipment & repairs to existing airflows. We accepted quote for the system that would work best for us within our budget. The next day the crew & new equipment arrived 15 mins early & worked the entire day until everything was installed, tested & left online. Our house came up to temperature very quickly (14 dgrs outside) & we immediately noticed the improved airflow that could be felt in every area & we are comfortable at a lower temperature now! We were impressed with the quality of the equipment & the installation. We highly recommend Atlas Butler & will use them as needed in future. A special thanks to our sales engineer Eric for his recommendations.

We had a tankless water heater and limescale inhibitor installed Feb 5, 2026. The installers were Tyler Landis and Karon Williams. They were very professional and friendly. They were here the entire day. They left our basement very clean. They thoroughly explained the system and how it works. We are very pleased with the product and installation.
