We had a great experience with Ohio Heating. Our A/C broke down in the hottest week of the summer. OH came out the next day and took time to do a full diagnosis. Multiple components were broken, so we discussed all good options. We chose a new unit and they were out the next day to install it. Everyone was helpful, professional, and skilled. I trusted that everyone knew exactly what they were doing and they provided exceptional service. We got a good value for our new unit too, which was incredible given the timing. We were sleeping in a cool house within days. Thank you!

I just want to let everyone know in your company that Greg (technician) showed up at my condo today on time and fixed my air conditioning problem quickly and efficiently. He was very kind and professional.

I called on Tuesday morning, and Joe arrived before 9:00 AM. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, finishing within an hour. On top of his excellent customer service, Joe also checked the warranty, so I only had to cover the labor costs. I highly recommend this company!

Mr. Greg came out to look at my thermostat and furnace after another company tried to scam me into purchasing new equipment prematurely. He put my mind at ease by taking me through the process of testing my furnace with him. He educated me on what to look for in the future. I would definitely recommend this company and especially Mr. Greg!

Our 15-year-old AC unit recently died. I got 3 quotes from from 3 highly-rated HVAC contractors on name brand units. Ohio Heating had the most competitive price of the three and its quote was substantially better than the highest quote. (Both companies were quoting the same brand and model number.) Plus, the company was able to get an installation team out within 3 days of me accepting its quote. Ken and Dan, the Ohio Heating technicians who installed my unit, were courteous, professional and proficient. All in all, about as good an experience as one can expect, therefore the 5-star rating.

Continue to have a good experience with this business. Had its technician out recently (11/21/19) for the annual furnace check-up. Greg was knowledgeable, professional and personable and the fee was reasonable.

Company continues to shine. AC stopped cooling yesterday (7/24/25). Called Ohio Heating & Cooling around 1:30 yesterday and they had someone out by 10:30 this morning. The technician, Joe, was personable and knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue, replaced the part and was on his way inside of 45 minutes. They keep earning their 5 stars!

Amazing service! Excellent, honest, and up front. I have used them for years and can count on them to do the right thing and not just try to sell you on something you don't need. Techs are always courteous and knowledgeable. Mine have always been right on time and cleaned up before leaving!

From troubleshooting and maintenance with Greg, then scheduling with Amber, through installation with Kevin, Dan and Shane and follow up with Dave this is THE BEST heating and cooling company in central Ohio. I have used them before in my business and continue to use them in my home and rental home. My family also uses them. They are always punctual, friendly and fair. Great experience from start to finish. They were out on Thursday 5/1/25 to get a supply list for repairs and had us scheduled for work by Friday 5/2/25 at 8am.
Jared, Danny and Issac came and installed a new hot water tank with electric venting as well as an expansion tank. They also maintanced the furnace to enure it properly vents. Very professional, efficient and friendly.

The entire process, from bid to finishing the install, was perfect. And, out of 5 bids, Ohio Heating was the best bang for buck, as they say.
I would highly recommend them for any heating or cooling issues.

We had a new heat pump and air conditioner unit put in. The service we received was exceptional. The technician’s were very efficient and explained everything in a manner we could easily understand. They were very tidy in cleaning up like they had not even been here. We appreciate their service very much.

It was 34 degrees outside and my fan would not shut off on my furnace. Ohio Heat was out within 45 minutes. They had my unit fixed within a hour. They do great work. The tech was kind and explained what was wrong. I will use them again.

Terrible company. After taking my credit card number before they would even come out. They came out two times charging me just under $1400 in total and leaving me with a heating system worse off than before they came. They were supposed to come out and finish fixing my boiler and never did. After not showing up for the appointment I had set with them. I called them to see why nobody showed up and I just kept getting the run around every time I called. After several attempts I finally just asked for my money back. The owner would not call me back and they simple told me that he said “your not getting a refund”. So unless you would like to pay for someone to come out and practice how to fix your system. Call someone else that knows how to fix it! Apex Plumbing finally fixed mine for me.

Our 22-year old furnace finally quit. Ohio Heating came the next day and very quickly assessed the situation. We chose Ohio Heating because of the recommendation of a neighbor. We've had bad experiences with other HVAC services, but Ohio Heating demonstrated their care and honesty. They replaced the furnace and cleaned up after themselves in one day. Very pleased with the outcome.

Ohio Heating is Columbus' best! I've used them for years and I know why. Just had to replace my HVAC and their price was 30% less than all those other guys. Technicians are awesome and Dave Scott in sales quotes you exactly what the job calls for and nothing else. Don't mess with any of the other yahoos, call Ohio Heating first and get it done right.

I called Tuesday. I was promised service on Wednesday or Thursday. It didn't happen and Ohio Heating didn't call to explain.

I reached them Friday and was promised a prompt service. No one came. No one called back. Two of my phone messages went without any response. Although the customer service person (Justin) was friendly, the company and the service was non-existent.

I have fired them and will not have them service my equipment ever again. I am now using another service provider who can service my system ASAP rather than "maybe...if we decide we can get around to it..."

Very good experience. AC not working on a Friday, called in that afternoon and a service manager arrived Friday evening to evaluate. New AC installed within a couple days, very quick service during this heat wave, thanks to Dave Scott. Service technicians were very efficient and explained everything, including measures to keep unit running well. Dave Scott kept us informed as to installation date, and was very good to work with.

Smelly furnace smell a week after turning on; no major issues however, found that the gas pressure was high and it was recommended to use only the 3M red filter; thank you Greg Patrick for your help today and for providing honest service.
