This company did a great job for us! The guys that came to the house were VERY knowledgeable and considerate. They had a great suggestion for us to move our unit to the side of our home so we didn't have to hear it while enjoying our patio - the best idea!! The new unit has been awesome and our electric bill has gone down considerably. We also referred a friend whose A/C went out and they were quick to get out to give them an estimate ($1000 less than the quote they already had from a different company!) and they were able to get the job done quickly. Just a GREAT experience all around. Will definitely be using them again!

Air conditioner went out and Doug was quick to come out and give me an estimate. He stayed in touch and answered questions quickly. He coordinated a replacement, and Kevin and Shane installed things quickly and efficiently. Good service overall - and perhaps more importantly, all three guys were super pleasant and friendly throughout. Five stars all around.

The agent responded to an emergency repair from homeserve, calling to schedule an appointment over a week out, knowing I have no working heat on a winter day. This, in turn, caused me to have to submit another work order when it was unnecessary and inconsiderate and lack of attention to detail to claim a job, they could not service in a timely matter

Called Ohio Heating to obtain an estimate for a new furnace and air conditioner. The service from beginning to end was excellent. I received the estimate on a Wednesday morning and by noon Thursday I had a new air conditioner, furnace and hot water heater. Everyone was very professional, on time, respected my property, answered questions and explained everything. They identified additional problems and quickly resolved them. This company goes above and beyond to offer quality products and services. I would highly recommend Ohio Heating.

Leaving this review because they were closed by the time I had a chance to call. Friday 2/6 around 4-4:15pm one of their drivers driving van 44 was driving very recklessly. I was doing 80 passing a semi and his van was no more than a foot off my back bumper, I move over after passing he continues to tailgate the vehicle that was in front of me and had his left signal on for 2 miles even though he was in the far left lane???? Then a couple miles up the road I watched him shoot across all 4 lanes of traffic to make the west bound broad street exit off of 270, almost hitting another car in the process, the car had to slam on their brakes and swerve to not get their front end taken off, they handled it a lot better than I would have. Not too smart to drive a company vehicle with names and numbers all over it like that. If you guys cram your schedules that bad for your techs maybe learn how to manage/dispatch properly. No excuse for this guy almost killing people though. I guess if you call them for service you know they’ll be there fast at least? If that’s any consolation.

Very honest to company, which is hard to find in this industry. A little bit of a delay on my part being delivered, but Justin has the patience of a saint because I called him every three days asking for an update and he was very kind each time. I will continue to use this company for each seasonal visit

Brian wasted no time. I had multiple people/company's come and nothing was done ...should I say resolved. He knew exactly what the issues were with my heating and cooling. Meaning he completed both jobs regarding the furnace and the air conditioning unit. In no time. I am at aw! Im so thankful for him. I recommend Ohio Heating. If I could give 10 stars I would. He definitely went above and beyond.

Serviceman Joe was very professional and knowledgeable during my service check of my furnace.The same was true of the young man who did my air conditioner in this past summer. I will definitely sign a service contract with Ohio Heating in 2026.

They came to quote doing a heat exchanger on warranty. They didn’t try to upsell me on a furnace, and they did the job in a couple of hours at a very reasonable price! Other companies wouldn’t even entertain doing the warranty job and tried to sell me a furnace, one even lied to me and told me the warranty was expired even after I told him that it wasn’t. 5 stars to these guys, when I do replace the furnace I’ll be calling them!
