They were a life saver when our AC went out! Chad was right on time and very courteous. He provided details throughout his visit on what he was inspecting, concerns he had about our system, and cost for repair before performing. The ability to even get a technician out without having to wait days or weeks was amazing and the service was great, highly recommend!

The igniter was replaced but I didn't get an itemized invoice outlining cost and labor. My technician was here less than a hour. I researched the cost of the igniter. I paid over $346 in labor?! Thanks to my furnace going out on the coldest day of the year! I have a lot of other work to be done but I will find a different company

We are absolutely amazed at the quality, honesty, courtesy. Integrity and the commitment to fairness that was displayed through the technician sent from Bexley Heating & Cooling Company. The technician, Fred was friendly and professional. Explained step by step the problem with our AC, and helped us understand all points of the diagnosis. The short of it is we had a jaw dropping experience of satisfaction provided through Bexley Heating & Cooling Co., and conclude they are a 5 star company.
In addition I want to say another company had told us there was no way to fix our AC without completely replacing our entire system. We felt total discomfort in that companies recommended solution and felt like it was a sales pitch. After pacing the floor wringing our hands and uneasiness of mind, we refused to settle on what they said.
Again I reiterate I am thankful that Bexley Heating & Cooling, came to our mind. We repeated to the technician several times, it was like Bexley Heating & Cooling, had sent us an angel from heaven. Fred definitely represented and was the epitome of honesty and professional service.

We had a new cooling system installed that was a replacement for our existing system. Brandon Fields was our installer for this project. He had another person with him who's name we do not know. The both of them did an outstanding job. The work looked great, clean up was awesome, the they were very respectful of our home. We now have a complete HVAC system that's efficient and has an awesome guarantee from the manufacturer and Atlas Butler. A special shout out to Mike Driscoll who completed the assessment and provided the estimate. Mike is a top notch guy who is a true professional. We are very pleased with this installation by Atlas Butler.

Mike did an excellent job on oir duct cleaning. He was very professional, explaining the process before he began and communicating his progress throughout. He showed us the before and after pictures (and let me tell you, every penny I spent was worth it!) and made sure I received the pictures in my email before he left. Thank you, Mike!

Atlas Butler was great company to work with. My sales person Nick Trostle made it easy to purchase a new furnace and get it installed the very next day. The installation technician Steve Grove was professional and did a great job.

Atlas Butler is my go-to answer for heating/A/C and plumbing problems and maintenance. They arrive when they say they will. They send you a picture of the technician and even a little snippet of a bio about them before arriving. AND they send you a link so you can see exactly where they are when they text and/or email you that they’re on their way. Mike Grove showed up on time, slipped on those shoe covers and went to work on performing seasonal maintenance on my air conditioners. He did not rush through in 15-20 minutes to say “All’s good’s” and then speed off. No. Mike worked efficiently and methodically and finished up in prudent measure. Such a polite and easy going gentleman. I’ll ask for Mike by name from now on! Thanks Mike and Atlas Butler!

My Furnace died and I was in need of a replacement. I called a couple companies and Atlas Butler was the only company that could come out same day. Steve, the gentleman who came to take measurements for the replacement and provide a quote was timely, professional and a pleasure to work with. He then dispatched the replacement technicians out who were able to quickly replace the unit. Wayne and the other technician who was with him were, kind and patient in explaining how everything worked and took less time than originally quoted.

I would definitely recommend them. They were professional, thorough and efficient.

Spencer Schmitt was the best tech I’ve had come out. I’ve gotten quotes from 5-6 other companies all totaling 85-125 per visit. I got a membership with Atlas Butler and they sent multiple people out for free to double and triple check and confirm what I needed. Kyle, my comfort care coordinator, was also fantastic. Working with my awful home warranty people and filling out forms that they did not have do for me. I cannot express my appreciation with words how exuberantly helpful these folks have been. I will be sure to choose them every time in the future for any other HVAC or Plumbing needs!
