AJ, the technician that came to do yearly maintenance was great. He was quick and thorough and answered my questions and gave me pamphlets on other plans the company has for filters. He was very helpful.

Just had my 6 month old maintanance service. My tech AJ was competent, courteous and professional. Adjusted the furnace for optimal performance and even changed the filter for me.

I have had Airtron service for 12 years. Never had problems with them - they are punctual, come on time, and do their work well. I can call and request the technician I know and prefer. Yancy is knowledgeable and always happy to explain things. Overall, a good experience.

Gary and Sergio showed up promptly on time and were great! They left absolutely Zero mess behind when they were done and were very mindful of the cats going in and out. Both were super nice and explained stuff about my new furnace that I did not know about. For such a big project replacing a furnace to me it seemed like they made great time and the work looks super professional! When the time comes to replace the AC hopefully they will be the ones to do the job! Also Airtron beat the price of the big company in town by over $1000 without even knowing the price i was quoted by them. That tells me they are in the business of offering a good price right away without worrying that you are overpaying. Thanks!

Our Defrost Control / Coil Sensor failed and Chuck Barton went out of his way to restore our whole system even better than what it was. He worked hard to ensure that everything was operating great. We really appreciate all his help especially going into winter.

Wow! Got a referral to sign up for a maintenance contract with this company for my HVAC system. Had them out today for the first time because I had some sort of leak. My technician AJ was amazing - he saw a hole that should have been patched (could potentially leak Carbon Dioxide) and found the source of the water leak within minutes and fixed the problem. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism!!! I give AJ a 10 star review!!

Airtron never fails to impress. I received same day service and the technician was on time and professional. He diagnosed why my furnace was leaking a small amount of water, picked up the replacement parts, and was back in no time to make the repair. He also did a great job sealing the connection.

Yancy provided great service. We only required a tune-up/inspection and a check of our humidifier filter but he was great. Very informative and a pleasure to talk to.

After being let down by 5 Star, who failed to honor their same-day service commitment under our maintenance agreement, I reached out to Airtron, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I called, Airtron was extremely professional and responsive. They came out the same day, quickly diagnosed the root issue, and resolved it all under their own maintenance agreement.
Their technicians were not only polite and courteous but also impressively knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the problem clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and reassuring.
Airtron truly delivered where others fell short. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, professional HVAC service.

Our technician AJ came to our house for an air conditioner/ furnace check-up. He was punctual, very knowledgeable about our system, and very pleasant and respectful. A component on our system needed to be replaced, and since he didn’t have the item on his truck, he needed to leave and pick one up at the warehouse. He told us how long he would be gone, and was back quickly. He replaced the item, asked if we had any questions, and performed a final check of the system. All in all, an excellent job by AJ.

I cannot recommend Airtron enough!!! Here's what happened to me:

My furnace went out around 11am on a 25° Friday. I called Atlas Butler for repair since they were first available. They come out & confirm my fears that my 33 year old furnace finally kicked it. They send someone else out to quote a new furnace, but I also had Care Heating & Cooling come out. During this time, I'd spoken with Ashley Woyan and Karen Sweda at Airtron and after sending a few pics and answering a few questions, they sent me a quote.

I now have 3 competitive quotes and Airtron beat them all by $1,500 AND could get me installed at 8am the next day (Saturday). I spoke with Karen on the phone and told her both Atlas Butler and Care said I needed to have a contractor come out first to widen my attic crawl space access hole, but she wasn't buying it and at 4pm on a Friday, she drove an hour to my house to take a look and figure this out so I could have heat in 12 hours. We got everything figured out once she was here and the appointment was scheduled.

Saturday comes and my installers, Gary and Fernando, couldn't have been any better. They were the friendliest people, super professional, and did an incredible job with removing my old beastly furnace and installing my new one. By 1pm, I had heat and they were vacuuming up any mess they had made! These guys are seriously the best and when I get central air installed in a couple years, I hope they're still at Airtron so I can request them again. They represent the company so well!

When my furnace went out, it was legitimately the most stressful day of my entire life and Airtron put all my stress and worries to the side. You have a customer for life!

Placed a call because our furnace wasn't running correctly right before a bad storm. Yancy arrived with a few hours to do an inspection and gave us a few things to do to ensure we got it to stay up and running.

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is a great company! AJ came out to our today and provided his expertise and knowledge on our questions concerning our heating and ac unit. He did a great job and was very helpful giving extra information that we weren’t aware of being first time home owners. A+ service!

Yancy showed up on time, instantly put shoe protection on, and got straight to work. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and even spent some time before he left to ensure I had some tips/tricks and a good understanding of the unit. Would 100% recommend again.
