Service person solved our furnace problem in about 15 minutes. Very impressed with Brad L., his professionalism, and his ability to explain the issue. (We had issue for about a month and another company could not solve even after 3 service calls. Very frustrating!!) Columbus Worthington Air will get our future business and we will encourage friends and neighbors to use them, too.

Great communication and service!! They were running late and more than made up for it with communication and a great hvac tech. The tech, Robert, was nice and explained the problem. He also did a great job explaining the service agreement, which is a great deal that I signed up for.

Columbus Worthington air always make sure that my system is running smoothly and safely. Thorough But efficient inspections. If there are any issues, the technicians always make sure to explain things in detail and always provide suggestions to keep my system running. Technicians are knowledgeable and courteous, and are always respectful to my home.

The installation was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up their work space. The installers were very nice and professional. The sales person was very helpful and easy to work with.

We had the unfortunate experience of needing to replace both our furnace and AC unit—during a heat wave, of course. After getting estimates from four different companies, we chose Columbus Worthington Air based on their strong reputation and our experience with their sales rep, who was wonderful to work with.

They were able to schedule the install quickly and did a high-quality job. All of the technicians were experienced, kind, and professional.

Now, I won’t pretend everything went perfectly. Our brand-new AC unit ended up having a faulty compressor and needed to be replaced, and there were a couple of small areas in our home that were accidentally damaged during the install. But honestly, this gave us a chance to see the true character of the company—and in that regard, CWA really stood out.

They addressed every issue thoroughly, professionally, and with genuine care. Mistakes happen, but how a company responds makes all the difference—and Columbus Worthington Air went above and beyond to make things right.

Despite those hiccups, 98% of the install was excellent, and we’re very happy with the overall experience. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality HVAC service and a company that stands behind their work.

On Feb 1, at below freezing temps, our furnace quit working during the night. Columbus Worthinton Air had a Technician out by NOON on the 2nd. Michael Blackburn, arrived and diagnosed and explained the problem. Despite some issues with our old themostat wiring, fixed the issue at fair price.
We appreciate Columbus Worthington Air for responding so quickly. My wife and I would like to give praise to the associate who took our call. He was very professional and polite. And of course, to Michael Blackburn for outstanding work. Michael is the consumate profesional.

Delonte took great care of us with a quote, financing, scheduling and getting HVAC updates on our home. As first time home buyers we appreciated the detail he gave of each necessary repair and that he didn’t push any extras or what we couldn’t afford. Two installers came to put in a new furnace and air conditioner. One had to leave due to a medical emergency. Brian stayed until both were installed, complete and explained everything to me. Approx 10 hours. Very professional! Great work ethic! Thank you!

Everything from contract signing to installation went very smoothly. Communication was excellent. Received a call prior to arrival and installers were great and walked through new heat pump system and thermostat, etc. Left everything clean on departure. Well done!

5 stars for the install technicians, Jeff and Angel were great! Very professional, they answered and explained any questions I had. I was impressed with how they got everything to fit in the tight space with barely any room to work. I thought I’d have to cut out drywall for the filter access, but they made it fit. They sealed up every leak with tape or silicone and even attached one branch duct that was originally just loosely sitting in place.

The comfort specialist never returned my calls or texts after the initial install appointment that was rescheduled 4 times.

Andrew and Austin did a great job with removing my existing furnace and installing the new one. Andrew was knowledgeable and skilled, and he paid attention to the details that make the difference between installed and a professional good looking installation. They both put in a long day to make sure we had heat back.

Happy with our install and system. Unhappy with a solicitation that's meant to look like a financial document during tax season. Didn't expect that from this company, must be getting tough there to have to tricking people to open their marketing...

Kevin is a quintessential professional. There is cost and then there is value. Kevin effectively explained all the work that needs to be done. And while it is more than what I had planned to spend, I know it will be worth the while. We look forward to having the work completed in the next week or two.

We had them come for a tune up and they discovered some cracked internal rivets. They offered options but weren't pushy! They we professional, but down to earth and offered frank and honest advice. During install they were kind and patient with all of our concerns and questions. After install they called to make sure all concerns were addressed and even sent a tech out immediately when we needed help figuring out the equipment! I received excellent service from the service, sales and installation staff and would highly recommend you give them a call. The cost was very reasonable and the installation was completed quick.

I called on Saturday morning as an emergency no heat issue. CWA was able to get a repair technician out in a reasonable time that day. After discussing the proven issues with the 20 year old original HVAC system, we decided to replace the old system with a new energy efficient Rheem HVAC system from CWA.
On Monday, after 12+inches of snowfall, CWA technician Branson arrives and begins dismantling the old furnace. About an hour or so later another CWA technician Joshua arrives to help.
I was extremely impressed with Branson and his work ethic. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. I could tell from his actions that he was very experienced and confident in what he was doing. Totally focused on the task at hand in a systematic way. Really impressed with his attitude and leadership of his team. Joshua held his own and followed direction with precision.
