I had a pipe burst in my garage on a Sunday night at 7pm. Went to Google Maps to search for 24 hour plumbers. Called the first one on the list. They said they could be out there on Tuesday. Umm, nope. Called Atlas next. The person who answered the phone seemed like an actual human instead of the typical person who answers calls but could be 2,000 miles away. Anyways, he said he’d have a guy out in 2 hours. He was completely wrong. The guy showed up in 20 minutes. Found the problem within 90 seconds, and fixed it within an hour. On top of all of that, their price was reasonable. I was in a beggars can’t be choosers situation and still got charged a fair price. Atlas will be the first plumber I’ll call in the future. Great company.

I had a great experience with Atlas Butler. The process moved quickly and they provided thorough education on my options for a new furnace. I appreciated the way they shared guidance without pushing me to choose any certain option, upgrades, etc. Would use them again!

Atlas Butler sets themselves apart from other HVAC companies in Columbus in many ways. I called and was given same day service availability. I chose to have them come the next day since it was late in the evening. They said the technician would arrive between 8-10 am, with a guaranty on timely arrival or the assessment was free. I tried to schedule with another company and was given a date 5 days in the future without an exact time of day. This other company informed me their technician would call me when they were 30 minutes out. The technician from Atlas Butler arrived promptly at 8am. He quickly assessed my issue, quoted me on the spot and had availability to fix the issue the same day. I also used Atlas Butler this summer to install a new AC unit and received the same quality service as stated above. Atlas Butler has a lower assessment fee of $89, other companies are over $100. Atlas Butler also has a service plan that allows you to pay a small monthly fee for full heating, cooling and plumbing yearly maintenance. The employees are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

We returned on a Saturday afternoon to discover we without heat and called Atlas Butler for help. They had someone there within an hour. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable and was able to clearly explain our situation to us. While the bad news was that our 20 year old furnace was too old and in to bad of condition to repair they had another person come an hour later to spec out a new furnace and then two installers were here on Monday morning to put the new furnace in. All went well and we were very grateful this could be done so quickly and efficiently. The communication was excellent throughout and it a very good experience for us.

I’m not one to often review, a lot of times I think it’s often the absolute worst or incentivized best experience ever. I’m neither, but I am seriously impressed with our experience and felt compelled to review.

We have the maintenance plan for peace of mind, and it really came in handy. Our tech discovered a serious safety issue and walked us through the process every step of the way. I have to admit, I like many homeowners and reviews I’ve seen, I was skeptical at first, but he encouraged me to do my own homework.

The same day, we selected a new system with the guidance of a comfort adviser. We got what we needed and did not feel pressured for more. While it could’ve been installed next day, they worked WITH our schedule and still completed a clean and fast install! I’m super impressed. Like many, I’ve seen a lot of reviews online, I firmly believe you get what you pay for, and that’s not a negative here! The techs are all incredibly knowledgeable, clean, caring and friendly!

You know what you’re going to get when they knock on the door. Why chance that with the biggest appliance in your home? There’s a reason they’ve been in business for decades, I know why. I’m very happy we selected Atlas.

We discovered a hole in our cast iron sewer pipe in our crawl space. We called Atlas Bulter and they came out immediately, inspected and provide an estimate to replace the main sewer pipe and all other pipes connected; basically, the entire house. Two plumbers arrived, Nikolas and Rex and they went to work. They were fantastic! First they draped the stair case and the area into the crawl space, they explained everything they were doing and they worked all day. Before they left on the first day, they temporarily gave us a bathroom to use for the night. The second day, they arrived at the time they told us and got to work again. During the day, Nikolas told us our guest bathroom toilet was showing sign of leaking and would need to be reset. He provided a quote right then and we signed off and work continued. On the third day, again, arrived early and began working on the toilet. Both Nikolas and Rex kept us informed and I want to add how clean and careful they were of our house! Before they left, he showed us many pictures of all the work they completed! An amazing job! We’ve been loyal customers for over 30 years and I highly recommend Atlas Butler! Plus, they offer an excellent Membership Club which provides many benefits and discounts! Thank you Nikolas and Rex!

I bought a new electric stove. Since I currently have a gas stove, the most valuable person to me is the Gas Technician. I reached out to Atlas Butler, and was able to schedule an appointment that day. Jonathan, my technician, notified me when he was on his way. He arrived on time and disconnected the gas stove line. Whew, I’m now ready for my electric stove thanks to Atlas Butler.

Atlas Butler means what they say as far as service. Our furnace went into safety mode so I called and within hour, someone showed up, inspected it and said it needed to be replaced. We’ve used Atlas Butler for years and cannot say enough good things about them. They’re our go to company for all HVAC and plumbing needs. They’ve helped us with routine maintenance, leak repair, and major installations. They’ve shown up early on weekend mornings when needed and always have convenient appointment windows.

They have done a myriad of jobs for us including large scale projects. They previously switched over our hot water tank and today fully replaced our heat and air conditioning system.

We had the furnace and the plumbing inspections on the same day, and were very pleased with the service from Atlas Butler. Adam Lechler was very personable as well as thorough and addressed a concern with the furnace that was going to become a future problem. We knew we had plumbing issues, and Bill Pearce did a thorough inspection of all things plumbing. He is also personable and knowledgeable, as well as reasonable. A great team arrived the next morning to handle all of the replacements and repairs. We find ourselves wondering how Atlas Butler finds all of their terrific employees!

Christopher did a great job cleaning our duct work. He was professional, meticulous, and pleasant to work with. He took before and after pictures of our ducts. What a difference that showed! Nick, the technician that came for issues we had with the low voltage system in the furnace, was also great to work with. He quickly troubleshot the problem, and had the system back and functioning properly. I highly recommend Atlas Butler for your HVAC needs.

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night and Atlas Butler answered my call in the middle of the night and was there at 8a to resolve. We had to replace our aged unit and they again were able to get a full replacement installed quickly so we were without heat for as short of a time as possible. The salesperson and crew who did the work were communicative about the work, efficient, and left our house extremely clean. Very happy with the customer service and job that was done. Recommend if you’re in need!

Furnace did not come on and temperature in the house was dropping. Needed emergency service because severe cold spell was coming for the weekend. Kenslee Hampton was the technician assigned the job. She said the problem was caused by a FLAME SENSOR THAT WAS NOT CLEANED DURING LAST SERVICE CALL IN August that was performed by another heating company not Atlas Butler. Kenslee arrived very quickly on a Friday night and she ran Diagnostics to determine what the problem was caused from.

Seemed nice and explained everything to me but when repairman came out to repair the gas leak things changed. The price thentechnician told me I was saving was different than the price I had to pay. He made it seem like the savings was the final price and this was the figure he kept pointing out making it seem like that was what I would pay. To be fair I think this is in part the way the invoice is laid out. They list the price then your member savings then the final price which is the price you pay. Member savings is claimed to have already been factored into the final price. Invoice makes it look like savings should be taken off the price. Also repair technician had trouble knowing what to fix. Original estimate said there were 3 leaks but there were only two and in the estimate his description was a vague “repair gas leaks.” Repairman only found 2 leaks and said when he talked to original guy one leak was not found when he rechecked the fittings but he never told me that. He kept saying 3 leaks. I am still confused as to what exactly has gone on despite 2 calls to the company. Final invoice is somewhat misleading. 2 stars is being generous and is based on past positive experiences not this one. Repairman is not at fault he was nice and tried to explain the best he could but obviously he was not the original technician. Call center workers were calm and tried to explain as best they could but obviously they are not in a decision making position.

What a wonderful installation crew w Jerome & all the other guys. Such hard workers installing our new furnace & metal ductwork. One would think with a new build through MI that the furnace would last longer than a few months over 4 years! Everyone we met from when house was 66 degrees to final install were great!

Adam Lechler is an excellent technician. He has informative, knowledgeable, showed me the points of concern he found in my furnace system, and gave me my options. The technician, Brandon Chapman, came the same day that I called. He was very personable and explained things very well. He was very careful not to make a mess. The problem was fixed well enough. And he explained that I need further work on my sewer line. He scheduled an appointment for me with someone who could tell me about what other services I need.

I highly recommend this company. Our heater went out right before the snow storm was supposed to hit and the extreme low temperatures. We called Atlas at 9pm and they were able to get someone out to us by 10pm. Gavin was extremely friendly and was able to figure out the issue. I really liked how they sent a text when he was on his way with a picture of the technician. Thank you so much Atlas!

For whatever reason, I never thought to have my home ducts cleaned. We have been experiencing allergy & sinus issues for a long time. When our pets recently began experiencing allergy issues, we looked into this service. Atlas Butler immediately took my call, & scheduled a consultation that same day. I found the administrative staff to be very helpful & knowledgeable. Our technician was Chris Jones, who was beyond patient with all of our questions, educated us thoroughly about our home,HVAC, and his experiences over the years. Because of this, i insisted that Chris Jones was our technician for the work. That proved to be the right choice. He did an amazing job, he was personable, and very considerate of our pets & home. 24 hours after his duct cleaning our home feels like another world of clean, breathable, non-allergic air. I highly recommend Atlas Butler, but I also advise to consider requesting Chris Jones to improve your home & daily life.
