I can’t say enough good things about Airtron and their technician Sam & his partner. Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night when it was 0 degrees outside, and they were able to get out to our house the same day. Sam was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had our heat back on in no time. In a stressful situation, their fast response and excellent service made all the difference. Highly recommend Airtron and Sam!

Abdul our technician was great! Friendly, courteous and explained what he was doing without an attitude. I am giving a 5 for Abdul, but their dispatch and communication for arrival to our home is a 2. They missed multiple time frames given to either update us and were 3 hours late. Again, Abdul was great and the only reason there is a 5.

Dile G came to my home, he was very friendly and personable. We had a strange issue with my heating that he was able to resolve without repair. He was patient and thorough, and I would highly recommend him for any future service. Thank you so much Dil!

Built a new home and moved in June of 2025. Ever since it has been cold I have had multiple times where my furnace is tripping and overheating and completely shutting down. I have now called in three service request for it under my warranty. Last visit I got Danny- He was so willing to figure out the problem and took his time taking everything apart and trying to figure out what could be wrong. Everything Was going smoothly until yesterday. It happened again. When I called in my service request, I requested Danny to please come out again Because I was so satisfied with his work and with his personality! He truly is hardworking and just the sweetest guy! We hope that we have fixed the problem now, But if it happens again, I will continue to request Danny! And I recommend if you have any problems, you do too! He’s truly great! As the situation can be very stressful and aggravating, he does his absolutely Best to explain everything to me and answer all my questions.

I’m 70 and I Told me I was going to live until 111. I laughed Like 70 yr old Sara with a baron womb when the Angel told Abraham that she wld conceive. I said LORD I don’t see how bc it’s my environment thats killing me right now! Then Airtron came and RESCUED my lungs with DUCT CLEANING and now I’m able breathe clean air? THATS the first step in living and was breathing dirty air all day which had robbed me of vitality so 111 was beyond my scope

We have been a long time customer with Airtron. Always excellent service. In the recent cold snap, we had an issue, not urgent but certainly needed to be reviewed. Called Airtron, went through some simple fact finding - came out that day, found the issue by looking beyond just the furnace and analyzing the issue in its entirety. Found the solution, fixed it, explained it well and what to look for in the future. Great techs, friendly, careful in your house and do a great job.
Airtron is a great investment in your HVAC, the yearly checks and more than worth the piece of mind they provide. Great company.

Our old furnace died in middle of the night and we knew it needed replaced. Karen came to give us an estimate and she was very pleasant and great to work with. She knew there was a hurry to get us heat and had Joe and Sam here bright and early Saturday morning to install a new furnace. Those two guys were amazing and worked non stop all day to get it installed. The new furnace is great. I would highly recommend Airtron to anyone. Everything from the price to installation to the quality and customer service is amazing.

This is the exhaust vent for my hvac system. Installed with primer and no glue. When my wife found it, we called the emergency number on the unit. I was told that I should call the fire department and shut my system off and someone would maybe contact me on Monday. Today is Saturday, it is winter in ohio. My family's lives have been put in jeopardy by the negligence of the installer and their solution is for me, and my water lines to freeze for the weekend and hope someone maybe comes to fix it Monday. This is way beyond unacceptable

Sean the technician that helped us out was great. Professional, courteous and informative. He was able to diagnose the issue quick and humored all of my questions respectfully. He explained his answers in a way that I could grasp without being condescending. The office crew that set up the appointment were all very helpful as well. They were able to get us help for our furnace that went out when it was winter in the single digits in a matter of hours. So glad we went with this company.

An AirTron technician repaired our home HVAC, and we noticed later that evening that the heat did not turn back on. We called early the next morning since our home was freezing with our kids, and another technician (Sean) came out the same day, on a Saturday, and quickly got everything fixed and running again. He was very knowledgeable and down-to-earth in everything he explained. I appreciated him taking the time to walk us through the situation and the work he completed. Sean is a true professional and a great representative of the company.

We had a great experience with Aitron when we were having issues with our furnace. From the moment we called, their team was professional, responsive, and very helpful.

Our experience with them was spectacular. They were here quickly on the first call. They laid out exactly what our cost would be. They put no pressure on us to sign anything. They were completely transparent, prompt, quick to return calls, and polite. The workers did a great job and were very careful with our home.

We had been thinking about putting in a new heat pump system and was interested in the Evolution Series by Bryant. Had heard great things about Columbus Worthing Air. On a Saturday afternoon we submitted an online request thinking we’d get a call early the next week. The phone rang about 10 minutes later and we had a consultation scheduled.

Drew was our comfort advisor and was very detail oriented and patient. After reviewing our current equipment he provided us with many different options. We decided to proceed with the work and expected to be a couple weeks out on installation. That wasn’t true at all, Drew said we could have the new system installed the next day! Was shocked, we pushed it back a few days for installation.

On the day of install our technicians were Andrew and Joe. Andrew called when they were on the way as promised and arrived to our home just before 10am. Throughout the process they were very kind and patient answering all of our questions. They finished up around 7pm that evening and made sure we understood the system and how to operate and maintain it.

About 30 minutes after they left we had a small issue which required Andrew to return. Was expecting him to be frustrated and impatient but was very shocked to find out he was very patient and understanding. He truly wanted to make sure the system was working appropriately.

It’s only been a couple days since install but the system appears to be running as advertised. We are beyond thrilled with the service we have received and would highly recommend to anyone. Can’t say enough good about Andrew and Joe. Thank you both for the great service and everyone else at Columbus Worthington Air.

Thermostat was blank and no heat! The repairman entered my home, went directly to it, removed and said the batteries were dead! Replaced and voila! Heat! He also examined the entire HVAC and explained every part to me, we had wonderful conversation. Knowledable, efficient, professional and HONESt! $120 was wonderful!

DO NOT BUY THE SERVICE PLAN. YOU CAN'T CANCEL IT BECAUSE THEY WON'T CALL YOU BACK. I purchased a furnace and a service plan after being told that I could cancel within 30 days of renewal. I have been trying to call to cancel for weeks and cannot get a return call, and my renewal date is quickly approaching. After 5+ contact attempts, I'm not sure how else to get them to return my call, other than writing public reviews.
