A great experience working with a top-of-the-line company. I had some work done back in Ohio for my parents, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience and working with their team.

Robert listened to our concerns about our sink, and he knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it. He wasn’t the first to try, and the other people we had hired simply “put a bandaid” on the problem. It would be better for a day or two, but it never truly worked well. However, since Robert has been here, everything is working as it should. A simple thing like water going down the drain and not coming back up is my new happy place! Thank you so much for all your kindness and for actually fixing the problem!

Be careful with this company and its referrals. After a failed snaking for a back up in our basement, they referred me to Zoom Drain for a jetting and camera. Both companies were in suspiciously close contact with each other about the situation and cost to repair, stating that there was a collapsed pipe which would need to be dug up and replaced for thousands of dollars. I got a second opinion from a third company, who addressed a clog and confirmed there was no structural damage.

I feel a responsibility to post this for others to be aware. Please do not feel pressured to go down a certain (expensive) path if something doesn't feel right with this company or its recommendations.
