These guys are awesome! My main drain was clogged and I thought it was going to be a huge problem, they took care of it in no time. Two of the nicest, most helpful guys you could meet. They even had inexpensive tips to help out with future problems! These guys are in it to win and retain customers by offering great service, not just out to make a buck. Thanks guys!

Quick and easy to set an appointment. The team was not just on time but early. They were fast efficient and friendly. The price was fair and they did not try to force a solution that was not necessary. I highly recommend SewerQuest.

I must write this review because having AHS is typically HELL when it comes to plumbing and WOW did TJ restore my faith. TJ came the very next day gave only a 2 hour window and got there the 1st min of the 2 hours and took extra time to make sure that I was satisfied with the replacement. I am a pretty demanding customer to say the least and he was very accommodating. I would refer these people to friends and family and I don't think I've EVER felt that way about these companies that AHS sends out. And I have had this home insurance plan for 10+ years. I just want to say Thank you for not ignoring me and being a good tech and I will be requesting this company for all my properties‼️💯
P.s He came at 12 and was completed by 1 30 that including a trip to lowes. That was lightning fast Did not waste my day or anything 🙌🏾.

Can't comment on the fairness of pricing or the quality of work done because 'truck 1' never showed up to provide me with an estimate. It baffles me that SewerQuest would have such a fancy confirmation system, but then not show up when they tell you they will. I was told 'truck 1' would be arriving between 10-11am, so when no one had showed by 10:58a, I decided to call to check on the ETA. "He is running a little late because he had to fix my computer," I was told by the receptionist, to which I thanked her and went back to waiting. 30 minutes went by, still no 'truck 1'. I called back and was told he should be there shortly. Another 15 minutes, no 'truck 1'. Called back again, this time the receptionist informed me she would text the driver. Another 15 minutes, I call back, this time I'm told that the driver had already come and gone. Supposedly "knocked on my door" and when no one answered left. Oddly enough, the security camera I have on my porch never saw anyone knock, and I was sitting 5 feet away from the door and never heard anything.

It's one thing to show up late to an appointment, but a new kind of low when you lie to potential customers, telling them you did things that never happened. If that's how estimates are handled, there is no way I would ever trust them to repair something.

I have called Sewer Quest twice for different reasons in the past few weeks. On both experiences, they were professional, responsive, friendly and I feel they actually cared about the work and wanted to make us happy. Excellent to work with and I highly recommend then. A++++++++

Excellent service and expertise from TJ! I needed to find where the downspout line ran next to the driveway so we could install a Basketball Hoop. Tom never hesitated and was out in a few days to mark the line. He even dug a hole to ensure no other services in the way. Highly recommend Tom and his Team.

Sewerquest was assigned by my AHS home warranty. TC & Craig were great. They arrived the same day they got my service request, they were on time, they were professional, friendly & got my drain unclogged quickly.

Craig and his partner were AMAZING! They arrived well within the time window given, quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue in less than 30 minutes. They even dug through a solid iceberg to locate my exterior main line cap to make sure it was clear. 10/10 will use again.

I had a main drain blockage and sewage was backing up into the basement of our newly purchased house. Sewer Quest was sent via our home warranty and Craig & TC answered the call. They were the pinnacle of professionalism as well as of common courtesy as they preformed their task at hand. They did not hesitate to get dirty, and use muscle in order to get the job done in a timely manner. Craig and TC did not lack in knowledge either, they thoroughly explained in detail what the problem was, and how they were going to fix it. They were even nice enough to inform me of non plumbing issues within my home that needed serviced, and how to do it myself even though that was not in their job description at all. My experience with Sewer Quest has given me the impression that they are a company that isn't just in it for a paycheck, they are in it to help their customers no matter how long, or what it takes. Craig and TC have earned their company a lifetime customer, and they will always be my go to for any future plumbing work that I may need done. I am truly greatful that they were the company my warranty send out, and I will always recommend Sewer Quest to anyone I meet whom needs plumbing work. Thank you Craig and TC for saving the day, and bringing a smile back to our faces!

We needed to have our garbage disposal replaced as it was leaking from the bottom of the unit. TJ and Craig showed up during the expected time frame. I appreciated that they put on foot coverings as it was raining today. They were both extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They were done quickly and left their work area spotless. We will definitely call them for future needs.

I used Sewer Quest several times and have been very impressed with their service. They are prompt, thorough and affordable. My technician on this visit was Craig Huston and he was both friendly and knowledgeable, and also very effective in communicating the issues. I highly recommend Sewer Quest!

I had a near total drain blockage, so called for help after trying unsuccessfully to snake it myself. TJ from SewerQuest arrived on time and was able to identify and resolve the issue in maybe a half an hour. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, even helping me to understand a bit of what was going on so I could be more self sufficient in the future (although in this case his heavy equipment was definitely necessary!)

I would definitely call this company again if I ever have the need.

I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. I actually enjoyed having them out. It was like having an old friend over that you haven’t seen in a while. These guys were out and addressed the immediate problem. Then scheduled an appointment to fix the cause of the problem. I was very impressed by the up front honesty, clarification as to what the process was going to be and when they had completed the repair offering to show me their work before it was covered back up. I do not usually right reviews, most of the time I think it’s a waste of my time. These guys definitely deserved to be recognized for a great job!!!!

Can't say thank you enough to SewerQuest and TJ who came out and helped figure out the issue with our sewer. They explained everything to us so we would understand what had happened and how they would repair it. They stayed late on a Friday night to ensure we were up and running and everything was fixed for us. Highly recommend TJ and his crew!!!

Our technician arrived early in the scheduled time window. He was professional and polite. He was also exceedingly fast. I don’t think he was in the house 10 minutes before he had both drains running like they’re supposed to. Highly recommended.

TJ and TC provided fast, friendly and professional service. Not only did they clear our drains so our kitchen sink, dishwasher and basement sink worked again. They also provide a quick tip that fixed a bathroom sink that was draining slow. I'd highly recommend them.

Wow wow wow is all I can say. After having a horrible experience with Air Supply Heating, I called this company and all I can say is that they are amazing. Professional, courteous and arrived ahead of schedule and really made my experience so great. I will be using this company going forward. Highly recommend and I am very grateful.

TJ came to repair a clogged drain. He was on time, he explained everything that he was going to do prior and followed up with details upon completion. Work was completed very quickly and cleanly. They were easy to schedule with as well.
Great service

After a poor customer service experience with another local plumber who sorely misdiagnosed our issue and did not show up to work (wore khakis and loafers), Sewer Quest came out. They were ready to work, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

In light of being inconvenienced due to the plumbing issue and highly disappointed in our last experience, I was both relieved and grateful for a business who showed up and truly wanted to help us resolve our issue.

We cannot say thank you enough and will definitely use again.
